Algemeen
Gefeliciteerd met uw aankoop van deze
Princess Style Pro Curl Sticks. Met dit
product kunt u prachtige krullen en golving
in uw haar aanbrengen.
Dit apparaat bestaat uit 20 buigbare plastic
sticks in twee verschillende maten en een
aantrekkelijke opbergdoos waarin de sticks
eenvoudig kunnen worden verwarmd door
de stekker in het stopcontact te steken.
Met behulp van een handige oplichtende
stip kunt u zien wanneer het apparaat klaar
is voor gebruik.
Zodra de buigbare sticks zijn verwarmd,
kunt u ze eenvoudig in uw haar rollen en
bevestigen. Aangezien één uiteinde van de
sticks niet wordt verwarmd, kunt u de
sticks vasthouden zonder uw vingers te
branden.
De warmte en ronde vorm van de sticks
geven uw haar de mooiste krullen en
golvinggolven. U hoeft uw haar niet nat te
maken voordat u de sticks aanbrengt.
Deze werken het beste in schoon en droog
haar.
De sticks moeten worden verbogen om in
het haar te worden aangebracht, maar
zullen vervolgens vanzelf weer recht
trekken.
Gebruik en bediening

Het apparaat is uitgerust met de volgende
onderdelen:

Voor het eerste gebruik
1Neem de opbergdoos uit de
verpakking.
2Controleer of de netspanning
overeenkomt met de spanning die op
het typeplaatje van de opbergdoos
vermeld staat.
3Maak het apparaat voor het eerste
gebruik schoon. Zie 'Onderhoud en
reiniging'.
Gebruik
1Plaats de opbergdoos op een vlak,
stabiel oppervlak zodat het niet kan
vallen.
2Zorg ervoor dat de sticks die u wilt
gebruiken in de gaten in de opbergdoos
zijn geplaatst.
3Sluit het deksel.
4Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en
laat de hete sticks enige tijd opwarmen.
5Open het klepje van de opbergdoos.
6Kam uw haar en gebruik het rechte
uiteinde van de kam om een lok haar te
pakken.
Pak niet te veel haar per hot stick (zie
figuur 2).
7Pak een hot stick vast aan het (koude)
uiteinde met het oogje en draai het rond
terwijl u de geselecteerde lok rond de
stick draait (zie figuur 4).
Om te voorkomen dat uw haaruiteinden
verbranden, kunt u de stick eerst in een
stukje absorberend papier of tissue
wikkelen dat u hebt natgemaakt met
lotion (zie figuur 3).
De dunnere sticks zijn bestemd voor
kort haar en de dikkere sticks voor
langer haar.
8Wanneer uw haar rond de stick is
gewikkeld, kunt u de stick buigen en het
rechte uiteinde in het oogje steken
zodat de stick in uw haar is bevestigd
(zie figuur 5).

