strongly recommended:
For additional protection, the installation of
a residual current device (RCD) having a rated
residual operating current not exceeding
30mA is advisable. Please consult your local
electrician for advice.
This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack experience or knowledge
if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without
supervision.

ALWAYS
3ALWAYS use the unit only for its intended use as
described in this manual. Only use attachments
recommended in this pack.

ALWAYS take care to avoid contact between hot
surfaces and bare skin, particularly at the face & neck.
3ALWAYS ensure the appliance is switched off,
unplugged from the mains and it has cooled
down before storing.
3ALWAYS regularly check the mains cord for
damage from time to time. If damaged,
discontinue use immediately and do not use until
the appliance has been inspected and approved by
a qualified electrician.

3ALWAYS keep mains cord away from hot or
heated surfaces.

NEVER
7NEVER use this product if it is not working
correctly, if it has been dropped or damaged or
dropped into water or any other liquid or if it
has a damaged plug or mains cord. If it has the
unit must not be used.

7NEVER use this product near bathrooms,
showers, basins or other vessels containing
water and do not immerse in water or any
other liquids.
7NEVER place the unit near heat sensitive
materials.
7NEVER leave unattended when plugged in and
operating.
7NEVER wind the mains cord around the handle
when hot or while storing.
7NEVER store while still connected to the mains.
7NEVER attempt repairs yourself. Repairs to
electrical appliances should only be performed
by a qualified electrician. Improper repairs may
place the user at serious risk and will invalidate
the guarantee.
7NEVER carry or suspend the appliance by the
power lead.
IMPORTANT SAFETY POINTS
A 13 amp BS1362 ASTA approved fuse must be fitted.
Before switching on, make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the
same as that indicated on the rating plate. Connecting it to any other power
source may cause damage.
This product may be fitted with a non-rewirable plug. If it is necessary to change
the fuse in the plug, the fuse cover must be refitted. If the fuse cover becomes lost
or damaged, the plug must not be used until a suitable replacement is obtained.

If the plug has to be changed because it is not suitable for your socket, or due
to damage, it should be cut off and a replacement fitted, following the wiring
instructions shown. The old plug must be disposed of safely because inserting it
into a socket could cause an electrical hazard.
The wires in the mains cable of this product are coloured in accordance with the
following code:
Blue = Neutral Brown = Live
If the markings on the terminals of your plug do not correspond to the colours
shown of the wires in the mains cable, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured Blue must be connected to the terminal which is
marked Nor coloured Black.
The wire which is coloured Brown must be connected to the terminal which is
marked Lor coloured Red.
DO NOT connect any wires to the earth terminal.
This symbol indicates that this is a 2-core appliance is Class II and does
not require an earth connection.

OPERATION
This unit operates on a main AC 220-240~50/60Hz 1800-2200W.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Towel dry your hair after washing, and detangle with a large tooth comb from
root to tip.
• Plug the appliance into a suitable mains socket.
• Ensure the voltage being used is the correct voltage for this product.
• You can alter the heat and speeds settings via the switches and button on
the handle.
• Section the hair into manageable sections using the tail comb and grips, this
will help to create a perfect long lasting blow dry.
• Use high heat and speed for initial drying.
• Use low heat and speed as hair begins to dry and for styling.
• You can use the concentrator nozzle to direct heat and control the airflow.
• Use the Velcro stay put rollers for lift at the root and body throughout
your hair.
• Use the cool shot to set your style in place.
• When you release the cool shot button, the dryer will return to normal
operation.
• After use, switch off and unplug the appliance.
• Allow unit to cool before storing away.
• Always keep the rear of the appliance away from the hair during use to
prevent it being drawn in through the rear cover.
LEE’S TIPS
• Keep the cuticles flat by pointing the hair dryer downwards and aiming the
airflow down the hair shaft.
• When the Velcro stay put rollers are in place, give your hair a spritz with my

This product is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of original
purchase. Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will
either be replaced, refunded or repaired free of charge where possible during
the period set by the dealer from whom you purchased the unit.
The following conditions apply:
• The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, cabinet parts,
knobs or consumable items.
• The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the
instructions contained in this manual.
• It must be used only for domestic purposes.
• The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold or has been
damaged by inexpert repair.
• Specifications are subject to change without notice.
• The manufacturer disclaims any liability for the incidental or consequential

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• The appliance must be unplugged before cleaning.
• Let the appliance cool down before cleaning.
• Wipe the body of the dryer with a soft damp cloth.
• To prolong the motor life it is important to regularly remove dust and dirt
from the rear grille.
• Do not use any harsh detergents, abrasives, solvents or cleaners.
• Never immerse in water to clean.
STORAGE
• Ensure the product is completely dry, switched off and unplugged from the
mains before storage.
• Store in original box in a cool, dry place.
• Store in a safe place, away from young children.
SERVICING
There are no user serviceable parts inside this appliance.
Always refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
If you drop or damage your product, do not use until it has been inspected and
approved by a qualified electrician.
