Step 2
APull back the black quick release latch and push the
arm up. Put roll on the arm. The Chip2Go recognizes
automatically whether it has to program single or duo
transponders based on the transponders being used.
BPush down the brake and thread liner through
machine as shown.
CPull the liner through until the first transponder is just
visible but not covering the programming antenna.
DPush “Feed” and put liner through the upper slit as
shown on the picture, until the liner is grabbed and a
transponder is positioned on the programming antenna.
Stop here.
Transponder must not cover
the progamming antenna.
Step 1
Insert power cable at the
rear of the machine and
secure.
The Chip2Go will boot
automatically.

1. Count Up/Down:
Enter number with the on-screen keypad and press
“Switch Mode“.
Press “Count Up“ or “Count down“
To stop the count-up or
count-down, press “STOP“
before removing the final
transponder.
3. Barcode Scanner
Press “Switch Mode“.
Choose “External Scanner Keypad“
Hold the barcode on the bib under the scanner.
4. External Keypad
Press “Switch Mode“.
Choose “External Scanner Keypad“
Choose number on the keypad and press “Enter“.
Step 3
Program transponder using one of these modes:
1. Count Down/Count Up
2. USB list file (see Knowledge Base)
3. External Barcode Scanner
4. External Keypad
5. Touchscreen Keypad
To return to the main menu
press the “Keypad Button“,
this will only appear once
the programmed transpon-
der has been removed.
5. Touchscreen Keypad
Choose number on the on-screen keypad and press :
1.-5.
Peel off the programmed transponder:
If you are using a duo roll, a second transponder will be
programmed and dispensed automatically.

Step 5
When done, tear-off excess liner, press “Switch Mode”
and then “Manual Feed Reverse” to release the liner.
Take off the power cable.
Step 4
You can check transponder by holding them in front of
the Transponder checking antenna.
Cut the liner here!
Don´t cut it in front of the first transponder
because you need the empty liner next time
to setup the Chip2Go.
The number of the
transponder will
appear here at the
bottom.
