SETTING UP YOUR RAZER BLADE
CONNECT THE POWER ADAPTER AS FOLLOWS:
Make sure thatthe AC plug is properly inserted into the power outlet and the power adapter. Insert the
power adapter’sconnector into the Razer Blade’spower port. Press the power button to turn on your
Razer Blade.
*Use the appropriate power cord for your region.
Forfirst time use, please fully charge your Razer Bladeor
connectit to apower outlet before turning it on. It takes at
least 2hours to fully charge the RazerBlade.

CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET

1. Click the wirelessnetwork icon( ) to bring up the Wireless network list. The system will
automatically search for wireless networks in range.

2. Click the network you wish to connect to andclick Connect.

3. Enter the network password (if any) andselectwhetherto enable network sharing. Click Next.
4. Once you are connected to the wireless network, click anywhere outside the window to return
to the desktop.

Razer Synapse 3allows yourRazerBlade and other supported Razer peripherals to downloaddrivers
andfirmware updates.Razer Synapse 3also enables yourcustom settingsto be stored on cloud
servers so thatthey canbe accessed anytime, anywhere.
1. Razer Synapse 3will start automatically onceyou enter Windows 10.
2. Register for aRazerSynapse3accountandconfirm your new account.
3. Open Razer Synapse 3andlogin to your account.
4. Waituntil Razer Synapse 3automatically downloads and installs the necessary drivers.

In order to achievemaximum safety while using your RazerBlade, we suggest thatyou adopt the
following guidelines:
1. Should you havetrouble operating the device properly and troubleshooting does not work,
unplug the device and contactthe Razer hotline or go to support.razer.com for assistance.

2. Do nottake apartthe device (doing so mayvoid your warranty) and do notattemptto operate it
under abnormal currentloads.
3. Keep the device away fromliquid, humidity or moisture. Operate the device only within the
specific temperature range of 0

F). Should the temperature exceedthis
range, unplug and/or switch off the device in orderto let the temperature stabilize to an optimal
level.
COMFORT
Research hasshown that long periodsof repetitive motion, improper positioning of your computer
peripherals, incorrect body position,and poor habits may be associated with physical discomfortand
injury to nerves, tendons, andmuscles. Below are some guidelines to avoid injury and ensure
optimum comfort while using your Razer Blade.
1. Position your laptop directly in frontof you. If you have an externalmouse, position it nextto
the laptop. Placeyourelbows nextto your side, not too far away andyourmouse within easy
reach.
2. Adjust the height of your chair andtable so thatthe laptop is at or below elbowheight.
3. Keep your feet well supported,posture straightand yourshoulders relaxed.
4. During gameplay, relax yourwrist andkeep it straight. If you do the same tasks with your
hands repeatedly, try not to bend,extend or twist your hands for long periods.
5. Do notrestyour wrists on hard surfaces for longperiods. Whenusing an external mouse, use
awrist rest to support your wrist while gaming.
6. Do notsit in the same position all day. Get up, step away from yourdeskand do exercises to
stretch yourarms,shoulders, neck andlegs.
7. If you should experience any physical discomfort while using yourlaptop, such as pain,
numbness,or tingling in your hands,wrists, elbows, shoulders, neckor back, pleaseconsult a
qualified medical doctor immediately.
BATTERY WARNING
The Razer Blade contains an internal, lithium-ion rechargeable battery. In general, the life expectancy
of suchbattery is dependent upon usage. If you suspect that the lithium-ion rechargeable battery
inside the Razer Blade maybe drained(has alow charge), try charging it. If the battery does not
recharge after several attempts, it maybe non-operational.
Do notopen,mutilate, or expose to conducting materials (metal), moisture, liquid, fire, or heat.Doing
so may causethe battery to leak or explode, resulting in personal injury. Do not use or charge the
battery if leaking, discolored, or deformed. Do notleavethe rechargeable battery discharged or
unused for extendedperiods. When not using your RazerBlade battery for more than30 days, be

sure to store the battery in afully charged state. Do nottamper with the battery. Dispose of the used
battery according to local regulations.
