Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Dieses Druckluftwerkzeug ist ein handliches, druckluftbetriebenes Gerät für den privaten
Einsatz. Er eignet sich zum Befestigen und Lösen von Verschraubungen im Kfz-Bereich
(Reifenmontage) sowie im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich. Die Steckaufsätze können
einfach und schnell gewechselt werden. Der Druckluftanschluss erfolgt über eine
Schnellkupplung. Beachten Sie beim Anziehen von Schrauben und Muttern die not-
wendigen Anzugsdrehmomente. Verwenden Sie nach dem Anziehen einen Drehmo-
mentschlüssel.
Verwenden Sie diese Maschine nur gemäß ihrer Bestimmung! Jede Verwendung, die
darüber hinausgeht, ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für Verletzungen aller Art oder
Schäden, die daraus entstanden sind, wird der Anwender und nicht der Hersteller haft-

Sicherheitshinweise
• Bewahren Sie diese Betriebsanleitung gribereit auf. Sie können dann bei Bedarf
wichtige Informationen und Handlungsanweisungen nachlesen.
• Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor Inbetriebnahme auf Vollständigkeit, Funktion
und Dichtheit.
• Nehmen Sie niemals ein defektes oder funktionsunfähiges Gerät in Betrieb. Kon-
taktieren Sie Ihren Fachhändler oder lassen Sie das Gerät von einem qualizierten
Facharbeiter kontrollieren.
• Trennen Sie den Schlagschrauber vom Kompressor, bevor Sie das Zubehör oder
einen Aufsatz tauschen. Trennen Sie den Schlagschrauber auch bei Nichtgebrauch
vom Kompressor.
• Arbeiten Sie immer mit Bedacht und der nötigen Vorsicht.
• Wenden Sie auf keinen Fall übermäßige Gewalt an.
• Tragen Sie bei all Ihren Arbeiten mit dem Druckluftgerät immer eine geeignete
Schutzkleidung wie z.B.: Schutzhandschuhe, Arbeitsschuhe, Schutzbrille, Gehör-
schutz usw. Personen im unmittelbaren Arbeitsbereich sollten die gleichen Schutzmaß-
nahmen treen.
• Benutzen Sie nur geeignete Schlagschraubernüsse und Zubehör.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass der Anschlussluftdruck nicht zu hoch eingestellt ist.
• Berücksichten Sie Umgebungseinüsse. Sorgen Sie für gute Beleuchtung am Ar-
beitsplatz.
• Vor jeglicher Reparatur- oder Wartungsarbeit, das Gerät in jedem Fall von der
Druckluftversorgung abkuppeln.
• Unsachgemäße Reparaturen können zu Verletzungen führen.
• Überschreiten Sie nie den zugelassenen Betriebsdruck. Zu hoher Druck kann das
Gerät beschädigen und zu Verletzungen führen.
• Druckluftwerkzeuge vor Kindern sichern. Dieses Gerät kann bei unsachgemäßer
Bedienung zu Verletzungen führen.
• Anschluss an die Druckluftversorgung nur über eine Schnellkupplung, damit im
Gefahrenfall eine schnelle Trennung möglich ist.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie nicht mit Ihren Haaren in das drehende Werkzeug ge-
langen. Tragen Sie zur Sicherheit ein Haarnetz.
• Tragen Sie enganliegende Kleidung. Weite, lose Kleidungsgegenstände können
vom drehenden Werkzeug erfasst werden und somit zu Verletzungen führen.

