The spray gun sucks in spray materials. The airless atomisation results when the spray
material is pumped at high pressure through the swirl system and the nozzle bore.
1. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The declared vibration total value has been measured in accordance with a standard test
method and may be used for comparing one tool with another.
The declared vibration total value may also be used in a preliminary assessment of exposure.
Warning
The vibration emission during actual use of the power tool can differ from the declared total
value depending on the ways in which the tool is used.
There is the need to identify safety measures to protect the operator that are based on an
estimation of exposure in the actual conditions of use (taking account of all parts of the
operating cycle such as the times when the tool is switched off and when it is running idle in
addition to the trigger time).

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The following symbols are used in these instructions for use:
Denotes risk of personal injury, loss of life or damage to the tool in case of
nonobservance of the instructions in this manual.
Denotes risk of electric shock.
Wear protective gloves
Wear a dust mask. Working with wood, metals and other materials may produce
dust that is harmful to health. Do not work with material containing asbestos!
Wear eye protection
General Power Tool Safety Warnings
WARNING Read all safety warnings and all instructions Failure to
follow all warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference
The term “power tool” in the warnings refer to your mains operated (corded) power tool or
battery operated (cordless) power tool.
1) Work area
a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the
dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can
cause you to lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use
any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs and
matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.

b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators,
ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is
earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will
increase the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the
power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or
entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor
use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
f) If operating a power tools in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current
device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a
power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools
may result in serious personal injury.
b) Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such as dust
mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate
conditions will reduce personal injuries.
c) Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before plugging in.
Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in power tools that
have the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a
key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better
control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing
and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be
caught in moving parts.

g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities,
ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of these devices can reduce
dust related ha2ards.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct
power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
b) Do not(use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that
cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the power tool accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar
with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are
dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of
parts and any other condition that may affect the power tools operation. If damaged,
have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting
edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control;
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with these instructions
and in the manner intended for the particular type of power tool, taking into account the
working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations
different from intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

• NEVER SPRAY AT PERSONS - Never aim the nozzle at another person or animal. Never

allow the spray to come into direct contact with the skin.
• FLASH POINT - This spray gun must not be used for spraying flammable paints and solvents
with a flash point of less than 32 °C
• VENTILATION - Always make sure that there is adequate ventilation in the work area when
spraying.
•BASKET NOZZLE -Always keep the spray basket nozzle in place during use.
• CONSIDER WORK AREA ENVIRONMENT -Do not use spray guns where there is a risk of
fire or explosion.
•BEWARE OF ANY HAZARD -Beware of any Hazard by the material being sprayed and
consult the markings on the container or the information supplied by the manufacturer.
• DO NOT SPRAY - Do not spray any material where the hazard is not known.
• USE EYE PROTECTION - Always use appropriate eye protection to keep hazardous vapors
or fumes out of the eyes.
• WEAR A MASK - Never operate a spray gun without wearing a face mask.
• PROTECT YOUR EARS -Wear ear protectors if the sound pressure exceeds 85 dB(A).
•MAINTAIN YOUR TOOLS - Keep your spray gun, paint container and nozzles clean. Do not clean with
flammable liquids with a flash point less than 32 °C Inspect the mains lead periodically and if damaged
have it replaced by a qualified person.
• NAKED FLAMES -Never spray near a naked flame or appliance pilot flame.
• SMOKING -Never smoke whilst spraying.
• THINNING - Always read the paint manufacturers thinning recommendations or instructions before
using paint or other materials.
• DISCONNECT FROM THE MAINS SUPPLY - Always disconnect from the mains supply when filling the
paint container or cleaning the spray gun.
• SWITCH OFF WHEN NOT SPRAYING -Avoid running the unit with the flow rate knob fully closed for
any length of time.
Spray guns shall be accompanied by an instruction
sheet giving full information on the potential safety
hazards due to high pressure at the nozzle, e.g. high
pressure at the nozzle, toxic sprays and the need for
the use of protective clothing.
Immediately switch off the spray gun when:
• Interruption in the mains plug, mains lead or mains lead damage.
• Defect switch.
• Smoke or stench of scorched isolation.

