Determine the back bracket
you will need. The shape of the
horizontal bars that your seat
rests on will determine which
back bracket to use. Your tray is
assembled to fit a round bar
rollator. If your bar is round, go
to step 3.
3. Attach wires to the back bar.
Rotate tray to the front of the
rollator. Place the clamps on the
rear bar, making sure the wires
are far enough apart to clear
the seat. Rotate the rear clamps
as shown. Insert screws but do
not tighten all the way.

Change out the back
brackets to fit your bars.
If your bars are OVAL use
parts stamped #4. If your
bars are OBLONG use parts
stamped #5. Remove the cap
and the bottom plastic
bracket and attach the
necessary one to both back
wires. Replace the cap to
hold it in place. The extra
brackets can be discarded.

Attach wires to the front bar. Rotate tray to the
back. Place the brackets on the front bar, making
sure the wires are far enough apart to clear the
seat. A. Rotate the front brackets so the screw
holes are in front. Insert screws but do not
tighten all the way. B. Rotate the brackets
counter clockwise so the screws are facing the
back as shown in Fig. 5.

Adjust the brackets. For proper use, the
front and back brackets must be set at
the angles shown. Tighten all of the
screws, making sure there is no gap on
the brackets. Front: screw heads should
be facing under the seat. Back: screw
heads should be facing to the back.
Test tray in the up and down positions.
Rotate the tray from up to down positions. If the
tray does not stop at a level angle, you may need
to re-adjust the brackets (see #5).
If your tray has a problem clearing the back rest,
you may need to adjust the wire connected to the
bottom of the tray. Detach the front wire and try
other notches until the tray moves up and down
correctly. (see below)
