1. SAFETY INFORMATION

3.2 On-screen icons
The LCD screen provides information on the current status of the phone.

4. INSTALLATION
4.1 First steps
4.1.1 Connecting the handset to the base station
All handsets come pre-registered with the base on purchase.
• To use the handset and the base together, you must be able to establish a radio connection between them.
The signal between the handset and the base conforms to the usual standards of a DECT telephone:
maximum range of up to 300 meters outdoors and up to 50 meters indoors.
• Signal range may decrease if there are large metal objects (such as a refrigerator, mirror, archive cabinet,
metal door, or reinforced concrete) between the handset and the base. Signal strength may also decrease in
the presence of other solid structures such as walls or other radio or electrical interference.
• Do not place the handset or base near another telephone, TV, or audio device as this may cause interference.
4.1.2 Conguring the handset language
1. Press the <LEFT KEY> then use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «HS SET».
2. Press the <LEFT KEY> then use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «LANGUAGE».
3. Press the <LEFT KEY> then use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select your desired language.
4. Press the <LEFT KEY> to conrm your selection.

4.2 Connecting the base station
• Connect the power cord and the telephone cord to the base station.
• Plug the AC adapter into a 100-240V/50-60Hz AC outlet and the telephone
cord into your telephone wall jack.
Note:
• Always use the cables provided in the box.
• The base requires AC power to operate and does not provide enough power to
charge the handset batteries.
Warning:
• Only use the adapter supplied with the device. Using any other power supply may cause hazards.
• Install the base in a position that allows the AC adapter plug to easily access a power outlet. Never attempt
to extend the AC power cable.
4.3 Inserting and charging batteries
Insert the 2 batteries provided into the battery slots according to the polarity
markings. Use only rechargeable NiMH batteries of the type provided. Position
the battery cover and slide it down until it clicks into place. Place the handset
on the base station and allow it to charge for 15 hours before using it for the
rst time. The handset will beep when properly placed on the base or charger.
5. USAGE
5.1 Make a Call
There are two ways to make a call, preparatory dial or direct dial. A timer will
display how long a call has ben in progress in the (HH:MM:SS) format.
5.1.1 Preparatory dial
Enter the phone number and press <ENTER CALL> to dial the number. Press <ENTER CALL> again
to turn on the speakerphone. Press the <C> key to delete the last entered digit.
5.1.2 Direct dial
Press <ENTER CALL> and enter the phone number. Press <ENTER CALL> again to turn on the
speakerphone. Press the <C> key to delete the last entered digit.
5.1.3 Call from contacts
Press the <LEFT KEY> and select <CONTACTS> from the main menu. Use the <UP/DOWN> keys to
select the desired contact. Press <ENTER CALL> to dial the selected entry.
5.1.4 Call from the call log
Press the <UP> key to access the call log. Use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired entry.
Press <ENTER CALL> to dial. Alternatively, press the <LEFT KEY> and select <CALL LOG>.
5.1.5 Call from the redial list
Press the <DOWN> key to access the redial list. Use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired redial
number. Press <ENTER CALL> to dial the selected entry.
5.1.6 Call from direct memory key
In the idle screen, press and hold the a DM key to dial the stored number. Alternatively, press <ENTER
CALL> then press and hold a DM key to dial the stored number. A number must rst be stored in the
direct memory key (5.6.10). If no number is stored, you will hear a double beep alert tone instead.
5.1.7 Answer a call
If the handset is on the base, press <ENTER CALL> while the phone is ringing to answer. Press
<ENTER CALL> again to turn on the speakerphone. If the handset is on the base and auto answer
(5.6.9) is enabled, pick up the handset to answer the call.
5.1.8 Audio boost
Audio boost amplies the earpiece volume to make up for poor ear sensitivity. Press the <AUDIO
BOOSTER> button during the call to turn audio boost on. The LED indicator will turn red and the
words "BOOST ON" will display. While audio boost is enabled, press the <VOL UP/VOL DOWN> keys
to adjust the earpiece volume within the frequency range dened in the equalizer (5.6.5). To disable,
press the <AUDIO BOOSTER> button again. The LED indicator will turn o󰀨 and the words "BOOST
OFF" will display. The audio boost feature automatically switches o󰀨 when a call is terminated.
5.1.9 End a call
Press <EXIT CALL> or put the handset on the base station to end an active call.
5.1.10 Adjust earpiece and handsfree volume
During a call, press the <VOL UP/VOL DOWN> keys to switch between volumes. The selected volume
is displayed on the screen. When you end the call, the setting will remain at the last selected level.