Do not use textured wall paints or coatings as this will block the nozzle.
To obtain the best results, it is important that you prepare the
surface to be sprayed and thin the paint to the correct viscosity,
before you operate your spray gun. Always ensure that the surfaces
to be sprayed are free from dust, dirt and grease. Make sure that
you have masked the areas that should not be sprayed, using a
good quality masking tape. The paint or fluid to be sprayed should
be thoroughly mixed and free from lumps or other particles. Many
substances can be sprayed with your spray gun, but always check
the manufacturers recommendations before purchasing your paint.

Always remember to disconnect from the mains supply before filling the paint container
with spray able material.
Most paints are supplied ready for brush application and will need to be thinned before they
are suitable to be sprayed. Follow the manufacturer’s advice on thinning the paint when used
with a spray gun. The viscosity cup will help you to determine the correct viscosity of paint to
be used. To determine the correct viscosity, fill the cup to the brim with the paint. Measure the
amount of time it takes for the cup to empty back into the can. The table below shows
recommended times for different types of material.

If the paint takes longer than the recommended time to empty, then
further thinning is required. Mix in a small quantity of the appropriate
thinner and use the viscosity test until the correct thickness is achieved.
Some spray able materials contain particles and lumps. These
materials should be strained before filling the paint container.

Fill the paint container with the correctly thinned and strained paint. Connect the spray gun to

the mains supply. Aim the spray gun at a piece of scrap material and operate the trigger switch
until paint is spraying. Adjust the output control (2) until the required volume of paint is
spraying. Turn the output control in a clockwise direction to reduce the flow and anti-clockwise
to increase the flow. Adjustment of the output control will affect the spray pattern. A poor spray
pattern will concentrate the paint in the centre of the spray and give a blotchy finish. A good
spray pattern will give even distribution of paint throughout the pattern.

To obtain the best results, keep your spray gun level and parallel to the surface at all times.
Keep the nozzle 25 - 30 cm from the surface and spray evenly from side to side or up and
down. Do not spray at an angle as this will lead to paint runs on the surface. Use smooth and
even strokes. When spraying large areas, using a criss-cross pattern as shown.

Never start or stop the spray gun while it is aimed at the surface to be
sprayed. Evenly control the speed of movement of the spray gun. A fast
speed of movement over the surface will give a thin coat and a slow
speed will give a heavy coat. Apply one coat at a time. If a further coat is
required, make sure you observe the manufacturers drying time
recommendations before applying a second coat. When spraying small areas, keep the output
control on a low setting. This will avoid using too much paint and prevent overspray. Where
possible, avoid stopping and starting when spraying an object. This can lead to too much, or
not enough paint being applied. Do not tip the spray gun to more than 45°.

Make sure that the plug is removed from the mains when carrying out maintenance work on the motor.
The machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance.
Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and regular cleaning.

Always remember to disconnect from the mains supply before cleaning the spray gun or paint
container.
It is essential that the spray gun is cleaned thoroughly after every use. Failure to clean it will
almost certainly result in blockages and it may not operate when you next come to use it! The
guarantee does not cover cleaning a sprayer that has not been properly cleaned by the user.

The following action must be taken after every use:
1. Empty any remaining material from the container.
2. Clean the container thoroughly with the thinner that was used.
3. Pour some thinner into the container and spray through the spray gun until only clean
thinner is coming out of the nozzle.
4. Thoroughly clean the paint pick up pipe and filter with thinner.
5. Clean the basket and nozzle and remove any other debris or paint that remains.
6. Turn the spray gun upside down and apply a few drops of light oil to the two apertures (F).
This will lubricate the piston and cylinder.
If your spray gun should require extra internal cleaning, it may be necessary to disassemble it.
If so the following action should be taken:
1. Remove the plug from the mains socket.
2. Remove paint container, pick up pipe and filter.
3. Take off the pump assembly.
4. Release the nozzle (H), nozzle guard (I), valve (J), piston (K) and spring (L).
5. Clean the cylinder (M) and all parts thoroughly with solvent.
6. Apply a few drops of light lubricating oil to the piston, spring and cylinder.
7. Reassemble the spray gun.