9 Voor een mooie haarstijl plaatst u
meerdere sticks, regelmatig verdeeld
over uw haar.
Hiervoor herhaalt u stap 6 tot 8 voor
elke stick die u in uw haar wilt plaatsen.
10 Als u losse krullen wilt, verwijdert u de
sticks na 1 tot 3 minuten uit uw haar.
Voor strakke krullen laat u de sticks
langer in uw haar zitten.
Om de stick te verwijderen, haalt u het
rechte uiteinde uit het uiteinde met het
oogje en rolt u het haar van de stick af.
11 Voor een mooi resultaat borstelt u uw
haar nadat alle sticks zijn verwijderd.
Gebruik, indien nodig,
haarstylingproducten voor een beter
resultaat.
12 Wanneer u klaar bent met het plaatsen
van de sticks in uw haar, haalt u de
stekker uit het stopcontact om het
apparaat uit te zetten.
Na gebruik
1 Maak het apparaat na ieder gebruik
schoon. Zie 'Onderhoud en reiniging'.
Tips en trucs
Algemene tips en trucs:
• Wanneer u meer krullen wilt dicht op uw
hoofdhuid, moet u het haar van de
hoofdhuid afrollen.
• Als u lang haar hebt en speelse, losse
golvingen golven wilt, schudt u het haar
met uw hand los voordat u de hot sticks
plaatst.
• Wanneer u de hot sticks onregelmatig in
uw haar zet, krijgt u vaak natuurlijk
uitziende krullen en golvingengolven.
• Let welDenk eraan dat de hot sticks
enkel de basis voor uw haarstijl vormen.
Gebruik dan ook uw fantasie bij het
plaatsen van de sticks en wanneer u uw
haar borstelt, kamt of met uw hand in
model brengt nadat de sticks zijn
verwijderd.
Creëer uw eigen haarstijl.
Voor vaste en lang aanhoudende
krullen (zie figuur 6 en 7):
• Rol de hot stick stevig in uw haar met
het haar richting uw hoofdhuid.
• Laat de sticks in uw haar zitten tot ze zijn
afgekoeld.
• Voor een langduriger resultaat gebruikt
u lotion of gel.
• Als u hier tijd voor hebt, wacht u even
voordat u uw haar borstelt of kamt.
Voor speelse, zachte en losse krullen:
• Rol de hot stick losjes in uw haar met
het haar richting uw hoofdhuid.
• Voor langere krullen kunt u het haar om
twee sticks wikkelen (zie figuur 8).
• Laat de sticks 1 tot 3 minuten in uw haar
zitten.
• Voor een langduriger resultaat gebruikt
u een beetje lotion.
• Borstel uw haar meteen nadat u de
sticks hebt verwijderd.
• Laat het netnetsnoer nooit over de
rand van het aanrecht, het werkblad of
de tafel hangen.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit buiten.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in een
vochtige kamer.
• Verwijder de stekker uit het
stopcontact als u tijdens het gebruik
storingen ondervindt, het apparaat
gaat reinigen, een accessoire
aanbrengt of verwijdert, en voordat u
het apparaat opbergt wanneer u klaar
bent met gebruik.
• Laat het apparaat tijdens gebruik
nooit onbeheerd achter.
• Verplaats het apparaat nooit als het is
ingeschakeld of nog warm is. Voordat
u het apparaat verplaatst, moet u het
uitschakelen en wachten tot het is
afgekoeld.
• Gebruik de hot sticks alleen voor het
aanbrengen van krullen in het haar.
• Gebruik de hot sticks niet wanneer uw
haar in model is gebracht met
haarcrème of andere
haarstylingproducten.

Onderhoud
en reiniging
1 Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact om
het apparaat uit te schakelen en wacht
tot het is afgekoeld.
2 Reinig de sticks in water met zeep en
droog ze grondig af.
3 Reinig de opbergdoos voorzichtig met
een zachte, vochtige doek met enkele
druppels afwasmiddel en droog de
doos grondig af.
4 Zet de sticks in de gaten van de
opbergdoos en sluit het deksel.
• Reinig het apparaat grondig na
gebruik.
• Zorg dat het apparaat niet is
aangesloten op het stopcontact
wanneer u het gaat schoonmaken.
• Let op dat er geen vocht bij de
elektrische onderdelen van het
apparaat komt.
• Dompel het apparaat, het netnetsnoer
of de stekker nooit onder in water of
andere vloeistoffen.
• Gebruik om het apparaat te reinigen
nooit harde, bijtende of schurende
schoonmaakproducten of scherpe
voorwerpen (zoals messen of harde
borstels).

volg ze op. Bewaar deze handleiding
zodat u deze later nogmaals kunt
raadplegen.
• Het apparaat mag alleen worden
gebruikt in overeenstemming met
deze instructies.
• Dit apparaat is alleen bestemd voor
huishoudelijk gebruik.
• Het gebruik van dit apparaat door
kinderen of personen met een fysieke,
zintuiglijke, verstandelijke of
motorische handicap, of met gebrek
aan ervaring en kennis, kan
gevaarlijke situaties opleveren.
Personen die verantwoordelijk zijn

neemt, trek dan aan de stekker en niet
aan het netsnoer.