5.1.11 Mute a call
You can talk to someone nearby without letting the other party on the phone hear you during a call.
During a call, press <C> to mute the microphone. The words “MUTED” will be displayed on the screen
and you will no longer be heard. Press <C> again to unmute the microphone.
5.1.12 Toggle silent mode
In the idle screen, press and hold <HASH> to turn o󰀨 the handset ringer. The icon will display.
5.1.13 Turn on the keypad lock
In the idle screen, press and hold <STAR> to turn on the keypad lock. The icon will display.
5.1.14 Redial last number
You can redial the last 5 numbers called. If you have stored a name to go with the number, the name
will be displayed instead. The most recent number will be displayed at the top of the redial list.
5.1.15 Redial from redial list
In the idle screen, press the <DOWN> key. If the entry is a name, press <HASH> to view the number.
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to browse the list, then <ENTER CALL> to dial to the selected number.
5.1.16 Store redial number in contacts
Press the <LEFT KEY> when a number is selected, then the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «STORE».
Press the <LEFT KEY> to enter the name and the <LEFT KEY> again to store the number.
Press the <LEFT KEY> to select the ringtone and the <UP/DOWN> keys to browse the ringtone list.
5.1.17 Delete redial number
Press the <LEFT KEY> and select «DELETE» or «DELETE ALL».
5.1.18 Find handset
Locate the handset by pressing <PAGE> on the base station. All handsets registered
to the base will ring and display the words “PAGING” on their screen. You can stop
the paging by pressing <ENTER CALL>/<EXIT CALL>/<C>/<SPEAKERPHONE>
on any handset or <PAGE> on the base again.
5.1.19 Make internal call
This feature is only applicable when there are at least two registered handsets.
You can make internal calls, transfer external calls, and make conference calls. If the called handset is
not answered within 60 seconds, it will stop ringing and return to standby mode.
5.1.20 Intercom Another Handset
In the idle screen, press the <RIGHT FUNCTION KEY> to display all registered handsets, then enter
the number to intercom with. Press <ENTER CALL> on the called handset to establish the internal call.
Note: If two handsets are registered to the base station, press the <RIGHT FUNCTION KEY> to
connect to another handset immediately.
5.1.21 Call all handsets
In the idle screen, press the <RIGHT FUNCTION KEY> to display the registered handsets.
Press <KEY 9> to ring to all registered handsets.
5.1.22 Transfer an external call to another handset
Press the <LEFT KEY> and the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «INTERCOM», then press the <LEFT
KEY> to select the desired handset to intercom with. The external call will be put on hold automatically.
Press <ENTER CALL> on the called handset to establish an internal call.
Press <EXIT CALL> on the calling handset or put it on the base to end the current call.
5.1.23 Establish a 3-way conference call
The conference call feature allows one external call to be shared with two handsets (in intercom). The
three parties will join the same conversation. No network subscription is required.
Follow the steps in “5.1.21 Call all handsets”, then press and hold <STAR> on the calling handset.
Handsets that hang up during a conference call will not break other connections with the external call.
5.2 Contacts
1. Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CONTACTS».
Your phone can store up to 20 contacts with names and numbers. Each contact can consist of a
maximum of 20 digits for the phone number and 12 characters for the name. You can also select
di󰀨erent ringtones for your contact entries. Contact entries are stored alphabetically by name.
5.2.1 Add a new contact (from idle)
Press the <LEFT KEY> to select «ADD», then press the <LEFT KEY> to enter the name and number.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired ringtone for the contact.
Press the <LEFT KEY> to store the contact.
5.2.2 Search for a contact
Press the key of the rst letter of the desired contact.

