GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE OPERATING THE UNIT
Read this manual carefully and completely before
attempting to operate the unit. This manual has
important information for the use and safe operation
of the unit and should be kept available at all times.
This equipment will ensure years of satisfactory
service if operated and maintained according to
recommendations in this manual. If additional help
or information is needed, please contact your
distributor or Prochem Europe Ltd.
FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE
INSTRUCTIONS MAY SERIOUSLY
AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF
THE UNIT AND INVALIDATE THE
WARRANTY
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure that the Aqua Dri is plugged into an
electrical outlet with the same voltage rating as
shown on the nameplate of the unit. Do not attempt
to plug a 120 volt unit into a 230 volt outlet.
Turn on the three speed switch to the required
setting and check that the unit operates properly
before leaving it unattended.
The Aqua Dri unit is designed to blow large volumes
of air across the surface of carpet or fabric
upholstery in order to speed up the drying process.
Position the Aqua Dri at the corner or edge of the
carpet to ensure that air movement is blowing
across the largest possible surface area.
For upholstery drying, position the Aqua Dri
approximately 2 to 3 ft. from the furniture or stacked
cushions. DO NOT position the unit too close to the
articles to be dried which may cause air back
pressure and excess heating to the unit.
Multiple units are designed to be stacked whilst in
operation and for storage. Units should always be
used in the upright position on the mounting feet
(multiple positions) but units should NOT be
operated on their side or top handle surface (upside
down).