• Trek nooit aan het netsnoer om het
apparaat te verplaatsen.
• Verplaats het apparaat nooit als het in
bedrijf is.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het
apparaat of het netsnoer beschadigd
is. Laat een beschadigd netsnoer
vervangen door een bevoegde
elektromonteur.
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat, het
snoer en de stekker niet in aanraking
komen met warmtebronnen, zoals een
hete bakplaat of open vuur.
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat, het
snoer en de stekker niet in aanraking
komen met water, andere vloeistoffen
of chemicaliën.
• Voor extra bescherming in het
stroomcircuit van uw badkamer raden
we u aan een voorziening voor
lekstroom te installeren met een
nominale werkingswaarde van
maximaal 30mA. Voor advies neemt u
contact op met uw installateur.
• Raap het apparaat niet op als het in
water is gevallen. Neem in dat geval
onmiddellijk de stekker uit het
stopcontact. Gebruik het apparaat
hierna niet meer.
• Het apparaat en de onderdelen
kunnen tijdens het gebruik heet
worden. Om brandwonden te
voorkomen, moet u voorzichtig zijn als
u het apparaat en de onderdelen
aanraakt.
• Het apparaat moet de hitte kwijt
kunnen raken om brandgevaar te
voorkomen. Zorg voor voldoende
ruimte rondom het apparaat en zorg
ervoor dat het niet in contact komt met
brandbaar materiaal. Het apparaat
mag niet worden afgedekt.
Milieu
Gooi het verpakkingsmateriaal, zoals
plastic en dozen, weg in de juiste
afvalcontainers.
Indien u het apparaat wilt wegdoen terwijl
het nog steeds goed werkt of eenvoudig
gerepareerd kan worden, zorg dan dat het
apparaat hergebruikt wordt.
Aan het eind van de levensduur dient u het
apparaat op een verantwoorde manier af te
voeren, waardoor het hergebruik van het
apparaat of de onderdelen daarvan

General
Congratulations with these Princess Style
Pro Curl Sticks. They will help you to
create good looking curls and waves in
your hair.
This appliance consists of 20 flexible
plastic sticks in 2different sizes and a nice
looking storage box in which the sticks can
be heated up simply by putting the plug in
the wall socket. A handy ready dot tells you
when the appliance is ready for use.
When the flexible sticks are heated up,
they can simply be rolled and fixated in
your hair. Because one end is not heated,
you can handle the sticks without burning
your fingers.
The warmth and the round shape of the
sticks will provide your hair with the nicest
curls and waves. It is not necessary to wet
your hair before applying the hot sticks,
they work best with clean and dry hair.
The sticks must be bent to fixate them in
your hair, but after use they will
automatically straighten themselves again.
Operation and
controls

The appliance is equipped with the

Before first use
1Take the storage box out of the
packaging.
2Make sure that the mains voltage is the
same as that indicated on the type plate
on the storage box.
3Clean the appliance before first use.
See ‘Maintenance and cleaning’.
Use
1Place the storage box on a flat and
stable surface to avoid it from falling.
2Make sure that the sticks that you want
to use are placed in the holes in the
storage box.
3Close the cover.
4Put the plug in the wall socket and allow
the hot sticks some time to heat up.
5Open the cover of the storage box.
6Comb your hair and use the straight
end of the comb to select a lock of hair.
Do not select too much hair for only one
hot stick (see figure 2).
7Take a hot stick at the (cold) eye-side
and turn it wrapping the selected hair
lock around the stick (see figure 4).
To protect the hair ends or your ears
from burning, you can initially wrap the
hot stick in a piece of absorption or
tissue paper, wetted with lotion (see
figure 3).
The thinner sticks are meant for short
hair, while the thicker sticks are meant
for longer hair.
8When your hair is wrapped around the
hot stick, you can bow the stick and fit
the straight end in the eye to fixate the
stick in your hair (see figure 5).
9For a nice hair style you must place
more sticks, regularly divided over your
hair.
Therefore repeat the steps 6 till 8 for
each hot stick that you want to place in
your hair.

10 When you want loose curls, you must
remove the sticks out of your hair after
1 till 3 minutes.
For firm curls you must leave the sticks
in your hair for a longer period.
To remove the stick, take the straight
end out of the eye of the stick and unroll
the hair from the stick.
11 For a nice result, brush your hair when
all the sticks are removed.
You can use hair styling products to
improve the result.
12 Pull the plug out of the wall socket to
switch off the appliance when you are
ready with putting sticks in your hair.
After use
1 Clean the appliance after each use.