5.2.3 View a contact (from idle)
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired contact
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «VIEW».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to view the details of the selected contact.
Note: If the number exceeds 12 digits, use the <LEFT KEY> and <RIGHT KEY> to view the others.
5.2.4 Edit a contact (in idle)
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired contact entry.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «EDIT».
Press the <LEFT KEY> to display the selected contact entry and edit the name/number.
Press the <LEFT KEY>, use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select a ringtone, then conrm.
5.2.5 Delete a contact (in idle)
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired contact entry.
Press the <LEFT KEY> use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DELETE».
5.2.6 Delete all contacts
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired contact entry.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DELETE ALL».
5.2.7 Check contact capacity
You can check how many contact entries have been occupied and how many are left.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CAPACITY».
5.2.8 Speed dial
After conguring a speed dial number, you can dial that number directly by pressing and holding the
corresponding digit from the idle screen.
5.2.9 Add/edit a speed dial number
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «FASTDIAL».
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select a digit from 2-9 and press the <LEFT KEY>.
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select an entry from contacts, then the <LEFT KEY> to conrm.
5.2.10 Delete a speed dial number
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «FASTDIAL».
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select a digit from 2-9 and press the <LEFT KEY>.
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select an entry from your contacts.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DELETE», then conrm the deletion.
5.3 Caller display (network dependent)
1. Press the <UP> key or the <LEFT> and <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CALL LOG».
2. Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired entry.
Only available if subscribed to a caller ID service. The device can store up to 10 received calls with
date/time information in the call log. The number is displayed when the phone is ringing and if matching
your contacts, the name will display with the number and the contact's ringtone will sound. If the caller
has disabled caller information, “WITHHELD” will display. If the caller number is not provided, “OUT OF
AREA” will display. If in standby and three unanswered calls are received, “3 NEW CALLS” will display.
5.3.1 View the call log
All received calls are saved in call log and sorted descending from the latest. When the call log is
at capacity, the oldest call is replaced. Unanswered calls that have not been read are marked with a
<* icon> at the centre of the bottom line of the display. Press <#> to view the caller’s number if
applicable.
5.3.2 Store a call log number in contacts
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «STORE».
Press the <LEFT KEY> to enter the name and <LEFT KEY> to display the selected call log number.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the ringtone.
5.3.3 Delete an entry in the call log
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DELETE».
5.3.4 Delete the entire call log
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DELETE ALL».
5.3.5 View a call log entry
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DETAILS».
Press the <LEFT KEY> to display the date and time of the selected call log entry.
5.3.6 View missed/dialed/received calls
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CATEGORY».
Press the <LEFT KEY> to view missed, dialed, and received calls.