Descriere funcționala a pistolului de pulverizare
Pistolul de pulverizare aspira materialele aspirate. Automatizarea fara aer se face atunci când
materialul aspirat este pompat sub presiune înalta prin sistemul cu ciclon si orificiul duzei.
3. DATE TEHNICE
Valoarea totala a vibrației declarate este măsurata conform metoda standardizata de testare si
poate sa fie folosita pentru compararea unei mașini cu cealaltă.
Valoarea totala declarata a vibrației poate la fel sa fie folosita pentru o evaluarea preliminara a
expunerii.
Avertizare
Vibrațiile emise in timpul folosirii mașinii de lucru pot sa difere fata de valoare declarata in
conformitate cu modul in care este folosita mașina.
Este necesar sa fie stabilite masuri de siguranța
care sa fie bazate pe evaluarea de expunere, in
condiții de lucru reale (luând in considerare toate
pârtile a procesului de lucru, precum perioadele in
care mașina este oprita si in care este pornita, dar
nu se folosește, adăugând si timpul in care este

In prezenta instrucțiune sunt folosite următoarele simboluri:

Purtați mânuși de protecție.
Purtați masca antipraf In timpul lucrului cu lemn, metale si alte materiale poate
se fie emis praf care este daunator pentru sănătate. Nu lucrați cu materialul
care conține azbest.
Purtați ochelari de protecție.
Avertizări de siguranța pentru mașina de lucru
AVERTIZARE Citiți toate instrucțiunile de siguranța. Nerespectarea
avertizărilor din instrucțiuni poate sa provoace electrocutare, incendiu
si/sau rânire serioasa.
Păstrați toate avertizările si instructionile pentru o verificare ulterioara.
Termenul "mașina lucrătoare"din avertizați se refera la mașina dumneavoastră de lucru care
lucrează cu electricitate (prin cablu) sau mașina lucrătoare, care lucrează cu baterii (cu
acumulator).
3) Zona de lucru
a) Păstrați zona de lucru curata si bine iluminata. Zonele nearanjate si cele care nu
sunt iluminate bine sunt o cauza posibila de producere de accidente.
d) Nu lucrați cu mașina de lucru in mediu exploziv, in mediu in care exista lichide, gaze
si praf inflamabili. Mașinile de lucru produc scântei care pot sa aprindă praful sau
evaporările.
e) Tineti copii si persoanele prezente departe atâta timp cat lucrați cu mașina. Lipsa de
atenție poate sa duca la pierderea controlului.

4) Siguranța electrica
a) Fisa mașinii de lucru trebuie sa corespunda cu priza. Niciodată, in niciun fel nu
modificați fisa. Nu folosiți o fisa de tranziție cu mașini de lucru impamantate. Lipsa
de modificări asupra fiselor si prizelor reduc riscul de electrocutare.
b) Evitați contactul fizic cu suprafețe impamantate sau incorporate in pamant,
precum țevi, radiatori, mașini de gătit si frigidere.Exista un risc ridicat de
electrocutare daca corpul dumneavoastră este impamantat.
c) Nu expuneți masinile de lucru sub ploaie sau la umezeala. In caz de pătrundere apa
in echipament, exista un pericol ridicat de electrocutare.
d) Nu abuzați de cablu. Niciodată nu folosiți cablul ca sa trageți, purtați sau sa
scoateți fisa mașinii din priza. Feriți cablul de temperaturi ridicate, uleiuri, muchii
ascuțite sau parți mobile de mașini. Cablurile de alimentare defectate sau împletite
cresc riscul de electrocutare.
e) Când lucrați cu mașina in exterior, folosiți numai cabluri de prelungire potrivite
pentru uz exterior. Folosirea cablului de prelungire potrivit reduce riscul de
electrocutare.
f) Daca lucrul cu mașina in locuri umede este inevitabil, atunci folosiți un dispozitiv
pentru curent rezidual (RCD) pentru o alimentare protejata. Folosirea de RDC
reduce riscul de electrocutare.
3) Siguranța personala
a) Fiți atenți la ceea ce faceți si fiți rezonabili atunci când folosiți mașina. Nu folosiți
mașina de tăiat atunci când sunteți obosiți sau sub influenta de droguri, alcool sau
medicamente. O clipa de neatenție in timpul lucrului cu mașinii poate sa duca la o
rânire fizica serioasa.
b) Întotdeauna purtați mijloace de protecție personale. Întotdeauna purtați ochelari de
protecție. Folosirea de mijloace de protecție personale precum masca antipraf,
incaltaminte care nu aluneca, casca cu carcasa dura sau antifoane, in condițiile
respective, reduc riscul de rânire fizica.
Evitați pornirea accidentala. Asigurați-va ca comutatorul este pe poziția "OPRIT" înainte sa
puneți fisa in priza. Daca purtați mașina cu degetul pe comutator sau in timpul pornirii
echipamentului când cuplați fisa, acest lucru poate sa duca la accidente.