Tips and tricks
General tips and tricks:
• When you want more curls near the skin
of your head, you must roll the hair away
from the skin.
• Shake long hair loose with your hand
before you place the hot sticks when you
want playful loose waves.
• When you place the hot sticks disorderly
in your hair, this will often result in
natural looking curls and waves.
• Remind that hot sticks are only the basis
for your hair style. So use your
imagination when applying the sticks
and when you brush or comb your hair
or give shape to your hair with your
hands after removing the sticks.
Create your own hair style.
When you want firm and long lasting
curls (see figure 6 and 7):
• Roll the hot stick firmly in your hair with
the hair towards the skin of your head.
• Leave the sticks in your hair till they are
cooled down.
• Use lotion or gel to get a better lasting
result.
• When you have time, wait some time
before brushing or combing the hair.
When you want playful soft and loose
curls:
• Loosely roll the hot sticks in your hair
with the hair towards the skin of your
head.
• To make longer curls, you can roll the
hair on two sticks (see figure 8).
• Leave the sticks in your hair for 1 till
3 minutes.
• Use a little bit of lotion for a longer
lasting result.
• Brush your hair directly after you have
removed the sticks.
• Never allow the power cord to hang
over the edge of the draining board,
worktop or table.
• Never use the appliance outdoors.
• Never use the appliance in a humid
room.
• Remove the plug from the wall socket
in the event of a malfunction during
use, before cleaning the appliance,
before fitting or removing an
accessory and before storing the
appliance after use.
• Never leave the appliance unattended
when in use.
• Never move the appliance when it is
switched on or is still hot. Before you
move the appliance, switch it off and
wait until it has cooled down.
• Use the hot sticks only for curling hair.
• Do not use the hot sticks when your
hair is provided with hair cream or hair
styling products.

and cleaning

switch off the appliance and wait until
the appliance is cooled down.

2 Clean the sticks in a soapy water and
dry them thoroughly.
3 Carefully clean the storage box with a
soft, damp cloth and a few drops of
washing-up liquid, and dry it thoroughly.
4 Place the sticks in the holes of the
storage box and close the cover.
• Clean the appliance thoroughly after
use.
• Make sure the appliance is not
plugged into the wall socket when you
are going to clean it.
• Make sure no moisture comes into
contact with the appliance’s electrical
parts.
• Never immerse the appliance, the
power cord or the plug in water or
other liquids.
• Never use aggressive or scouring
cleaning products or sharp objects
(such as a knife or a hard brush) to
clean the appliance.

recommended to install a residual

• Do not pick up the appliance if it falls
into water. Immediately remove the
plug from the wall socket. Do not use
the appliance anymore.
• The appliance and its parts become
hot while the appliance is in use. To
avoid being burnt, take care when
touching the appliance and its parts.
• The appliance must be able to
dissipate its heat to avoid a risk of fire.
Make sure that the appliance has
sufficient space around it, and does
not come in contact with flammable

U.K. Wiring
Instructions
The wires in the mains lead are
coloured in accordance with the
following code:
As the colours of the wires in the mains
lead of this appliance may not
correspond with the colour markings
identifying the terminals on your plug,
proceed as follows:
• The BLUE wire must be connected to
the terminal marked with the letter N
or coloured black.
• The BROWN wire must be connected
to the terminal marked with the letter L
or coloured red.
• The GREEN/YELLOW wire must be
connected to the terminal marked with
the letter E (or earth symbol) or
coloured GREEN or GREEN/YELLOW.
If a 13A plug (BS1363) is used a 3A fuse
(BS1362) should be fitted. If any other
type of plug is used, a 13A fuse must be
fitted either in the plug or adapter, or on
the distribution board.

The Environment
Dispose of packaging material, such as
plastic and boxes, in the appropriate waste
containers.
If you wish to dispose of the appliance
whilst it still works properly or can be easily

responsible manner, thereby ensuring the

Nous félicitons d'avoir choisi les Style Pro
Curl Sticks Princess. Ces papillotes
ultramodernes vous permettront de créer
d'élégantes boucles dans vos cheveux.
L'appareil se compose de 20 papillotes en
plastique flexible, en 2tailles différentes,
dans une jolie boîte de rangement qui
permet en même temps de réchauffer les
papillotes, simplement en branchant la
fiche sur une prise. Un témoin lumineux
indique quand les papillotes sont prêtes à
l'emploi.
Une fois que les papillotes sont prêtes, rien
de plus simple que d'y enrouler vos
cheveux et de les fixer. Comme l'un des
bouts de la papillote n'est pas chauffé,
vous pouvez les manipuler sans vous
brûler les doigts.
La chaleur et la forme ronde des papillotes
imprimeront les plus belles boucles à votre
chevelure. Il n'est pas nécessaire de vous
mouiller les cheveux avant d'y mettre ces
papillotes, elles fonctionnent le mieux sur
les cheveux propres et secs.
Pour fixer les papillotes dans vos cheveux,
vous les courberez, mais après l'utilisation,
elles reprennent automatiquement leur
forme droite.