• Tragen Sie eine Staubschutzmaske bei staubverursachenden Arbeiten.
• Der Schalldruckpegele am Arbeitsplatz kann 85 dB überschreiten. In diesem Fall
sind Schallschutzmaßnahmen für den Bedienenden und Personen im engeren Umfeld
des Arbeitsplatzes erforderlich.
• Schalten Sie das Druckluftwerkzeug nie ein, während Sie es tragen. Eine rotierende
Werkzeugaufnahme kann Kleidung oder Haare aufwickeln und zu Verletzungen führen.
• Seien Sie auf unerwartete Bewegungen des Druckluftwerkzeugs gefasst, die
infolge von Reaktionskräften oder dem Bruch des Einsatzwerkzeugs entstehen
können. Halten Sie das Druckluftwerkzeug gut fest und bringen Sie Ihren Körper
und Ihre Arme in eine Position, in der Sie diese Bewegungen abfangen können.
Diese Vorsichtsmaßnahmen können Verletzungen vermeiden.
• Nehmen Sie für die Arbeit mit diesem Druckluftwerkzeug eine bequeme Stel-
lung ein, achten Sie auf sicheren Halt und vermeiden Sie ungünstige Positionen
oder solche, bei denen es schwierig ist, das Gleichgewicht zu halten. Der Bedie-
ner sollte während lang dauernder Arbeiten die Körperhaltung verändern, was
helfen kann, Unannehmlichkeiten und Ermüdung zu vermeiden.
• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Schlagfassungen in gutem Arbeitszustand. Ein
mangelhafter Zustand von Handfassungen und Zubehörteilen kann dazu führen, dass
diese bei der Verwendung mit Schlagschraubern zerbrechen und herausgeschleudert
werden.
• Tragen Sie das Druckluftwerkzeug niemals am Schlauch.
• Stützen Sie den Schrauber z.B. mit einem Gegenhalter ab, wenn Sie mit einem ho-
hen Drehmoment arbeiten. Beim Arbeiten mit hohen Drehmomenten können schä-
digende Reaktionsdrehmomente wirken, die sich mit einer abstützenden Vorrichtung
verringern lassen.
• Wenn Sie das Druckluftwerkzeug in einer Aufhänge- oder Einspannvorrichtung
betreiben wollen, achten Sie darauf, es erst in der Vorrichtung zu befestigen,
bevor Sie es an die Luftversorgung anschließen. Dadurch vermeiden Sie, es unbe-
absichtigt in Betrieb zu nehmen.
• Bei einem Bruch des Werkstücks oder von Zubehörteilen oder der Maschine
selbst können Teile mit hoher Geschwindigkeit herausgeschleudert werden.
• Tragen Sie beim Betrieb des Druckluftwerkzeugs immer einen schlagfesten Au-
genschutz. Der Grad des erforderlichen Schutzes sollte für jede einzelne Verwendung
gesondert bewertet werden.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Werkzeug sicher befestigt ist.
• Es besteht Erstickungs-, Skalpierungs- und/ oder Schnittverletzungsgefahr, wenn
locker sitzende Kleidung, Schmuck, Halsschmuck, Harre oder Handschuhe nicht vom
Druckluftwerkzeug und dessen Zubehörteile ferngehalten wird.

