HOW TO FIX THE BLADES OF YOUR PRESTIGE DELUXE
Fixthebladeontheshaftinthejarandtightenitbyrotatingitintheanti-clockwisedirectiontilltheblade
istightened,usingthespanner(locatedattheendofthehandleofthespatula).
Toremovetheblades,reversetheoperation.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR PRESTIGE DELUXE
To keep your Prestige Deluxe sparkling clean, just follow these steps.
1. Firstremovethemainsplugfromtheelectricalsocket.
2. Cleanthemainunitusingadampclothorsponge,butdonotuseanyabrasivecleaningmaterials.
3. Runthemixergrinderwithwaterforaminuteaftereachusetocleantheresidue.
4. Removethejarsaftereachuseandwashthejarsinsoapywater.
5. Thenrinsewithcleanwater.
6. Drythepartsthoroughlywithaclean,softcloth.
7. WerecommendyoucleanyourPrestigeDeluxeimmediatelyafteruseforeasierremovalofresidue.
8. Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.

• Thebladesaresharp,sohandlecarefullywhilecleaning.
• TogetthemostfromyourPrestigeDeluxeMixerGrinder,planoutyourscheduleinadvance.Givedrygrindingjobspriority
overwetgrindingjobs.Combinejobstoreducethenecessityforrepeatedcleaning.
• Indrygrinding,thejarmaygetheatedupduetofriction.Thisisnothingtodowiththemotorandisquitenatural.Yourjar
willcooldownwithtime.
• Itisnormalforthemixergrindertogetalittlediscolouredespeciallywhenusedwithitemsliketurmeric.Toavoidthis,
makesurethatitemsliketurmericdonotcomeincontactwiththemixerbody.
• Donotrunthemixergrinderformorethan5minutescontinuously.Giveagapof2minutesifyouneedto
useformoretime.
Over Load Button
Incaseofexcessloadingofingredientsinthejarorlowvoltageconditions,yourPrestigeDeluxeautomaticallyswitcheso.If
thishappens,switchoyourmixergrinderandthenremovetheexcessingredientsandwaitfor2-3minutes.Thenpressthe
overloadbutton,continueoperatingthemixergrinderasbefore.

HOW TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR PRESTIGE DELUXE
To ensure that your Prestige Deluxe gives your trouble free performance, please take care to:
• AlwaysunplugtheMixiefromthemainsoutletwhennotinuseandwhilecleaning.
• Keepyourmixergrinderawayfromdirectheatsourcessuchasgasburners,electrichotplatesetc.
• While using your mixer grinder, place it on an even surface at a level which you can observe the rotation during the
operation.
• Holddownthejarlidgentlywhileyourmixergrinderisinoperation.
• Afterswitchingoyourmixergrinder,waittillthebladestopsrotatingcompletelyandonlythenremovelidorputinthe
spatula.
• Beforeremovingthejar,ensurethatpowersupplyisdisconnected.
• Keepyourmixergrinderoutofreachofchildren.
• Afterconnectingyourmixergrindertothemains,runthemotorat“1”speedforafewsecondstoensurethatthemotoris
operatingproperly.
• Beforexinganyjaronthemotorcoupler,rotatethejarshaftbyhandandmakesureitisturningfreely.
• Avoidusingyourhandforllingorcleaningoutjars.Itissafeandmorehygienictousethespatula.
• Alwayschangethebladeswiththespannerprovidedinthespatula.

• Operateyourmixergrinderonlywhenthevoltageowissteady.Electricityuctuationsmayaectthequalityofgrinding,
eventhoughthemotorremainssafe.
• Donotoperatethemixergrindertillthejarisxedandlidisrmlyplacedonit.
• Donotoperatethemixergrinderwithanemptyjar.
• Avoidstoringfoodinthejars.
• Neverplaceplasticsheetsorclothunderthebasicunit.Itmaygetsuckedinandblocktheventilationholesatthebase.
• Neverusethemixergrinderonawetsurfaceorwhentheplugorcordisincontactwithwateroranyotherliquid.This
maycauseelectrichazard.
• Donotoperateyourmixergrinderifthecordisdamagedinanymanner.
• Donotbendorputpressureonthepowercordorletthecordtouchanyhotsurface.Donotruntheappliancewitha