utilisation

L'appareil est équipé des fonctions
suivantes :

Avant la première utilisation
1Sortez la boîte de son emballage.
2Vérifiez que la tension d'alimentation du
réseau est identique à la tension
indiquée sur la plaquette type de
l'appareil.
3Nettoyez soigneusement l'appareil
avant la première l'utilisation. Voir «
Entretien et nettoyage ».
Utilisation
1Posez la boîte sur une surface plane et
stable, où elle ne risque pas de tomber.
2Vérifiez que les papillotes que vous
désirez utiliser sont à leur place dans
les cavités de la boîte.
3Fermez le couvercle.
4Branchez la fiche sur une prise et
attendez un moment que les papillotes
se réchauffent.
5Ouvrez le couvercle de la boîte de
rangement.
6Peignez vos cheveux, puis, avec la
pointe du peigne, soulevez une mèche
de cheveux.
Ne prenez pas une mèche trop épaisse
pour une seule papillote (voir la figure
2).
7Saisissez une papillote par l'anneau
(côté froid) et enroulez la mèche
choisie autour de la papillote (voir la
figure 4).
Pour protéger de la chaleur l'extrémité
des cheveux, et éventuellement vos
oreilles, vous pouvez envelopper au
départ la papillote d'un morceau de
papier absorbant humecté d'une lotion
(voir la figure 3)
Les papillotes plus minces sont
destinées aux cheveux courts, les plus
épaisses aux cheveux longs.
8Une fois que la mèche est enroulée sur
la papillote, vous courbez celle-ci et

vous fixez les bouts ensemble (le bout
droit passe dans l'anneau) pour la fixer
dans votre chevelure (voir la figure 5)
9 Pour obtenir une jolie coiffure, vous
répartirez un nombre suffisant de
papillotes dans votre chevelure.
Vous répétez donc les étapes 6 à 8
avec toutes les papillotes que vous
utilisez.
10 Pour des boucles lâches, retirez les
papillotes au bout de 1 à 3 minutes.
Pour des boucles plus serrées, laissez
les papillotes en place plus longtemps.
Pour retirer la papillote, libérez le bout
droit engagé dans l'anneau et déroulez
la mèche de cheveux enroulée sur la
papillote.
11 Pour un résultat élégant, brossez-vous
les cheveux après avoir retiré toutes les
papillotes.
Utilisez selon le besoin d'autres
produits de coiffure pour obtenir le
résultat voulu.
12 Débranchez la boîte en retirant la fiche
de la prise une fois que vous avez fini
d'utiliser les papillotes.

Conseils généraux :
• Pour obtenir des boucles plus près de la
tête, posez la papillote sur la mèche de
cheveux, et non dessous, pour
l'enrouler.
• Pour obtenir des longues boucles lâches
dans des cheveux longs, donnez-leur à
la main une bonne secousse pour les
décoller et les aérer, avant d'y mettre les
papillotes.
• Pour obtenir des boucles plus naturelles,
répartissez les papillotes de façon non
symétrique, en désordre.
• Les papillotes, pensez-y, ne sont que le
début de votre coiffure. Laissez libre
cours à votre imagination pour la
répartition des papillotes, et, après les
avoir enlevées, pour brosser ou peigner
votre chevelure ou la mettre en forme à
la main.
Créez votre propre coiffure.
Pour obtenir des boucles qui tiennent
bien et longtemps (voir la figure 6 et 7) :
• Placez chaque papillote chaude contre
le dessus d'une mèche et enroulez
fermement.
• Laissez les papillotes en place jusqu'à
ce qu'elles se soient refroidies.
• Appliquez une lotion ou un gel pour un
résultat plus durable.
• Si vous avez le temps, attendez un
moment avant de brosser ou de peigner
vos cheveux.
Pour obtenir des boucles lâches et
nonchalantes :
• Placez chaque papillote chaude contre
le dessous d'une mèche et enroulez
sans trop serrer.
• Pour faire des boucles plus grosses,
vous pouvez enrouler la mèche sur deux
papillotes réunies (voir la figure 8).
• Laissez les papillotes en place pendant
1 à 3 minutes.
• Appliquez un peu de lotion pour un
résultat plus durable
• Brossez vos cheveux tout de suite après
avoir retiré les papillotes.
• Ne laissez pas le cordon pendre par-
dessus le bord du plan de travail ou de
la table.
• N'utilisez jamais l'appareil à