Allgemeine Hinweise
• Der empfohlene Betriebsdruck beträgt 6,2 bar. Achtung! Ein zu geringer Betriebsdruck
führt zu verminderter Leistung, ein zu hoher Betriebsdruck verkürzt die Lebensdauer.
• Das Druckluftgerät immer an einem trocken und sauberen Ort aufbewahren.
• Bei unsachgemäßer Anwendung und mangelhafter Wartung erlischt die gesetzliche
Gewährleistung.
Inbetriebnahme
Stecktülle eindrehen
• Entfernen Sie die Plastikschutzkappe aus dem Druckluftanschluss (A).
• Umwickeln Sie das Gewinde der Stecktülle (B) mit einem Teonband.
• Schrauben Sie den mitgelieferten Stecknippel in den Druckluftanschluss.
Montage von Steckaufsatz/ Verlängerung
Unsachgemäße Handhabung beim Montieren eines Steckeinsatzes oder der Verlängerung
kann zu Verletzungen führen.
• Trennen Sie das Druckluftgerät von der Druckluftquelle, bevor Sie einen Steckeinsatz
oder die Verlängerung montieren oder austauschen.
• Stecken Sie den benötigten Steckaufsatz auf den Vierkant der Antriebswelle. Stellen Sie
die richtige Drehrichtung am Umlenkhebel ein:
Umlenkschieber nach hinten (R) = Linkslauf (Schrauben lösen)
Umlenkschieber nach vorn (F) = Rechtslauf (Schrauben anziehen)
Schmierung
Zur Vermeidung von Reibungs- und Korrosionsschäden ist eine regelmäßige Schmier-
ung erforderlich. Pneumatik-Werkzeuge müssen während ihrer gesamten Lebensdauer
geölt werden. Wir empfehlen ein geeignetes Druckluft-Spezialöl zu verwenden.
Achtung! Druckluftwerkzeuge, die während des Betriebes nicht laufend mit Öl ver-
sorgt werden, werden infolge Trockenlaufes defekt. In so einem Fall kann kein Garan-
tieanspruch gestellt werden.
Ölen Sie das Druckluftwerkzeug nochmals nach Beendigung des Einsatzes, insbeson-
dere, wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht mehr einsetzen werden.
Möglichkeiten einer Schmierung:
• Nebelöler
Eine komplette Wartungseinheit beinhaltet einen Nebelöler und ist am Kompressor
angebracht
• Manuell
Wenn Sie über keinen Nebelöler verfügen, müssen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme Ihres
Druckluftgerätes 3-5 Tropfen Spezial-Druckluftöl in den Druckluftanschluss geben.
Ölen Sie das Druckluftwerkzeug nach Beendigung des Einsatzes und wenn Sie das
Gerät für längere Zeit nicht verwenden.

Luftdruck und Luftmenge
Das Druckluftgerät sollte mit einem Druck von 6,2 bar betrieben werden. Ein größerer
Druck als der maximal zulässige Druck von 7 bar kann das Gerät überlasten, was zu hö-
herem Verschleiß und Schäden an der Maschine führen kann. Bedenken Sie bitte beim
Einstellen des Luftdrucks, dass der Druck bei einer Schlauchlänge von 10 m um ca. 0,6
bar absinkt.
Druckluftanschluss
• Empfohlener Ø der Druckluftleitung 10 mm innen. Kleinere Durchmesser können zu
Leistungsverlust führen.
• Ohne Einsatz einer Wartungseinheit mit Kondensatablass ist die Lebensdauer des
Gerätes verkürzt. Die Feuchtigkeit in der Druckluft kann zu Korrosion im Gerät führen.
Drehmoment verstellen
• Den Drehkopf D auf die gewünschte Stufe
einstellen. Es sind 3 Stufen einstellbar.
Stufe 1 = niedriges Drehmoment
Stufe 3 = hohes Drehmoment D

01. PROFIAIR gewährt auf dieses Produkt eine Garantie von 24 Monate bei
bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung (siehe unter Punkt bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung) ab Kaufdatum. Diese Garantie gilt für sämtliche auftretende Material-
und Fabrikationsfehler. Weitergehende Haftungsansprüche jeglicher Natur, die sich
direkt oder indirekt auf Personen und/oder Materialien beziehen, sind ausgeschlossen.
02. Tritt ein Problem oder Mangel auf, setzten Sie sich bitte immer zunächst mit Ihrem
PROFIAIR - Vertragshändler in Verbindung. Ihr PROFIAIR- Vertragshändler kann das
Problem oder den Mangel meist direkt beheben.
03. Die Instandsetzung oder der Austausch von Komponenten hat keine Verlängerung
der ursprünglichen Garantiefrist zur Folge.
04. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Defekte, die eine Folge unsachgemäßerVerwen-
dung oder des normalen Verschleißes, sind.
05. Aus der Garantie sind sämtliche Verschleißteile ausgenommen.
06. IHR GARANTIEANSPRUCH KANN NUR ANERKANNT WERDEN, WENN:
• ein Kaufbeleg (Kaufdatum) in Form eines Kassenbons vorgelegt werden kann
• der Garantieschein vollständig ausgefüllt ist
• an dem Gerät keine Instandsetzung und/oder ein Austausch von Komponenten von
Dritten vorgenommen wurde
• das Gerät nicht unsachgemäß betrieben wurde
• keine höhere Gewalt vorliegt
• eine Mängelbeschreibung vorliegt
07. Die Garantiebestimmungen gelten zusammen mit unseren Liefer- und Verkaufs-