d) Înainte sa porniți mașina de lucru, Indepartati toate cheile. Daca lăsați o cheie in
apropierea parților mobile ale mașinii acest lucru poate sa provoace rânire fizica.
e) Nu va întindeți. Stați stabil si păstrați echilibru. Acest lucru asigura un control mai bun
asupra mașinii de lucru in situații neașteptate.
f) Imbracati-va corespunzător Nu purtați haine largi sau bijuterii Feriți parul, bijuteriile sau
hainele departe de piesele mobile. Hainele care atârna, bijuteriile sau parul lung pot
sa fie prinse de către pârtile rotative.
g) Daca dispozitivele sunt proiectate cu un extractor extern pentru praf si un colector,
asigurați va ca ele sunt conectate si utilizate in mod corespunzător. Folosirea acestor
dispozitive poate sa reducă pericolul legat de praf.
4) Folosirea si întreținerea mașinii de lucru.
a) Nu supraincarcati mașina de lucru. Folosiți echipamentul cel mai potrivit. Alegerea
corespunzătoare a mașinii de lucru asigura o funcționare mai buna si mai sigura la
incarcare pentru care este proiectata.
b) Nu folosiți mașina daca butonul PORNIT/OPRIT este rupt. Fiecare mașina de lucru
care nu poate sa fie pornita sau oprita este periculoasa si urmeaza sa fie reparata.
c) Scoateți fisa din sursa de tensiune si/sau Indepartati bateria din mașina de lucru
înainte sa efectuați unele regulari, înlocuirea accesoriilor sau depozitarea. Aceste
masuri preventive legate de siguranța reduc riscul de pornire accidentala a mașinii de
lucru.
d) Păstrați mașina de lucru neutilizata in locuri inaccesibile pentru copii si nu permiteți
persoanelor care nu sunt familiarizate cu mașina sau cu aceste instrucțiuni, sa lucreze
cu ea. Mașinile de lucru pot sa fie periculoase daca sunt folosite de către persoane
neinstruite.
e) Intretineti mașinile de lucru. Verificați pentru dislocări sau deformări ale parților rotative,
ruperi sau orice alte condiții care pot sa influențeze funcționarea mașinii. Este absolut
necesar sa reparați mașina de lucru înainte de folosire in cazurile in care sunt
constatate defectări. Multe accidente apar in urma întreținerii proaste a mașinilor.
f) Mențineți instrumentele de taiere ascuțite si curate. Instrumentele trebuie sa fie
îngrijite in mod corespunzător, cu muchii de taiere ascuțite.
g) Folosiți mașina de lucru, accesoriile si racordurile, conform aceasta instrucțiune in

