1. INSTALLATION
Please check the electric power listed on the vacuum pump and install the vacuum
pump correctly,
ground line must on the floor.
2. MAINTENANCE
A. To ensure vacuum pump works smoothly suggest change the vacuum oil every
500 working hours or every a half year.

B. Check water filter bottle everyday, as soon as the water over a half of the bottle
please cleans it.
3.FUNCTIONSANDOPERATIONS
1 Mix time
2 Barrel speed
3 Vacuum
4 Vacuum pump ON/OFF switch
5 Tumble ON/OFF switch
6 Inch moving tumble forward/Reverse
Cleaning. The tumbler inside must be cleaned everyday after working hours.

5.MACHINEOPERATION EXPLAIN.
Check therightpower sourcewiththename plateof themachine. Plug in thepower and
readyto operatethe machine.
Turnonmain powerswitchandset thevalueon control panel. After finishall of the
settingpushdown thesafetybar andpress Start/Pause”buttontostart thefunction.
Safetyfunction will be effectiveand machinewill stopat thesame time whileuser
pull up thesafetybar or gearmotor box duringworkingprocess.
After vacuumtumbling jobfinish,machinewill stopandair ventilationatthe sametime.
As soon as machinefinishair ventilation, openthevacuumcover and useunloading
switchtounload theproduct indrum.
The stopperon thesideof themachineis design toholdthedrumand remain it inthe
sameangleand helpuser toload in theprocessing product. Howto usethe stopper:
A. Pushinthehandlebar of stopper totheholeof thedrumbefore loadinthe
processing product.
B. Pull back the handlebar of stopper fromtheholeof thedrumbeforestart the
machine.
Warning: Thehandle bar of thestoppermust bepulled back beforeuserstart the
machine!!Themachinewill bedamaged if user havenot fulfill it!!