• N'utilisez pas les papillotes sur des
cheveux dans lesquels vous avez déjà
mis une crème ou mousse à coiffer, ou
autre produit similaire.
Entretien

1 Débranchez la fiche pour éteindre
l'appareil et attendez qu'il se soit
refroidi.
2 Nettoyez les papillotes au savon et à
l'eau et séchez bien.
3 Essuyez la boîte de rangement avec un
chiffon humide et un peu de détergent
pour la vaisselle, et séchez bien.
4 Remettez les papillotes dans les
cavités de la boîte de rangement et
fermez le couvercle.
• Nettoyez soigneusement l'appareil
après l'utilisation.
• Assurez-vous que l'appareil est
débranché au moment où vous
commencez à le nettoyer.
• Ne laissez pas d'humidité pénétrer

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Kauf dieser
Princess Style Pro Curl Sticks. Mit diesen
Sticks können Sie herrliche Locken und
Wellen in Ihr Haar zaubern.
Das Gerät besteht aus 20 flexiblen
Kunststoffsticks in 2 unterschiedlichen
Größen und einem attraktiven
Aufbewahrungsbehälter, in dem die Sticks
durch einfaches Einstecken des Steckers
in die Steckdose aufgeheizt werden
können. Eine praktische Leuchtanzeige
zeigt Ihnen an, wann das Gerät
einsatzbereit ist.
Nachdem die flexiblen Sticks aufgeheizt
wurden, müssen Sie sie nur noch in Ihr
Haar drehen und befestigen. Da ein Ende
der Sticks nicht aufgeheizt wird, können
Sie diese verwenden, ohne sich die Finger
zu verbrennen.
Durch die Wärme und runde Form der
Sticks erhalten Ihre Haare die schönsten
Locken und Wellen. Sie müssen Ihre
Haare vor der Verwendung der Sticks nicht
nass machen, da sie am besten in
sauberem und trockenem Haar
funktionieren.
Damit Sie die Sticks in Ihrem Haar
befestigen können, müssen Sie sie biegen.
Nach der Benutzung kehren die Sticks
aber automatisch in ihren geraden
Ursprungszustand zurück.

Vor der ersten Verwendung
1Nehmen Sie den
Aufbewahrungsbehälter aus der
Verpackung heraus.
2Stellen Sie sicher, dass die
Netzspannung mit der auf dem
Typenschild des
Aufbewahrungsbehälters angegebenen
Spannung übereinstimmt.
3Reinigen Sie das Gerät vor der ersten
Verwendung. Siehe „Wartung und
Reinigung“.
Verwendung
1Stellen Sie den Aufbewahrungsbehälter
auf eine flache und stabile Oberfläche,
sodass er nicht herunterfallen kann.
2Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich die Sticks,
die Sie verwenden wollen, in den
Öffnungen im Aufbewahrungsbehälter
befinden.
3Schließen Sie die Abdeckung.
4Stecken Sie den Stecker in die
Steckdose und lassen Sie die Hot
5Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung des
Aufbewahrungsbehälters.
6Kämmen Sie Ihr Haar durch und
verwenden Sie das gerade Ende des
Kamms, um eine Haarsträhne
abzuteilen.
Teilen Sie nicht zu viele Haare für einen
Hot Stick ab (siehe Abbildung 2).
7Nehmen Sie einen Hot Stick an der
(kalten) Ösenseite und drehen Sie ihn ,
wobei Sie die abgeteilte Strähne um
den Stick drehen (siehe Abbildung 4).
Zum Schutz Ihrer Haarspitzen oder
Ohren vor Verbrennungen können Sie