modul care corespunde tipului concret a mașinii de lucru, având in vedere condițiile
de lucru si operațiunea care trebuie sa fie efectuata. Folosirea mașinii de lucru in alte
scopuri decât cele pentru care a fost proiectata poate sa producă spatii periculoase.
5) SERVICE
a) Mașina dumneavoastră de lucru trebuie sa fie întreținuta de către o persoana autorizata
pentru activitati de service, care folosește numai piese de schimb identice. Acest lucru va
asigura păstrarea sigurantei a locului de munca.
Instrucțiuni principale de siguranța
• NICIODATA NU PULVERIZATI CATRE ALTE PERSOANE –Niciodată nu întoarceți duza
spre alta persoana sau animal. Niciodată nu permiteți lichidul care pulverizați sa intre in
contact direct cu pielea.
• TEMPERATURA DE INFLAMABILITATE –Acest pistol de pulverizare trebuie sa fie folosit
numai pentru pulverizarea de vopsele inflamabile si diluanți cu pactul de aprindere sub 32 °C.
• VENTILARE –Asigurații va întotdeauna ca exista o ventilare adecvata in zona de lucru.
•DUZA IN FORMA DE COS –Întotdeauna tineti duza in forma de cos in locul ei in timpul
folosirii.
• LUATI IN VEDERE MEDIUL DE LUCRU - Nu folosiți pistoale de pulverizare acolo unde
exista pericol de incendiu sau explozii.
•FITI ATENTI LA TOT FELUL DE PERICOLE - Fiți atenți pentru diferitele pericole care
decurg din materialul folosit si consultați va cu marcajele de pe container sau informația
oferita de către producător.
• NU PULVERIZATI - Nu pulverizați material acolo unde pericolul este necunoscut.
• FOLOSITI OCHELARI DE PROTECTIE –Întotdeauna folosiți ochelari pentru protecția
ochilor ca sa tineti evaporările periculoase sau aburi departe de ochi.
• PURTATI MASCA - Niciodată nu lucrați cu pistolul de pulverizare fara sa purtați masca de
protecție.
• PROTEJATI-VA URECHILE –Purtați protectori de urechi, daca nivelul de zgomot depaseste
85 dB(A).
•INTRETINETI INSTRUMENTELE DUMNEAVOASTRA –Păstrați curat pistolul de
pulverizare, rezervorul pentru vopsea si duza. Nu curatati cu lichide inflamabile cu punctul
de aprindere sub 32 °C. Verificați periodic cablul de alimentare si daca este defectat, el
trebuie sa fie inlocuit de către o persoana calificata.
• FLACARA DESCHISA –Niciodată nu pulverizați in apropierea de flacăra deschisa.
• FUMAT –Nu fumați in timpul folosirii pistolului.
• DILUARE - Întotdeauna citiți recomandările producătorului privind diluarea vopselei sau altor
materiale.
• DECONECTATI DE LA SURSA DE ALIMENTARE - Întotdeauna deconectați de la sursa de
alimentare atunci când umpleți rezervorul cu vopsea sau când curatati pistolul de pulverizare.

• OPRITI ATUNCI CAND NU PULVERIZATI –Evitați sa lăsați echipamentul pornit cu butonul
complet închis.
Pistoalele de pulverizat trebuie sa fie insotite de
către o fisa cu instrucțiuni care sa ofere
informație completa despre eventualele pericole
legate de siguranța, datorate presiunii înalte la
duza, inclusiv presiunea înalta din zona duzei,
pulverizarea cu materiale toxice si nevoia de
folosire de haine de protecție.
Opriți imediat pistolul de pulverizare in următoarele situații:
• Întrerupere la fisa de alimentare, cablul de alimentare sau o defecțiune apăruta la ele.
• Comutator defectat.
• Fum sau miros neplăcut de la izolarea arsa.
3. INSTRUCTIUNI DE FOLOSIRE

Nu folosiți vopsele dense pentru pereti sau lacuri deoarece acest lucru va bloca
duza.
Ca sa obțineți rezultate mai bune e necesar sa pregătiți
suprafața care urmează sa fie pulverizata si după care sa
vopsiți cu densitatea corespunzătoare, înainte sa începeți
lucru cu pistolul dumneavoastră de pulverizare. Asigurați-va
întotdeauna ca suprafețele care urmează sa fie pulverizate
nu conțin praf, impuritati si unsoare. Asigurați-va ca ați
acoperit zonele care nu vor fi pulverizate, folosit o banda de
mascare de o calitate buna. Vopseaua sau lichidul care vor fi
pulverizate urmează sa fie mixate cu atenție si sa nu contina
flacoane sau alte particule. Multe substanțe pot sa fie
pulverizate cu pistolul dumneavoastră de pulverizare dar citiți întotdeauna recomadarile

