By means of this document, PROZIS declares that the Glow - Ionic Hair Dryer is fully
compliant with all the standards specied in the applicable legislation as well as other
relevant clauses.

To avoid any impact on the environment or human health due to dangerous sub-
stances present in electrical and electronic devices, the end users of such devices
are expected to understand the meaning of the symbol consisting of a crossed-
out waste container. Do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment along
with unsorted household waste. Instead, dispose of it separately and properly.
The packaging that protects the device against transport damage is made from
non-polluting materials that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.

Safety warnings
Danger!
This symbol highlights dangerous situations
that can lead to light injuries, or damage, malfunc-
tion, and/or destruction of the device.
To prevent harm or injury to users or others, be sure to
comply with the below requirements.
This device can be used by children 8 years old and over,
and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge provided
their use is supervised or they have been given instruc-
tions concerning the use of the device in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
Children must not play with this device. Cleaning and
maintenance must not be handled by unsupervised children.

Risk of electric shock!
Do not use the device near water or near a wa-
ter point, like bathtubs, showers, washbasins or
other vessels containing water).
• Do not leave the device unattended when plugged into
a power outlet.
• When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it
after use since the proximity of water presents a risk
even when the appliance is switched off.
• Do not touch the hair dryer, the power cable or the plug
with wet hands.
• For additional protection, we advise you to install a
residual current device (RCD) in the electrical circuit
that supplies the bathroom.This RCD must have a rated
residual operating current not higher than 30 mA.Ask
your installer for advice.

• Before plugging in the appliance, make sure the volt-
age indicated on the hair dryer matches local power
voltage.
• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheat-
ing, and only use it in a dry environment. Do not use it
outdoors.
• Do not insert metal objects into the air grilles to avoid
electric shock.
• Do not puncture, warp or stretch the power cable. Do
not compress or pull it across sharp edges.
• Do not use an extension lead ormodifythe power
cordplug.
• If the main cable is damaged, you must have it replaced
by Prozis, by a service center authorized by Prozis or
similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not use the device if it,or parts of it, are visiblydamaged.
• Do not alter or modify the device in any way.

Fire hazard!
• Do not put the hair dryer down or leave it unattended
when switched on.
• Do not cover the device or place it on soft objects such
as towels.
• Do not block the air grilles while operating the device.
Clean the air grilles regularly.
• Do not expose the device to heat sources or ammable
substances.
• If the appliance overheats, it will switch off automati-
cally. In this case, slide the on/off switch to the position
0, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down for a
few minutes. Before switching the appliance on again,
check the grilles to make sure they are not blocked by
uff, hair, etc.
• Do not use the device on articial hair.

Risk of burning!
• Do not direct the warm airow towards your eyes, hands
or any other sensitive body part.
• Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device.The hair dry-
er becomes hot when in use. Hold it using the handle.
• Allow the device to cool down completely before clean-
ing it or storing it.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Switch off the device, unplug it and allow it to cool down for a few minutes before
cleaning.
• Remove the nozzle and use a cotton swab to clean the air outlet. Wipe the product with
a dry, soft cloth.
• Protect the hair dryer from water drops and spray. To prevent possible damage, make
sure no moisture enters the device while cleaning.
• Never use chemical products or aggressive detergents.
• Clean the device regularly and ensure the air inlet and outlet are free of dust, uff, and hair.
STORAGE
• Allow the device to cool down completely before you store it away.
• Store the device away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight when not in use for a
long period of time.
• Please use the old packaging to repack the device to prevent dust and dirt build-up.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Make sure the hair dryer is switched off before plugging it into the power outlet.
• Check the air inlet and the nozzle to ensure they are not blocked by hair or other particles.
• Connect the plug to a power supply socket.
• For a more precise drying, attach the nozzle to the hair dryer.
• Slide the airow switch to the desired position:
- Switch off
- Cool airow to x your style
- Gentle airow - great for hair styling
- Strong airow and fast drying
When the dryer is in use, the far-infrared and negative ions functions are both active.The
bio-ceramic heating element produces far-infrared radiation to dry quickly without dam-
age. The built-in negative ion emitter prevents hair from overdrying.

Safety features
This hair dryer includes an overheating protection. This means that the device will
automatically switch off when it overheats. Unplug it and allow it to cool down for a few
minutes.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having
tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.

ered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for nal consumers.
The warranty is valid exclusively for the consumer who purchase the product for non-pro-
fessional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees that the product is to remain free from material and production defects
for a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and the
respective delivery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.

CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s consum-
able components, such as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the malfunc-
tion is caused by faulty design, materials or production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need rises to exercise the rights conceded to you through this warranty, contact the
Prozis customer service via the communication channels provided on the Prozis website,
and follow the provided instructions or recommendations. Contact and technical assis-
tance information is also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase is present-
ed by the original customer. This proof of purchase may be original invoice or receipt, as
long as it includes information regarding the date of purchase and the product’s model
name.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by third parties. This warranty does
not apply to any repairs, or damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted
or caused the damage that is the subject of the respective warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting from normal product use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of supercial damage that only affect the
product’s appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of the product that does not comply
with user manual instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user manual instructions.
5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not authorized to proceed to its repair.
6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the breaking of any of its compo-
nents, or from product misuse.

8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be ascribed to the production or
design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a business, occupation or commerce.
10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the technical or security norms in
force, or with user manual instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or x any fault or malfunction resulting
from the verication of any of the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to
payment of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the product during transportation
to Prozis. This warranty will be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers
that have been removed, damaged, tampered with or modied in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or loss due to usage of the product.

To request warranty service, you must rst contact Prozis customer service via the com-
munication channels provided on the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions
and recommendations.
Send back the product inside its original packaging, including all accessories and docu-

• Pour une protection supplémentaire, nous vous conseil-
lons d’installer un dispositif à courant résiduel (DCR)

Ce DCR doit avoir un courant résiduel de fonctionne-
ment nominal ne dépassant pas 30 mA. Demandez
conseil à votre installateur.
• Avant de brancher l’appareil, assurez-vous que la ten-
sion indiquée sur le sèche-cheveux correspond à la
tension d’alimentation locale.
• Protégez le produit de la saleté, de l’humidité et de la
surchauffe, et ne l’utiliser que dans un environnement
sec. Ne l’utilisez pas à l’extérieur.
• N’insérez pas d’objets métalliques dans les grilles
d’aération pour éviter tout choc électrique.
• Ne percez pas, ne déformez pas ou n’étirez pas le câble
d’alimentation. Ne le comprimez pas et ne le tirez pas
sur des bords coupants.
• N’utilisez pas de rallonge ou ne modiez pas la che du
cordon d’alimentation.

• Si le câble secteur est endommagé, vous devez le faire
remplacer par Prozis, par un centre de service autorisé
par Prozis ou par des personnes qualiées similaires

• Ne posez pas le sèche-cheveux ou ne le laissez pas sans
surveillance lorsqu’il est allumé.
• Ne couvrez pas l’appareil ni le placez pas sur des objets
mous tels que des serviettes.
• Ne bloquez pas les grilles d’air pendant l’utilisation de
l’appareil. Nettoyez régulièrement les grilles d’air.
• N’exposez pas l’appareil à des sources de chaleur ou à

• Si l’appareil surchauffe, il s’éteint automatiquement.
Dans ce cas, glissez l’interrupteur on/off sur la position
0, débranchez l’appareil et laissez-le refroidir quelques
minutes.Avant de remettre l’appareil en marche, véri-
ez que les grilles ne sont pas obstruées par des pe-
luches, des cheveux, etc.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil sur des cheveux articiels.
Risque de brûlure !
• Ne dirigez pas le ux d’air chaud vers vos yeux, vos
mains ou toute autre partie sensible du corps.
• Ne touchez pas les surfaces chaudes de l’appareil. Le
sèche-cheveux devient chaud lorsqu’il est utilisé.Tenez-
le à l’aide de la poignée.
• Laissez l’appareil refroidir complètement avant de le
nettoyer ou de le ranger.

ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
• Éteignez l’appareil, débranchez-le et laissez-le refroidir quelques minutes avant de le
nettoyer.
• Retirez l’embout concentrateur et utilisez un coton-tige pour nettoyer la sortie d’air.
Essuyez le produit avec un chiffon sec et doux.
• Protégez le sèche-cheveux de gouttes d’eau ou spray. Pour éviter tout dommage éven-
tuel, veillez à ce qu’aucune humidité ne pénètre dans l’appareil pendant le nettoyage.
• N’utilisez jamais de produits chimiques ou de détergents agressifs.
• Nettoyez régulièrement l’appareil et assurez-vous que l’entrée et la sortie d’air sont ex-
emptes de poussière, de peluches et de cheveux.
STOCKAGE
• Laissez l’appareil refroidir complètement avant de le ranger.
• Conservez l’appareil à l’abri de la chaleur, de l’humidité et de la lumière directe du
soleil lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé pendant une longue période.
• Veuillez utiliser l’ancien emballage pour remballer l’appareil an d’éviter l’accumulation
de poussière et de saleté.
