Quick Pitch Weather Shade 180
How to Open
1) Open Zipper of the bag, one zip to the front and other one to the back. Open the zipper
to the maximum on both ends. (See green dots)
2) Unstrap the 3 x black Velcro straps holding the weather shade in place. (See yellow
rectangles)
3) Release the folded canvas from the awning pan.
4) Pull open the arms on LHS pull the arms to the right, RHS pull arms to the le, from the
pan. (See red lines)
5) Mount the short yellow tension strap to tensioning point. (See white arrow)

6) Use the yellow e down straps that is tucked neatly in each arm to x the awning to the
ground if needed. (See light blue dots)
7) Tent pegs situated in the awning pan ed with velcro ed next to stainless steel
hinge.
8) Tension the awning to ensure eecve water dispersion from the awning (only when
used in rain) (See pink star)
How to Close
1) If yellow tension straps were used to x awning to the ground, take out tent pegs and
put straps back into the arms and place the tent pegs back into the tent peg bag.
2) Release the tension straps.
3) Start by folding back the arms by holding the tension strap and walking back to the pan.
a. Do not pinch the canvas underneath the arms as this will result in potenal
tearing on the awning.
4) Push all the arms into the pan.
5) Fold/roll the canvas upwards ghtly to t in the pan before strapping back the black
Velcro straps.
6) Ensure the canvas is spread evenly inside the pan to avoid bulging of the canvas.
7) Make sure the canvas is ghtened using the Velcro strapping inside the pan.
8) Retain both zips toward the back of the awning for traveling.
Maintenance
1) Periodically check the brackets, nuts and bolts and ensure they are ghtened by hand.
2) Ensure the telescopic poles are ed correctly and stowed away aer every use.
3) Clean the weather shade with clean water (do not use a high-pressure washer or
chemicals)
4) Contact your closest dealer if there are any support needed.
