Operating Instructions
• Remove cap from PowerStick II, then plug it into a USB port to charge. The LCD turns
on when charging begins. The PowerStick II is fully charged when the display shows 8 bars.
• Disconnect the charger
• Use the appropriate USB cables to plug your device into the PowerStick II to charge
• Press the Power Button to start charging your device
• USB memory stick is Plug & Play, compatible with any multimedia and data storage
NOTE: In case of problems with your unit, press the power button for 5 seconds to reset
it. If the LCD is not displaying any bars, an overnight charge may be required to restore
power to the LCD display.
†Charging capability and time is based on the power capability of the computer’s USB port/hub.

Powerstick.com warrants its PowerSeries products against defects for one year
if the item has been purchased from an authorized distributor and proof of payment can
be verified. The defective product must be mailed postage paid to:
Powerstick.com, 29 Camelot Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K2G 5W6, CANADA
Upon receipt, Powerstick.com will either correct any problems with the unit and
restore it to working condition, or replace the unit, at its discretion. This warranty will not
apply to units that have been purchased from non-authorized sources or ones damaged
through improper use.
Safety
Do not operate in wet conditions or submerge in water.
Do not charge the PowerStick II above 40ñC/100ñF or below 0ñC/32ñF.
Do not charge your tablet, cellphone, or portable device above 40ñC/100ñF or below
-15ñC/5ñF. This device complies with Part 15 of FCC rules. Operation is subject to the
following conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference.
2. This device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been found to comply with the limits for
a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation.