5.4 Voice mail (network dependent)
1. Press the <UP> key or the <LEFT> and <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CALL LOG».
A voice mail waiting indication (VMWI) is an indication that there is a new voice mail message
waiting. This feature is only available if you have subscribed a voicemail service. Press and hold <Key
1> to dial the voice mail number (5.6.11) to listen to your voice mail messages.
5.4.1 Access voice mail messages
The icon is displayed and a VMWI entry is stored in the call log when you have new voice message.
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired VMWI entry and <ENTER CALL> to dial voicemail.
Note: If a more recent VMWI entry is received from the same network server as an existing VMWI entry,
the new VMWI will not be stored. Instead, the date/time of the existing VMWI entry will be updated.
After you have accessed all new voice mail messages, VMWI will turn o󰀨 automatically. When the call
log is full, new VMWI entries will replace the oldest non-VMWI entry in the call log.
5.4.2 Delete a VMWI entry
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired VMWI entry.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DELETE».
5.4.3 Delete all VMWI entries
Press and hold <Key 4> to delete all VMWI entries. The icon will disappear.
Note: Choose «DELETE ALL» in the call log to delete all VMWI entries and CID entries.
5.5 Phone settings
5.5.1 Date and time settings
Congure the correct time and date settings for accurate answering machine or call log entry times.
5.5.2 Modify the date format
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CLOCK».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DATE FMT».
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select your desired date format (DD-MM-YY or MM-DD-YY).
5.5.3 Modify the time format
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CLOCK».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «TIME FMT».
Press the <UP/DOWN> keys to select your desired time format (12 HR or 24 HR).
5.5.4 Congure the time
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CLOCK».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «SET TIME».
Use the keypad to enter in the current time. according to the format you congured previously.
5.5.5 Congure the date
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «CLOCK».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «SET DATE».
Use the keypad to enter in the current date according to the format you congured previously.
5.5.6 Alarm settings
When the alarm time is reached, the icon and “ALARM ON” will ash on the screen as an alarm tone
plays for 45 seconds. Press any key to disable the alarm. If snooze is enabled, the alarm will sound
again after seven minutes. Press and hold <EXIT CALL> to disable snooze.
Note: Using the keypad will still interact with the alarm even if it has been locked.
The alarm volume is the same as the handset ringer. If the handset ringer is set to VOLUME OFF, the
alarm defaults to VOLUME 1. If the set time is reached during a call, the icon and “ALARM ON” will
still ash on the screen. An alarm tone will be emitted to notify user the alarm time has been reached.
Once the user presses any key or presses and holds <EXIT CALL> to disable the alarm, the device
will revert to the call duration screen. During paging or ringing, the alarm will not sound when the alarm
time is reached. If the snooze function is enabled, the alarm will sound again at the end of the snooze
period provided that the device is not ringing or in paging mode at the end of the snooze period.
5.5.7 Enable/disable the alarm
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «ALARM».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to toggle the alarm ON/OFF.
If «ON» is selected, press the <UP/DOWN> keys to congure the alarm time.
Press the <LEFT KEY> to congure snooze and the <UP/DOWN> keys to toggle snooze ON/OFF.
5.6 Handset Settings
1. Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «HS SET».
5.6.1 Congure a ringtone for internal calls
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «RINGER».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «INT RING».

Note: The respective ringtone will be played while browsing the ringtone list.
5.6.2 Congure a ringtone for external calls
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «RINGER».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «EXT RING».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired ringtone.
5.6.3 Congure the ringtone volume
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «RINGER».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «RING VOL».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select the desired ringtone volume. If

5.6.4 Congure alert tones
A single beep is emitted when you press a key. You can turn toggle the key tone. Alert tones can also
be congured to notify you when the device is at low battery or out of range. The low battery tone will
be emitted while you are in a call to alert you to charge the battery.

5.6.5 Congure the equalizer
The device comes with three di󰀨erent frequency lters to compensate for poor ear sensitivity in these
ranges. The equalizer setting is congured for the audio boost (5.1.8) function.

5.7 Base Settings

5.7.1 De-register a handset
You are requested to enter the 4-digit PIN in order to de-register a handset from the base. The icon
on the de-registered handset will ash. You cannot de-register the handset that you are currently using.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «DEL HS».
Press the <LEFT KEY> to enter the PIN and <UP/DOWN> keys to select the handsets to de-register.
5.7.2 Congure the dial mode

5.7.4 Change the system PIN
A system PIN code (default 0000) is used to protect your phone against unauthorized use.

Enter the old system PIN. Press the <LEFT KEY> and enter the new system PIN.
5.8 Registration
Your handset and base station come pre-registered. Up to ve handsets can be registered to a single
base station. If the handset is not registered to the base station (the icon is ashing even when the
handset is near the base station), register your handset according to the following procedure.
Press and hold <PAGE> on the base station for about ve seconds to switch it to registration mode.
Press the <LEFT KEY> and use the <UP/DOWN> keys to select «REGISTER».
Press the <LEFT KEY> and enter the 4-digit system PIN.
If successful, you will hear a conrmation tone and the icon will stop ashing. The handset will
automatically be allocated the next available handset number shown in the handset display on the idle
screen. If the handset registration is unsuccessful, the icon will cotinue to ash.
5.9 Reset Your Phone
You can reset your personal settings and the call log. Your contacts will remain unchanged.

6. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Do not clean any part of this device with benzene, thinner, or other solvents as this may cause

4. INSTALLATION
4.1 Premières étapes
4.1.1 Connexion du combiné à la station de base
Chaque combiné est fourni préenregistré avec une station de base à l’achat.
• Pour utiliser un combiné et une station de base ensemble, vous devez pouvoir établir une connexion
radio entre les deux parties. Le signal entre le combiné et la station de base est conforme aux normes
conventionnelles d’un téléphone DECT : une portée maximum de 300 mètres à l’extérieur et de 50 mètres
à l’intérieur.
• La portée du signal peut baisser en présence d’objets métalliques massifs (par exemple, un réfrigérateur,
un miroir, une armoire d’archivage, une porte métallique ou du béton renforcé) entre le combiné et la base.
La force du signal peut également baisser en présence d’autres structures solides telles que les murs ou
d’autres interférences radio ou électriques.
• Ne placez ni le combiné ni sa base à proximité d’un autre téléphone, d’un téléviseur ou d’un poste radio, car
cela peut entrainer des interférences.
4.1.2 Conguration de la langue du combiné
1. Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE>, puis, à l’aide des touches <HAUT/BAS>, sélectionnez « CONFIG.
DU COMBINÉ ».
2. Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE>, puis, à l’aide des touches <HAUT/BAS>, sélectionnez « LANGUE ».
3. Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE>, puis, à l’aide des touches <HAUT/BAS>, sélectionnez la langue
souhaitée.
4. Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour conrmer votre sélection.
4.2 Connexion de la station de base
• Branchez le cordon d’alimentation et celui du téléphone à la station de base.
• Branchez l’adaptateur CA à une prise CA de 100-240 V/50-60 Hz et le cordon
du téléphone à la prise téléphonique.

Remarque :
• Utilisez toujours les câbles fournis dans le carton.
• La base nécessite une alimentation en courant alternatif pour fonctionner et ne fournit pas assez de courant
pour recharger les piles du combiné.
Mise en garde :
• N’utilisez que l’adaptateur fourni avec l’appareil. L’utilisation de tout autre dispositif d’alimentation peut
induire des risques.
• Installez la base dans une position qui permette à l’adaptateur CA de facilement accéder à une prise.
N’essayez jamais de rallonger le câble d’alimentation CA.
4.3 Insertion et chargement des piles
Insérez les deux piles fournies dans les emplacements pour piles en
respectant les indications de polarité. Utilisez uniquement des piles NiMH du
type fourni. Positionnez le couvercle du compartiment à piles jusqu’à ce qu’il
se verrouille en place. Placez le combiné sur la station de base et laissez-le
recharger pendant 15 heures avant la première utilisation. Le combiné émet un
bip lorsqu’il est bien positionné sur la station de base ou le chargeur.
5. UTILISATION
5.1 Effectuer un appel
Vous pouvez e󰀨ectuer un appel de deux façons : soit en composant d’abord
un numéro, soit en e󰀨ectuant un appel direct. Une minuterie s’a󰀩che pour
indiquer la durée de l’appel au format (HH:MM:SS).
5.1.1 Composition préparatoire
Entrez le numéro de téléphone et appuyez sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> pour appeler le
numéro. Appuyez à nouveau sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> pour activer le haut-parleur.
Appuyez sur la touche <C> pour supprimer le dernier chi󰀨re saisi.
5.1.2 Numérotation directe
Appuyez sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> et saisissez le numéro de téléphone. Appuyez à
nouveau sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> pour activer le haut-parleur. Appuyez sur la touche
<C> pour supprimer le dernier chi󰀨re saisi.
5.1.3 Appel à partir des contacts
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et sélectionnez <CONTACTS> dans le menu principal. Utilisez
les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner le contact souhaité. Appuyez sur <DÉCROCHER/
LANCER UN APPEL> pour appeler le numéro de l’entrée sélectionnée.
5.1.4 Appel à partir du journal des appels
Appuyez sur la touche <HAUT> pour accéder au journal des appels. Utilisez les touches <HAUT/
BAS> pour sélectionner l’entrée souhaitée. Appuyez sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> pour
appeler le numéro. Vous pouvez également appuyer sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et sélectionner
<JOURNAL DES APPELS>.
5.1.5 Appel à partir de la liste de recomposition
Appuyez sur la touche <BAS> pour accéder à la liste de recomposition. Utilisez les touches <HAUT/
BAS> pour sélectionner le numéro à recomposer. Appuyez sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL>
pour appeler le numéro de l’entrée sélectionnée.
5.1.6 Appel à partir de la touche de mémoire directe
Dans l’écran de veille, maintenez la touche de mémoire directe enfoncée pour composer le numéro
mémorisé. Vous pouvez également appuyer sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL>, puis maintenir
la touche de mémoire directe enfoncée pour composer le numéro mémorisé. Un numéro doit d’abord
être enregistré dans la touche de mémoire directe (5.6.10). Si aucun numéro n’est enregistré, vous
entendrez à la place un double bip.
5.1.7 Répondre à un appel
Si le combiné est sur la base, appuyez sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> pendant que le
téléphone sonne pour répondre. Appuyez à nouveau sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> pour
activer le haut-parleur. Si le combiné est sur la base et que la réponse automatique (5.6.9) est activée,
décrochez le combiné pour répondre à l’appel.
5.1.8 Amplicateur audio
L’amplicateur audio amplie le volume du haut-parleur pour compenser la faible sensibilité de
l’oreille. Appuyez sur le bouton <AMPLIFICATEUR AUDIO> pendant l’appel pour activer l’amplicateur
audio. Le voyant LED devient rouge et les mots « AMPLIFICATEUR ACTIVÉ » s’a󰀩chent. Lorsque
l’amplicateur audio est activé, appuyez sur les touches <VOL HAUT/VOL BAS> pour régler le volume

