suggest that you read this user manual carefully before primary use in order to utilize all of the features
in functions installed. Please store it in a safe place for future reference and pass it on to the next
owner.
Caution & Safety Guide:
Please power off the unit when not in use. If the unit will not be in use for an extended period, it is
suggested that you disconnect the unit from its power source.
To prevent damage to the unit do not install in areas of extreme heat or in areas with direct exposure to
sunlight.
Don’t install the unit in or near a place where it may come in contact with rain, moisture or other liquids.
Install the unit on a horizontal, flat and firm surface with good ventilation. Never block the speaker,
blocking these vents may cause damage to the speaker as a result of overheating.
To clean the unit, simply wipe it down using a dry, soft cloth. The unit should never be cleaned
chemicals or detergent.
In the rear occurrence of malfunction do not attempt to repair the unit on your own. Contact a certified
service professional for a proper diagnosis and repair.
Caution: Dismantling the unit on your own is dangerous and may cause damage to your person or
property and will void the warranty.
The lightning flash is intended to alert the user to the presence of dangerous voltage within the
product’s enclosure and touching the internal components may result in an electric shock to your
person.
The exclamation mark is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating instructions.
To reduce the risk of electric shock or fire, do not remove the cabinet cover simply contact a service
professional.

Connections
Bluetooth Connection
Primary Pairing and Connection of a Bluetooth Enabled Device
Push the Power Switch to the position
Press the mode button repeatedly on the speaker to enter Bluetooth mode, the display will read
“BLUETOOTH” indicating the speaker is in pairing mode.
Using the native controls on your Bluetooth device hit search to scan for available devices and select
"Pure Acoustics" to connect.
Once successfully connected, audio played through the connected Bluetooth device will heard through
the speaker.
After the initial pairing and connection, the unit will stay paired unless manually deleted by the user, or
until it is erased due to a reset of the device.
If your device should become unpaired or you find it is unable to connect, repeat the above steps.
Stream Audio from your Bluetooth Device
Follow the instructions for Pairing a Bluetooth Device above.
Use the native controls on the connected Bluetooth Device to select a track.
To play, pause or skip the selected track, use the native controls on the connected
Bluetooth Device or use the multimedia keypad on the speaker.
Line Input Connections
Plug one end of the RCA cable (not included) into the RCA Input on the back panel.
Plug the other end of the cable into the audio output/headphone jack on your Smartphone, tablet,
music player or other audio source.
Push the Power Switch to the position
Press the mode button repeatedly on the speaker to enter “LINE IN” mode indicated on the digital
display as AUX mode. Audio played on the connected device will now be heard through the speakers.
USB/Micro SD Card
Plug n’ Play music off of flash drives or micro SD cards (maximum 32GB) via USB port or SD card slot on
main control panel
Please note: This unit will only read WMA/MP3 Audio files.
*Please Note: You may adjust the volume levels using the master volume to adjust the sound levels of all
connected devices at once or use the MP3 volume knob to control only the connected music source.
Digital FM Tuner
Press the mode button until the speaker enters FM mode to tune into your favorite radio stations both
indoors and out. Long press the Play/Pause button to auto scan upto 15 preset stations.

Primary Wired Microphone Connection
Connect a wired microphone using an XLR or a 6.3mm plug. Use the independent volume and echo
control knobs to adjust the sound to your desired levels.
Secondary Wired Microphone Connection
Connect a wired microphone using an XLR plug. Use the independent volume and echo control knobs
to adjust the sound to your desired levels.
Instrument Connection
Connect any instrument by inserting a 6.3mm plug into the instrument indicated on the panel as
“INSTRUMENT”. Use the master volume and echo controls to adjust the sound to your desired levels.
Connecting Additional Amplified Speakers
The PSX-15400 is an expandable system. This means that as many as 3 additional amplified speakers
may be connected at the same time. Please read the below carefully in order to utilize all of the
features of the system.
Connection Option 1:
Connect an additional amplified speaker using and RCA cable by inserting one end in to the back
panel marked LINE OUT. Connect the other end into the additional amplified speaker marked LINE IN.
Connection Option 2:
Connect an additional amplified speaker using an XLR cable by inserting one end in to the back panel
marked OUTPUT. Connect the other end into the additional amplified speaker marked INPUT.
Connection Option 3:
Connect an additional passive speaker using an XLR connection or a 6.3mm plug to the dual port on
the back panel labeled “SPEAKER OUT” and marked in blue
