powered
stereo
tunercoveringtheFMband

MHz)onlyanddesigned
to
beused
in
conjunction
with
Quad
and
similarhigh
qualitypre.amplifiers.
Theentireoperationofthe
tuneris
controlledbya microprocessor
so
that
theonlycontrolsonthe
tuner
areanon/offswitch,
tuningknob,and
preselector
buttons.
Uptosevenstationscanbestored
in
thetunefsmemory
and
recalled
at
thetouchofa button.
Manualtuning
is
accomplished
inthenormalmannerinthesensethatthe
tuning
knobisturned
clockwise
tomove
up
thefrequencybandandvice
versa.Thefrequencytuned
is
displayeddigitallyanda bar
graphgives
simultaneous
indicationof
signal
strengthand
centre
channeltuning.