du haut-parleur dans la plage de fréquences dénie dans l’égaliseur (5.6.5). Pour le désactiver,
appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton <AMPLIFICATEUR AUDIO>. Le voyant LED s’éteint et les mots
« AMPLIFICATEUR DÉSACTIVÉ » s’a󰀩chent. La fonction d’amplication audio se désactive
automatiquement lorsqu’un appel est terminé.
5.1.9 Mettre n à un appel
Appuyez sur <RACCROCHER UN APPEL> ou posez le combiné sur la station de base pour mettre
n à un appel actif.
5.1.10 Régler le volume du haut-parleur et de la fonction mains libres
Pendant un appel, appuyez sur les touches <VOL HAUT/VOL BAS> pour passer d’un volume à l’autre.
Le volume sélectionné s’a󰀩che à l’écran. Lorsque vous mettez n à l’appel, le réglage reste au dernier
niveau sélectionné.
5.1.11 Couper le son d’un appel
Vous pouvez parler à quelqu’un à proximité sans que votre interlocuteur vous entende pendant l’appel.
Pendant un appel, appuyez sur <C> pour couper le microphone. Le mot « MUET » s’a󰀩chera à l’écran
et vous ne serez plus entendu. Appuyez à nouveau sur <C> pour rétablir le son du microphone.
5.1.12 Activer le mode silencieux
Dans l’écran de veille, maintenez la touche <DIÈSE> enfoncée pour désactiver la sonnerie du
combiné. L’icône s’a󰀩che.
5.1.13 Activer le verrouillage du clavier
Dans l’écran de veille, maintenez enfoncée la touche <ÉTOILE> pour activer le verrouillage du clavier.