Intended use
This compressed-air tool is a handy device for private use that operates on compressed air.
It is suitable for tightening and loosening screw connections in the automotive eld (tyre
tting) as well as in the eld of agriculture. The plugs can be exchanged simply and rapid-
ly. The compressed air supply is attached via a quick-connect coupling. Observe the requi-
red tightening torques when tightening the screws and nuts. Use a torque wrench after
tightening.
Only use this machine according to its intended use! Any use extending beyond this does
not constitute intended use. The user, not the manufacturer, is liable for resulting damages
or injuries of any kind.

When using tools some safety precautions must be observed to prevent injuries
and damage. Therefore read through the operating manual/ safety instructions
carefully. Store them in a safe place so that the information is available to you at
all times. If you should hand the appliance on to other persons please hand
these operating instructions/safety instructions out with them. We do not
assume any liability for accident or damage which do not arise due to the failure
to observe these instructions and the safety instructions.
• Keep these operating directions ready to hand. You can then read up on important
information and instructions if necessary.
• Before start-up, check to ensure that the compressed-air tool is complete, func-
tional and free of leaks.
• Never put a defective or inoperative device into operation. Contact your specialist
dealer or have the device inspected by a qualied skilled worker.
• Disconnect the compressed-air tool from the compressor before replacing acces-
sories or an attachment. Also disconnect the device from the compressor if not in
use.
• Always work with the necessary levels of care.
• Do not apply unnecessary force under any circumstances.
• Always wear appropriate protective clothing when performing all work with the
impact screwdriver such as: protective gloves, work boots, protective goggles,
hearing protection etc. Persons in the immediate working area should take the same
protective measures.
• Only use appropriate the device sockets and accessories.
• Make sure that the connection air pressure is not set at too high a level.
• Take the inuence of anything in the vicinity into account! Make sure the work-
place is well illuminated.
• Always disconnect the device from the supply of compressed air before any re-
pair or servicing work.
• Faulty repairs can lead to injuries.
• Never exceed the permitted working pressure levels. Pressure levels that are too
high can damage the device and lead to injuries.
• Keep pneumatic tools away from children. This device can lead to injuries if used
incorrectly.
• Only connect it to the pneumatic air supply via a quick action coupling so it can
be quickly disconnected in the event of danger.
• Ensure that your hair does not get caught up in the rotating tool. Wear a hear net
for your safety.
• Wear close-tting clothing. Wide-tting, loose items of clothing get caught up in the
rotating tool and thus lead to injuries.

