SHAVING
It is recommended that shaving be conducted before washing your face, especially when
using facial cleansers and other chemicals.
Remove the Protective Cover by lifting it up and away from the Shaver Head.
Press the ON/OFF Button to switch ON the appliance.
(if you have not shaved for a few days, use the Long-hair Trimmer first.)
Gently press the shaver at right angles (90) to your skin and begin moving the shaver in circles
over your skin to catch hair growing in all directions. For a closer shave, stretch your skin with
your free hand and shave against the direction of beard growth. The Shaver Foil follows the
contours of your face and automatically adapts to your skin surface for a close, smooth shave.
Note: DO NOT press too hard as too much pressure can pinch the skin.
After shaving, push the ON/OFF Button to switch OFF the appliance.
Clean the shaver. (Refer to the section on “How to Clean”)
Put the Protective Cover back in place on the Shaver Head to protect the Shaver Foil from
damage during storage and travel.
TRIMMING
Press the Trimmer Release button and push out the Long-hair Trimmer with your thumb. The
Trimmer sticks out past the Shaver Foil, so you can see exactly the part of your body that you
are trimming.
Press the ON/OFF Button to switch ON the shaver.
Use the Trimmer if you wish to: detail your sideburns, moustache or trim your whole beard. It
allows you to pre-cut long hairs on your sideburns, moustache or beard. It handles a greater
quantity of hair that the Shaver Foil does.
Hold the Trimmer at right angles (90°) to your skin and begin moving the shaver downwards
slowly and gently.
Push the Trimmer black into the housing.
(to continue shaving, continue with point 5 above)