5.1.14 Recomposer le dernier numéro
Vous pouvez recomposer les 5 derniers numéros appelés. Si vous avez enregistré un nom pour
accompagner le numéro, ce nom s’a󰀩che à la place. Le numéro le plus récent s’a󰀩che en haut de la
liste de recomposition.
5.1.15 Recomposer à partir de la liste de recomposition
Dans l’écran de veille, appuyez sur la touche <BAS>. Si l’entrée est un nom, appuyez sur <DIÈSE>
pour a󰀩cher le numéro.
Appuyez sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour parcourir la liste, puis sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN
APPEL> pour appeler le numéro sélectionné.
5.1.16 Enregistrer le numéro de recomposition dans les contacts
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> lorsqu’un numéro est sélectionné, puis sur les touches <HAUT/
BAS> pour sélectionner « ENREGISTRER ».
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour saisir le nom et sur cette touche à nouveau pour enregistrer
le numéro.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour sélectionner la sonnerie et sur les touches <HAUT/BAS>
pour parcourir la liste des sonneries.
5.1.17 Supprimer un numéro de recomposition
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et sélectionnez « SUPPRIMER » ou « SUPPRIMER TOUT ».
5.1.18 Trouver un combiné
Localisez le combiné en appuyant sur <RECHERCHE DE PERSONNE> sur
la station de base. Tous les combinés enregistrés sur la base sonneront et
a󰀩cheront les mots « RECHERCHE DE PERSONNE » sur leur écran. Vous
pouvez arrêter la recherche de personnes en appuyant sur <DÉCROCHER/
LANCER UN APPEL>/<RACCROCHER UN APPEL>/<C>/<HAUT-PARLEUR>
de n’importe quel combiné ou à nouveau sur <RECHERCHE DE PERSONNE>
sur la base.
5.1.19 Passer un appel interne
Cette fonction n’est applicable que si au moins deux combinés sont enregistrés. Vous pouvez passer
des appels internes, transférer des appels externes et tenir des conférences téléphoniques. Si le
combiné appelé ne répond pas dans les 60 secondes, il cesse de sonner et retourne en mode veille.
5.1.20 Communiquer par interphone avec un autre combiné
Dans l’écran de veille, appuyez sur la <TOUCHE DE FONCTION DROITE> pour a󰀩cher tous les
combinés enregistrés, puis saisissez le numéro avec lequel vous voulez communiquer par interphone.
Appuyez sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> sur le combiné appelé pour lancer l’appel interne.
Remarque : Si deux combinés sont enregistrés sur la base, appuyez sur la <TOUCHE DE FONCTION
DROITE> pour vous connecter immédiatement à un autre combiné.

5.1.21 Appeler tous les combinés

enregistrés.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE 9> pour faire sonner tous les combinés enregistrés.
5.1.22 Transférer un appel externe à un autre combiné
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« INTERPHONE », puis appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour sélectionner le combiné avec lequel
vous souhaitez communiquer par interphone. L’appel externe sera mis en attente automatiquement.
Appuyez sur <DÉCROCHER/LANCER UN APPEL> sur le combiné appelé pour e󰀨ectuer un appel
interne.
Appuyez sur <RACCROCHER UN APPEL> sur le combiné appelant ou posez-le sur la base pour
mettre n à l’appel en cours.
5.1.23 Tenir une conférence téléphonique à trois
La fonction de conférence téléphonique permet de partager un appel externe avec deux combinés
(par interphone). Les trois interlocuteurs participeront à la même conversation. Aucun abonnement
réseau n’est nécessaire.
Suivez les étapes de la section « 5.1.21 Appeler tous les combinés », puis maintenez la touche
<ÉTOILE> enfoncée sur le combiné appelant.
Les combinés qui raccrochent pendant une conférence téléphonique ne coupent pas les autres
connexions avec l’appel externe.
5.2 Contacts
1. Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner « CONTACTS ».
Votre téléphone peut stocker jusqu’à 20 contacts avec des noms et des numéros. Chaque contact
peut comporter un maximum de 20 chi󰀨res pour le numéro de téléphone et 12 caractères pour le nom.
Vous pouvez également sélectionner di󰀨érentes sonneries pour vos entrées de contact. Les entrées
de contact sont stockées dans l’ordre alphabétique des noms.
5.2.1 Ajouter un nouveau contact (à partir de l’écran de veille)
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour sélectionner « AJOUTER », puis appuyez sur la <TOUCHE
GAUCHE> pour saisir le nom et le numéro.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner la
sonnerie souhaitée pour le contact.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour enregistrer le contact.
5.2.2 Rechercher un contact
Appuyez sur la touche de la première lettre du contact souhaité.
5.2.3 Afcher un contact (à partir de l’écran de veille)
Appuyez sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner le contact souhaité.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« AFFICHER ».
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour a󰀩cher les détails
du contact sélectionné.
Remarque : Si le numéro dépasse 12 chi󰀨res, utilisez la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et la <TOUCHE
DROITE> pour a󰀩cher les autres.
5.2.4 Modier un contact (à l’écran de veille)
Appuyez sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner l’entrée de contact souhaitée.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« MODIFIER ».
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour a󰀩cher l’entrée de contact sélectionnée et modier le
nom/numéro.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner une
sonnerie, puis conrmez.
5.2.5 Supprimer un contact (à l’écran de veille)
Appuyez sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner l’entrée de contact souhaitée.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« SUPPRIMER ».
5.2.6 Supprimer tous les contacts