• Wear a dust mask when performing work that causes dust.
• Sound pressure levels may exceed 85 dB at the workstation. In this case, sound
insulation measures are required for those operating the unit and people located in
close proximity to the workstation.
• Never switch the compressed-air tool on while carrying it. Clothing or hair may
become tangled in the rotating tool receptacle and could cause injuries.
• Be aware of unexpected movements of the compressed-air tool that could occur
as a result of reaction force or the insert tool breaking. Hold the compressed-air
tool rmly and position your body and your arms in a position that can counter-
act such movements. These precautionary measures can help to avoid injuries.
• Position yourself comfortably for working with the compressed-air tool; pay at-
tention to maintaining a secure posture and avoid unfavourable positions or po-
sitions where it is dicult to keep your balance. The operator should alternate
his/her posture when working with the device for longer periods of time.This can
help to avoid discomfort and fatigue.
• Only use impact ttings in good working condition. Manual ttings and accessories
that are in faulty condition could end up breaking when using impact screwdrives,
causing them to y o out of control..
• Never carry the compressed-air tool by the hose.
• Prop up the wrench when working with high levels of torque, e. g. by using a
counter support. Working with high levels of torque could result in damaging reac-
tion torque levels that can be reduced using a support xture
• If you would like to use the compressed-air tool in a suspension or tensioning
device, make sure to rmly secure it in the xture before connecting it to the air
supply. By means of this, you avoid putting the unit into operation unintendedly.
• If the workpiece breaks or if accessories or the machine itself break, parts could
y o out of control at very high speeds.
• Always wear impact-resistant eye protection when operating the compressed-air
tool. An evaluation of the degree of protection required should be carried out sepa-
rately for each individual use.
• Make sure that the tool is securely attached.
• There is a risk of suocation, scalping and/or cut injuries, if loose clothing, jewelry,
necklaces, hair or gloves are not kept at a distance from the compressed-air tool and
its accessories.
General information
• The recommended operating pressure is 6.2 bar. Attention! Low levels of operating
pressure will result in a reduction in performance; high levels of operating pressure
shorten the service life.
• Always store the compressed-air tool in a clean and dry place.
• The statutory warranty shall be void if proper maintenance is not carried out or if un-
intended use is evident.

Start up
Twisting in the socket
• Remove the plastic protector cap from the compressed-air connection (A).
• Wrap a Teon band around the thread of the socket (B).
• Screw the plug nipple included within the scope of supply into the compressed-air
connection.
Installation of plug attachment / extension
Improper handling when installing a plug element or elongation can cause injuries.
• Disconnect the compressed-air tool from the compressed-air supply before replacing
a plug insert or mounting or replacing the extension.
• Insert the required plug attachment onto the square-shaped part of the drive shaft. Set
the right direction of rotation on the reversing lever:
Reverse slider backwards (R) = anti-clockwise rotation (loosen bolts)
Reverse slider forwards (F) = clockwise rotation (tighten bolts)
Lubrication
In order to avoid damage caused by friction or corrosion, the unit must be lubricated
regularly. Pneumatic tools must be oiled for the entire duration of their service life. We
recommend using a suitable special compressed-air oil.
Attention! Compressed-air tools that are not continuously supplied with oil during ope-
ration will run dry and become defective as a result. In such cases, no warranty claim can
be made.
Lubricate the compressed-air tool again after use, especially if the device will not be used
for a long period of time.
Lubrication options:
• Mist lubricator
A complete maintenance unit contains a mist oiler and is attached to the compressor.
• Manual
If you do not have a mist lubricator, you must insert 3-5 drops of a special compressed-
air oil into the compressed-air connection each and every time before operating the
compressed-air unit.
Lubricate the compressed-air tool after use and if the device will not be used for a long
period of time.
Air pressure and air volume
The compressed-air unit should be operated using a pressure of 6.2 bar. A larger amount
of pressure than the maximum permissible pressure of 7 bar can overload the unit which
can lead to high levels of wear and damage to the machine. Please take into considera-
tion when setting the air pressures that the pressure drops by approx. 0.6 bar at a hose
length of 10 m.