producătorului înainte sa cumpărați vopseaua.
Diluare
Nu uitați niciodată sa deconectați de la sursa de alimentare înainte sa umpleți
rezervorul cu vopseaua potrivita.
Mai multe tipuri de vopsele se livrează pregătite pentru vopsire cu perie si e nevoie sa fie

diluate înainte sa fie posibil sa fie pulverizate. Urmăriți instrucțiunile de diluare a vopselei de la
producător atunci când le veți folosi cu pistolul de pulverizare. Paharul de densitate va va ajuta
sa stabiliți densitatea potrivita a vopselei care urmează sa fie folosita. Ca sa stabiliți densitatea
adecvata, umpleți paharul pana la marginea lui cu vopsea. Masurati timpul necesar pentru
golirea paharului înapoi in cutie. Tabelul de mai jos arata timpul recomandat pentru diferitele
tipuri de materiale.

In cazul in care vopseaua necesita timp pentru uscare mai lung ca cel recomandat, aceasta
înseamnă ca e necesara o diluare suplimentara. Amestecați o cantitate mica din diluantul
potrivit si aplicați testul pentru densitate pana când nu atingeți densitatea căutata. Unele
materiale pentru pulverizat conțin particule si flacoane. Aceste materiale trebuie sa fie filtrate
înainte sa fie turnate in rezervorul pentru vopsea.

Umpleți rezervorul pentru vopsea cu vopseaua corect diluata si filtrata.
Conectați pistolul de pulverizare la o sursa de alimentare. Indepartati
pistolul către o bucata din materialul de care nu aveți nevoie si apăsați
comutatorul de declanșare pana când nu stropește vopsea. Fixați
maneta de debitare (2) pana când pistolul nu începe sa pulverizeze
cantitatea de vopsea dorita. Întoarceți maneta in sensul acelor de
ceasornic ca sa reduceți fluxul si invers acelor de ceasornic ca sa
crestezi fluxul. Setarea manetei de debitare va influenta linia de
pulverizare. Linia de pulverizare proasta va concentra vopseaua in
centru si după terminarea lucrarii va fi ca si acoperita cu
pete. Linia potrivita de pulverizare va asigura o suprapunere a vopselei.
Tehnica de pulverizare

Ca sa obțineți rezultate mai bune, tineti tot timpul pistolul dumneavoastră orizontal si paralel cu
suprafața. Tineti duza la o distanta de 25 - 30 cm de la suprafața si pulverizați uniform de la o
parte la cealaltă sau din sus in jos. Nu pulverizați sub unghi deoarece acest lucru va face
vopseaua sa curgă pe suprafața. Faceți miscari line si echilibrate. Atunci când pulverizați spatii

mai mari, folosiți fluxul încontinuu așa cum este arătat.

Niciodată nu porniți sau nu opriți pistolul de pulverizare
atâta timp cat el este îndreptat spre suprafața care
urmează sa fie vopsita. Controlați in mod uniform viteza
de mișcare a pistolului de pulverizare. Viteza mare de
mișcare deasupra suprafeței va sigura un strat de
acoperire subțire iar viteza mica va asigura un strat de
acoperire mai gros. Adăugați straturile unul după celalalt.
In cazul in care este necesar un strat suplimentar,
asigurați-va ca urmăriți recomandările producătorului
privind timpul de uscare necesar, înainte sa adăugați al
doilea strat. Atunci când vopsiți spatii mici fixați controlul debitului la nivel mic. In modul acesta
veți evita folosirea unei cantitati de vopsea prea mari si va fi evitata pulverizarea excesiva.
Acolo unde acest lucru este posibil evitați oprirea si pornirea, atunci când vopsiți un obiect.
Acest lucru poate sa duca la un consum excesiv sau insuficient de vopsea. Nu inclinați pistolul
de pulverizare la mai mult de 45°.
4. INTRETINERE
Asigurați-va ca fisa este îndepărtata din sursa de alimentare atunci când efectuați întreținerea
motorului.
Mașinile sunt proiectate sa lucreze pe o perioada de timp îndelungata, cu o întreținere minima.
Funcționarea îndelungata satisfăcătoare depinde de întreținerea corecta a mașinii si curatare
cu regularitate.