5.2.7 Vérier la capacité des contacts
Vous pouvez vérier le nombre d’entrées de contact occupées et le nombre restant.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« CAPACITÉ ».
5.2.8 Numérotation rapide
Après avoir conguré un numéro abrégé, vous pouvez composer ce numéro directement en
maintenant le chi󰀨re correspondant enfoncé depuis l’écran de veille.
5.2.9 Ajouter/modier un numéro abrégé
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« COMPOSITION RAPIDE ».

<TOUCHE GAUCHE>.
Appuyez sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner une entrée, puis sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE>
pour conrmer.
5.2.10 Supprimer un numéro abrégé
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« COMPOSITION RAPIDE ».
Appuyez sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner un chi󰀨re de 2 à 9 et appuyez sur la
<TOUCHE GAUCHE>.
Appuyez sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner une entrée à partir de vos contacts.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
<SUPPRIMER>, puis conrmez la suppression.
5.3 Afchage de l’appelant (selon le réseau)
1. Appuyez sur la touche <HAUT> ou sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour
sélectionner « JOURNAL DES APPELS ».
2. Appuyez sur les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner l’entrée souhaitée.
Disponible uniquement si vous êtes abonné à un service d’identication d’appelant. L’appareil peut
stocker jusqu’à 10 appels reçus avec des informations sur la date et l’heure dans le journal des
appels. Le numéro s’a󰀩che lorsque le téléphone sonne, et s’il correspond à un de vos contacts, le
nom s’a󰀩che avec le numéro du contact, et la sonnerie assignée au contact retentit. Si l’appelant a
désactivé les informations sur l’appelant, « REFUSÉ » s’a󰀩che. Si le numéro de l’appelant n’est pas
fourni, le message « HORS ZONE » s’a󰀩che. Lorsque l’appareil est en veille et que vous avez reçu
trois appels en absence, la mention « 3 NOUVEAUX APPELS » s’a󰀩che.
5.3.1 Afcher le journal des appels
Tous les appels reçus sont enregistrés dans le journal des appels et triés de manière décroissante à
partir du plus récent. Lorsque le journal des appels atteint sa capacité maximale, l’appel le plus ancien
est remplacé. Une <icône *> située au centre de la ligne inférieure de l’écran indique les appels en
absence qui n’ont pas été lus. Appuyez sur <#> pour a󰀩cher le numéro de l’appelant, le cas échéant.
5.3.2 Enregistrer un numéro du journal des appels dans les contacts
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« ENREGISTRER ».
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour saisir le nom et sur cette touche pour a󰀩cher le numéro
du journal des appels sélectionné.
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner la
sonnerie.
5.3.3 Supprimer une entrée dans le journal des appels
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« SUPPRIMER ».
5.3.4 Supprimer l’ensemble du journal des appels
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« SUPPRIMER TOUT ».
5.3.5 Afcher une entrée du journal des appels
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> et utilisez les touches <HAUT/BAS> pour sélectionner
« DÉTAILS ».
Appuyez sur la <TOUCHE GAUCHE> pour a󰀩cher la date et l’heure de l’entrée du journal des appels
sélectionnée.
5.3.6 Afcher les appels manqués/composés/reçus

« CATÉGORIE ».