Compressed-air connection
• Recommended Ø of the compressed-air line, 10 mm on the interior. Smaller diameters
can result in performance loss.
• The service life of the unit will be reduced if a maintenance unit with a condensation
discharge is not used.The moisture in the compressed air can result in corrosion inside
the unit.
Adjusting the torque
• Set the rotary knob D to the desired level.
A selection between 3 levels can be made.
Level 1 = low torque

WARRANTY
01. PROFIAIR grants a warranty of 24 months from the purchase date as long as the
device is used as intended (see the item on Intended Use). This warranty is valid for
all material and manufacturing faults. More extensive liability claims of any kind that
are based directly or indirectly on persons and/or materials, are excluded.
02. If a problem or defect should appear, please always rst contact your PROFI-
AIR authorized dealer. Your PROFIAIR authorized dealer can usually correct the
problem or defect directly.
03. The repair or replacement of components does not result in the extension of the
original warranty period.
04. The warranty does not cover defects that are the result of inappropriate use or
normal wear.
05. All wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.
06. YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM CAN ONLY BE RECOGNIZED, IF:
• A sales slip (purchase date) in the form of a sales register receipt can be presented
• The warranty certicate is completely lled out
• No repairs and / or replacements of components have been undertaken by third
parties on the equipment
• The equipment has not been operated inappropriately
• No act of nature beyond human control is involved
• A description of the defect is enclosed

Përdorimi sipas dispozitave
Kjo vegël me ajër të kompresuar është një pajisje praktike, me ajër të kompresuar për
përdorim privat. Ajo është e përshtatshme për ksimin dhe lirimin e vidhave në fushën
e automjeteve (montimin e gomave) si dhe në fushën e bujqësisë. Adaptuesit mund të
ndërrohen thjesht dhe shpejt. Lidhja me ajrin e kompresuar vijon përmes një bashkuesi
të shpejtë. Vëreni gjatë lidhjes së vidhave dhe dadove momentin e nevojshëm rrotullues
të lidhjes. Pas tërheqjes përdorni një çelës me moment rrotullimi.
Përdoreni këtë makineri vetëm sipas përcaktimit për të! Çdo përdorim tjetër, i cili del
jashtë këtij përcaktimi, nuk është përdorim i saktë. Për lëndimet ose dëmet e çdo lloji që

Gjatë përdorimit të makinerisë ju duhet zbatoni disa masa sigurie për të

Udhëzime të sigurisë
• Ruani udhëzimin për përdorim në vend të arritshëm. Në rast nevoje Ju mund t‘i
rilexoni informata të rëndësishme dhe udhëzime për veprim.
• Kontrolloni veglën me ajër të kompresuar para vënies në punë, nëse është e
plotë, funksionale dhe hermetike.
• Asnjëherë mos vini në funksion një aparat defekt ose jofunksional. Kontaktoni
tregtarin profesional ose lejoni kontrollimin e aparatit nga një punëtor të kualikuar
profesional.
• Shkëputeni veglën me ajër të kompresuar nga kompresori, para se të zëvendëso-
ni një aksesor apo pajisje. Shkëputeni pajisjen nga kompresori edhe nëse nuk do ta
përdorni më atë.
• Punoni gjithmonë me vëmendje dhe kujdesin e nevojshëm.
• Në asnjë mënyrë mos përdorni dhunë të tepërt.
• Gjatë të gjitha punëve tuaja me trapanin vidhosës mbani gjithmonë rroba ade-
kuate mbrojtëse, si p.sh.: Doreza mbrojtëse, këpucë mbrojtëse, syze mbrojtëse,
mbrojtëse veshësh etj. Personat në zonën e drejtpërdrejt të punës duhet të ndërmar-
rin të njëjtat masa mbrojtëse.
• Përdorni vetëm çelësa cilindrik dhe aksesorë të përshtatshëm për trapanin vid-

• Asnjëherë mos e tejkaloni presionin e lejuar të punës. Presioni shumë i lartë mund
të dëmtoj aparatin dhe të sjellë lëndime.
• Siguroni nga fëmijët veglat e punës me ajër të kompresuar. Ky aparat mund të
sjellë lëndime gjatë përdorimit joprofesional.
• Lidhja në furnizuesin e ajrit të kompresuar vetëm përmes një friksioni të shpejtë,
që të mundësohet ndarja e shpejt në rast rreziku.
• Kujdesuni, që të mos arrini me okët tuaj në veglën e punës që rrotullohet. Për
çështje sigurie mbani një rrjetë okësh.
• Mbani rroba që Ju rrinë ngushtë. Sende rrobash të gjëra dhe të lira mund të përfshi-
hen nga vegla e punës që rrotullohet dhe kështu të shkaktojë lëndime.