den Hot Stick zuerst mit einem Stück
Absorptions- oder Kosmetikpapier, das
mit Lotion befeuchtet wurde, umwickeln
(siehe Abbildung 3).
Die dünneren Sticks sind zur
Verwendung in kurzem Haar, während
die dickeren Sticks zur Verwendung in
längerem Haar vorgesehen sind.
8 Wenn Sie Ihr Haar um den Stick
herumgewickelt haben, können Sie
diesen biegen und das gerade Ende in
die Öse stecken, um den Stick in Ihrem
Haar zu befestigen (siehe Abbildung 5).
9 Für eine ansprechende Frisur müssen
Sie mehrere, gleichmäßig im Haar
verteilte Sticks verwenden.
Wiederholen Sie daher die Schritte 6
bis 8 mit jedem Hot Stick, den Sie in Ihr
Haar eindrehen wollen.
10 Wenn Sie locker sitzende Locken
haben wollen, müssen Sie die Sticks
nach 1 bis 3 Minuten aus dem Haar
entfernen.
Für fester sitzende Locken müssen Sie
die Sticks länger in Ihrem Haar lassen.
Um die Sticks wieder herauszudrehen,
lösen Sie das gerade Ende aus der Öse
heraus und wickeln Sie das Haar vom
Stick ab.
11 Nachdem Sie alle Sticks herausgedreht
haben, kämmen Sie Ihre Haare noch
einmal durch. So erhalten Sie eine
wunderbar sitzende Frisur.
Zur Verbesserung des Resultats
können Sie Hairstyling-Produkte
verwenden.
12 Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der
Steckdose, um das Gerät
auszuschalten, wenn Sie mit der
Verwendung der Sticks fertig sind.
Nach der Verwendung
1 Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach jeder
Benutzung. Siehe „Wartung und
Reinigung“.
Tipps und Tricks
Allgemeine Tipps und Tricks:
• Wenn Sie mehr Locken in der Nähe des
Haaransatzes haben wollen, müssen
Sie Ihre Haare von der Kopfhaut weg
einrollen.
• Lockern Sie langes Haar mit den
Händen auf, bevor Sie die Hot Sticks
eindrehen, wenn Sie verspielte lockere
Wellen wünschen.
• Wenn Sie die Hot Sticks willkürlich in Ihr
Haar eindrehen, führt dies oft zu
natürlich aussehenden Locken und
Wellen.
• Vergessen Sie nicht, dass die Hot Sticks
nur die Grundlage für Ihre Frisur sind.
Lassen Sie also Ihre Fantasie spielen,
wenn Sie die Sticks eindrehen und Ihr
Haar bürsten oder kämmen oder mit den
Händen in Form bringen, nachdem Sie
die Sticks herausgedreht haben.
Kreieren Sie Ihren eigenen Haarstil.
Wenn Sie feste und lang haltende
Locken wünschen (siehe Abbildung 6
und 7):
• Rollen Sie die Hot Sticks fest und in
Richtung der Kopfhaut auf.
• Lassen Sie die Sticks im Haar, bis sie
abgekühlt sind.
• Verwenden Sie Lotion oder Gel für ein
länger anhaltendes Ergebnis.
• Wenn Sie es nicht eilig haben, dann
warten Sie etwas, bevor Sie das Haar
bürsten oder kämmen.
Wenn Sie verspielte, weiche und locker
sitzende Locken wünschen:
• Rollen Sie die Hot Sticks locker und in
Richtung der Kopfhaut auf.
• Für längere Locken können Sie das
Haar auf zwei Sticks aufdrehen (siehe

Freien.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in

Wartung

1 Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der

2 Reinigen Sie die Sticks in Seifenwasser
und trocknen Sie sie gründlich.
3 Reinigen Sie den
Aufbewahrungsbehälter sorgfältig mit
einem weichen, feuchten Tuch und
einigen Tropfen Geschirrspülmittel und
lassen Sie ihn anschließend gut
trocknen.
4 Platzieren Sie die Sticks in den
Öffnungen des
Aufbewahrungsbehälters und schließen
Sie die Abdeckung.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach der
Benutzung gründlich.
• Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Gerät bei
der Reinigung nicht an die Steckdose
angeschlossen ist.
