A limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser of this heater and Proaira warrants against
malfunction due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original
date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). If such a defect is discovered within the Warranty Period,
Proaira will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no cost after a thorough review of the
defect. Replacements outside of the Warranty Period will require a fee to cover materials, labor,
handling and shipping.
This limited warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse or use contrary to the owner’s
manual and safety guidelines, damage caused by an improper voltage, damage caused by use
outdoors, modification, alteration, repair or service of the product by a third party, mishandling,
improper maintenance, commercial use of the product, damages which occur in shipment or are
attributed to acts of God.
This limited warranty does not imply or assume any responsibility for consequential damages that
may result from the use, misuse, or the lack of routine maintenance of this heating appliance. This
limited warranty does not cover claims which do not involve defective material or workmanship.
FAILURE TO PERFORM GENERAL MAINTENANCE WILL VOID THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PRODUCT. THE REMEDY PROVIDED IN THIS

This product has protection safe guards that shut off the product when parts become excessively hot or if it tips
over. If the product shuts off, immediately turn the control to the OFF position and unplug it from the electric outlet.
If it tipped over: place the product on a flat, stable surface in order to prevent the product from tipping over again.
Always make sure you have fully operating smoke detectors in your home that are in accordance with your

Only use the oscillating ceramic heater as described in this user manual. Any other use is considered improper and may

WARNING: When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety

A faulty electrical installation, excessive line voltage or incorrect operation may result in an electric shock.
WARNINGS!
1.Always use the heater in an upright position.
2.Do not use the heater to dry your laundry (obstructing intake and outlet grills causes danger of overheating).
3.Do not place the heater against walls, furniture, curtains, etc.
4.Cable replacement must only be completed by technicians authorized by the manufacturer.
5.Do not use the heater in rooms less than a 43 sq. ft. area.
(ex. obstruction of air intake and outlet grills, motor turning slowly or not at all).
To reset, disconnect the plug from the power for a few minutes, remove the cause of overheating, then plug the
appliance in again. To avoid injury from unexpected starting or electrical shock, do not plug the power cord into a source
of power during unpacking and assembly. The cord must remain unplugged whenever you are adjusting/assembling the
heater. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to use or plug in the power cord until the missing or damaged
part is correctly replaced.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND HANDLING
Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical
appliance, including the following:
1.Make certain that the power source conforms to the electrical requirements of the heater.
2.The heater is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions by a person responsible for their
safety.
3.Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any
manner. Return heater to authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment or repair.
4.Unplug power cord before servicing or moving the heater. Always unplug heater when not in use.
6.WARNING: in order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
7.Do not let animals or children touch or play with heater. The air outlet gets hot during operation.

Cleaning
IMPORTANT! Do not immerse heater in water! Clean the heater grills with the vacuum
brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner. This will remove lint and dirt from the inside of the heater.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE HEATER APART.Clean the body of the heater with a soft
cloth.
CAUTION:Do not use gasoline, benzine, thinner, harsh cleaners, etc. as they will damage the
heater. NEVER USE ALCOHOL OR SOLVENTS.
STORAGE: Store the heater with these instructions in the original carton in a cool, dry place.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance requires no installation. It should be used solely as a portable appliance. Portable appliances are not
suitable for use in a bathroom.