• Gjatë punimeve që shkaktojnë pluhur, mbani një maskë mbrojtëse kundër pluhu-
rit.
• Niveli i presionit të tingullit në vendin e punës mund të tejkalojë 85 dB. Në këtë
rast është e nevojshme të merren masa për mbrojtjen nga zhurma për përdoruesit dhe
personat që ndodhen në afërsi të vendit të punës.
• Mos e ndizni asnjëherë veglën me ajër të kompresuar, ndërkohë që e mbani. Fole-
ja e rrotullueshme e veglës mund të kapë rrobat ose okët dhe të shkaktojë lëndime.
• Në rast lëvizjesh të papritura të veglës me ajër të kompresuar, të shkaktuara nga
forca reaktive ose thyerja e veglës, ruani qetësinë. Mbajeni veglën fort dhe ven-
dosini trupin dhe krahët në një pozicion të tillë, në mënyrë të tillë që t’i rezistoni
këtyre lëvizjeve. Këto masa sigurie mund të shmangin lëndime.
• Gjatë punës me këtë vegël, zini një pozicion të rehatshëm, bëni kujdes që të
mbani mirë veglën dhe shmangni pozicione të pafavorshme apo të ngjashme,
si pasojë e cilave është e vështirë të ruani baraspeshimin. Gjatë orëve të gjata të
punës, përdoruesi duhet të ndryshojë pozicionin e trupit, çka mund të ndihmojë
në shmangien e parehatisë dhe lodhjes.
• Përdorni vetëm mbajtëse në gjendje të mirë pune. Nëse dorezat dhe aksesorët nuk
janë në gjendje të mirë, mund të thyhen ose të uturojnë nga vendi gjatë përdorimit
të vidatorit.
• Mos e mbani asnjëherë veglën nga tubi.
• Fiksojeni vidën p.sh. me një kundërçelës, nëse punoni me një moment të lartë
rrotullimi. Gjatë punës me moment të lartë rrotullimi, mund të shkaktohen momente
rrotullimi reaktive të dëmshme, të cilat reduktohen me një mjet ksues.
• Nëse dëshironi të vini në punë veglën me ajër të kompresuar në një mekanizëm
varës ose në një zhigë, bëni kujdes që ta ksoni atë llimisht tek mekanizmi, për-
para se ta lidhni atë në furnizimin me ajër. Në këtë mënyrë parandaloni ta vini atë në
punë në mënyrë të pavullnetshme.
• Në rastin e thyerjes së produktit ose pjesëve të aksesorëve apo vetë makinerisë,
pjesët mund të uturojnë me shpejtësi të lartë.
• Gjatë përdorimit të veglës me ajër të kompresuar, mbani gjithmonë një maskë
mbrojtëse për sytë kundër goditjeve. Shkalla e mbrojtjes së nevojshme duhet të
vlerësohet për çdo rast përdorimi.
• Sigurohuni që vegla të jetë ksuar mirë.
• Ka rrezik asksimi, heqjeje të skalpit ose dëmtimesh nga prerja, nëse nuk mbani
larg veglës me ajër të kompresuar dhe aksesorëve të saj, rroba, bizhuteri, rruaza, okët
ose dorashkat.
Udhëzime të përgjithshme
• Presioni i këshilluar i punës është 6,2 bar. Kujdes! Një presion shumë i ulët pune sjell
performancë të ulët dhe një presion shumë i lartë pune shkurton jetëgjatësinë.
• Ruajeni vidatorin veglën me ajër të kompresuar gjithmonë në një vend të thatë dhe
të pastër.
• Në rast të një përdorimi të papërshtatshëm dhe mirëmbajtjeje të pamjaftueshme, ga-
rancia ligjore shfuqizohet.