HOW TO USE YOUR PRESTIGE DELUXE
Your Prestige Deluxe is so simple to use! Simply follow these instructions.
• KeepyourPrestigeDeluxeataconvenientheightonarmplatformforeasyoperation.
• PrestigeDeluxerunson230VoltsACelectricsupply.Ensurethatyoursupplymatchesthis.
• Ensurethatthespeedselectorknobisin“OFF”position.
• Place the jar lled with the food to be ground, on the motor coupler and rotate it in the clockwise directiontill it locks
completely.
• ConnectthemainstoanelectricsocketandswitchthepowerON.Thepoweronindicatorlightsup.
• Turnthespeedselectorknobtotherequiredposition.Normallythe“1”positionissuitableforwetgrinding,“2”forwetanddry
grindingand“3”fordrygrinding.
• Afteryounishusingit,turnthespeedselectorknobto“OFF”position.Waitforthemotorandbladetostoprotatingcompletely,
thencheckwhetherthemixturehasreachedthedesiredconsistency.Repeattillyougetthedesiredresults.
• Aftergrinding,holdthemixergrinderwithonehandandrotatethejarinanticlockwisedirectiontoremovethejar.
• Itisrecommendedthatyoukeepyourhandsonthejarlidduringtheoperationofthemixergrinder.
NOTE : The jar should be loaded to a minimum of the blade height, not more than half the jar capacity. But in any case not exceeding
300 gms. for dry grinding jar, 500 gms. for wet grinding jar and 100gms. for chutney jar. This will ensure that the motor will not
get overloaded.

Prestige(hereinafterreferredtoastheCompany)warrantstothepurchaserof“PrestigeDeluxe”,{hereinafterreferredtoas
MixerGrinder}thatthesaidMixerGrinderisfreefromalldefectsinmaterialandworkmanship.
Thiswarrantyisvalidforaperiodoftwoyears(2years)againstmanufacturingdefectsfromthedateoforiginalpurchase,subject
tothefollowingtermsandconditions:-
1. Thewarrantycardistobecompleted,signedbythedealerimmediatelyonpurchase.
2. TheMixerGrinderisonlytobeservicedbytheCompanyRegionalServiceCentreorbyitsAuthorizedServiceCentre
(addresseslistedinthismanual).
3. ThecustomershallcarrytheMixerGrindertothenearestCompanyRegionalServiceCentre/AuthorizedServiceCentre
athis/herowncostandrisk.
4. Thecompanyshallmakeallendeavours/attemptstocarryouttheService/Replacementunderthiswarrantyattheearliest,
butshallnotbeliabletodosowithinanyspeciedtime.
5. Thewarrantywillcontinueandremaininforceonlyfortheunexpiredperiodoftheoriginalwarranty,inregardtothe
Repair/ReplacementofpartsoftheMixerGrinder.
6. ThePrestigeDeluxeshallbeusedstrictlyfordomesticpurposesinaccordancewiththeuser’smanual.
7. TheCompanyshallnotbeheldliableforanyaccident,lossordamage(directorindirect)topersonorpropertycausedby
reasonof:
 a) Repairs/serviceattendedbyunauthorizedserviceperson.
 b) Overloading/misuse/abuseor/andnegligenceonthepartoftheperson.
 c) Defectscausedbyimproper/recklessuse.

8. Thewarrantydoesnotcoverdamagesduetonegligence,mishandling,breakageorcrackingoflids,lidcaps,mixerbody,top
adopteranddentsonstainlesssteeljars.
9. TheCompanyshallnotberesponsibleforanyspecialconsequentialdamagesorlossarisingdirectlyorindirectlyforany
delayintheperformanceofthiswarranty.
10.TheCompanyreservestherighttoretainanypartorcomponentattheRegionalServiceCentre/branchesorAuthorized
ServiceCentreoratitsworkshopandshalleectRepairs/Replacementorpartsorcomponentsatitssolediscretion.
11.Allrepairswithinthe2yearsproductwarranty(arisingoutofmanufacturingdefects)willbedonefreeofcharge.Ourservice
centreswillnotchargeyouforthosespeciccomponentsandlabour.
12.ThisWarrantyshallnotinanycaseextendtowardspaymentoranymonetaryconsiderationwhatsoever,and 
shallbeonlylimitedtotheproductreplacement.
13.Anycomplain/disputesshallbewithinthejurisdictionoftheCourtsofBangalore.
14.Electricalappliances,wirepointsneedregularcheckupbyanauthorizedserviceperson.
15.Electricalappliancesarepronetovoltageuctuationrisks,thereforeprecautionshouldbetakenbeforeuse.Companyshall
notberesponsibleforanydamagetoelectricalparts,viz.coil,motoretc.arisingoutofthisproblem.
16.Theserviceevenafterthewarrantyperiodwillbefreeofcharge.However,thepartsreplacedwillbechargedafterthe
