Features
Switching class D output stage.
Fully symmetrical and balanced modulator for unsurpassed accuracy and cross
channel separation.
Open input architecture for future expansion. The standard PIM-SIM1 input module
provides:
Inputs on Neutrik®Combo connectors or Phoenix screw terminals.
Parallel link outputs on XLR-3M for easy routing of multiple amplifiers.
Selectable high pass filters with 30 and 50Hz second order high pass filter
characteristic.
Instant recovery circuit eliminates stitching of the output when recovering from
clipping or overload.
EFL®(Extended Feedback Loop) technology makes it possible to take the
feedback for the amplifier right from the loudspeaker terminals, offering
unprecedented control of the loudspeaker, independent on loudspeaker cable
length. The amplifier can be used as a normal amplifier without any
inconveniences simply by not connecting the EFL sense inputs.
Selectable clip limiter with selectable response time.
Minimum sample frequency selection.
Protection against over-dissipation, open or short circuit and HF or DC at the
output. The amplifier will remain in protect mode with the power supply shut off in
case of undervoltage at the mains input.
Outputs on touch proof Neutrik®Speakon connectors. The individual channel and
bridge output connectors have integral sensing inputs for the EFL circuit.
High efficiency ZCS/ZVS switchmode power supply for minimum weight and low
electromagnetic emission.
Extensive power line filtering for minimal interference.
Provision for remote AC power control.
Soft start minimises current surge on power-on enabling multiple amplifiers to be
switched on simultaneously from the same wall socket.
High efficiency cooling system. The power transistors are directly mounted onto
individual heatsinks eliminating the high thermal resistance of electrical insulators.
This reduces component temperatures and extends the life of the power
components.
Four temperature-proportional speed fans for quiet operation.
Front to back air flow.
Easily removable air filter on the front eliminates dust buildup inside the unit.