Vënia në punë
• Rrotullimi i konektorëve
• Hiqni kapakun plastik mbrojtës nga lidhja e ajrit të kompresuar (A).
• Mbështillni letot e konektorit (B) me ngjitës teon.
• Vidhosni pipthin me shtypje në lidhjen e ajrit të kompresuar.
Montimi i puntos / zgjatuesit
Montimi i papërshtatshëm i një puntoje ose një zgjatuesi mund të shkaktojë lëndime.
• Shkëputeni veglën me ajër të kompresuar nga burimi i ajrit të kompresuar, para se të
montoni ose të zëvendësoni një punto ose zgjatues.
• Futeni punton përkatëse në kuadratin e mandrinës. Përcaktoni drejtimin e duhur të
rrotullimit në levën e ndryshimit të xhirove:
Shina drejtuese nga pas (R) = drejtimi majtas (lironi vidën)
Shina drejtuese nga përpara (F) = drejtimi djathtas (shtrëngoni vidën)
Lubrikimi
Për shmangien e dëmtimeve nga fërkimet dhe gërryerja, është i nevojshëm procesi i lub-
rikimit. Veglat pneumatike duhet të vajisen gjatë jetëgjatësisë së tyre. Ju këshillojmë të
përdorni një vaj të posaçëm për ajër të kompresuar.
Kujdes! Veglat me ajër të kompresuar, të cilat nuk vajisen rregullisht gjatë përdorimit,
pësojnë defekt si pasojë e punës në të thatë. Në këtë rast nuk mund ta kërkoni të drejtën
e garancisë.
Pasi të mbaroni punë me veglën me ajër të kompresuar, vajiseni atë sërish, veçanërisht
nëse nuk do ta përdorni më pajisjen për një kohë të gjatë.
Mundësitë e lubrikimit:
• Lubrikues me spërkatje
Një njësi e kompletuar mirëmbajtjeje përmban një lubrikues me spërkatje dhe lidhet
në kompresor.
• Manual
Nëse nuk keni një lubrikues me spërkatje duhet të shtoni manualisht në lidhjen e ajrit
të kompresuar 3-5 pika nga vaji i posaçëm, para çdo vënieje në punë të veglës me ajër
të kompresuar.
Vajiseni veglën me ajër të kompresuar pas përfundimit të punës me të si dhe në rast se
nuk do ta përdorni pajisjen për një kohë të gjatë.
Presioni dhe vëllimi i ajrit
TPajisja me ajër të kompresuar duhet të punojë me një presion prej 6,2 bar. Një presion
më i madh se presioni maksimal i lejuar prej 7 bar mund ta mbingarkojë pajisjen, çka
mund të shkaktojë një konsumim të lartë dhe dëmtime në pajisje. Kur vendosni presio-
nin e ajrit, mbani parasysh që presioni në një tub me gjatësi 10 m, bie me rreth 0,6 bar.

Lidhja e ajrit të kompresuar
• Ø i këshilluar i linjës së ajrit të kompresuar 10 mm nga brenda. Një diametër më i vogël
mund të shkaktojë humbje fuqie.
• Pa përdorimin e një njësie mirëmbajtjeje me shkarkim të ujit të kondensuar, jetëgjatë-
sia e pajisjes reduktohet. Lagështia në ajrin e kompresuar mund të shkaktojë gërryerje
në pajisje.
Ndryshimi i momentit të rrotullimit
• Vendoseni butonin rrotullues D në grada-
cionin e dëshiruar. Mund të përcaktohen 3
gradacione.
Gradacioni 1 = moment i ulët rrotullimi
Gradacioni 3 = moment i lartë rrotullimi
