ASSEMBLY PREPARING TO MOW
Fill the petrol tank with 0.8l of normal 95 Octane petrol
(standard unleaded) using a funnel and measuring jug.
When starting a cold
engine, press down the
primer fully 3~5 times.
When starting a warm
engine, the primer
does not need to be
used.
To start the engine slowly
pull the start cord out
until resistance is felt
(approx 10-15cm) then
start the engine with a
sharp vigorous pull.
In cold weather it may be necessary to repeat the cold engine starting
process.
To stop the mower release the stop/start
When the engine is ticking over ensure the throttle
is in the rabbit position. ALL mowing must be done in
the rabbit position.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Always read the instruction manual thoroughly
before starting the lawnmower.
Never allow the starter cord to snap back.
Check the oil level before every use.
Unpack the lawn mower ensuring all parts are present
(see parts list overleaf) before discarding the packaging.
Set the height adjustment to
lowest position; fix the lower
handle onto deck firmly with
supplied wrench using
the handle fixing bolts.
Make sure the rope guide is
on right hand side
when you stand behind
the mower.
Firstly attach the grass bag to
the frame by fixing all
plastic hooks.
Raise the safety flap, and
hook the collection bag onto
the mower.
Release the safety flap.
Pull the lever towards
the wheel, then move it
forward or backward to
adjust the cutting height.
Return lever into securing
plate.
Slowly pull out starter
cord & hook it through
the eye of rope guide.
You should ALWAYS
start your mower
from this position.
Using the cable
clamp provided,
secure the cables to
the handle without
trapping them.
Lift the upper handle, align it with
the lower handle, making sure
the cables are not twisted, and
fasten the two handles together
by using the bolts and handle
tension knobs.

Follow these steps to ensure quick and easy set up
every time.
5The engine does not
come with oil. Add a
minimum of 0.6 litres of
oil.
CHECK THE OIL
BEFORE EVERY USE.

disengage the motor
brake and automatic
