General symptoms
The solution
The power bank becomes very hot.
Disconnect the power output immediately."
Immediately remove the power bank from your pocket or
carrying bag to lower the temperature of the power bank.
The battery runs out too soon.
After the mobile device is connected to the power bank, please
close the unused apps or set the device in the airplane mode.
The battery status indicator does not
light up.
Check whether the power bank is dead, and charge the power
bank."
If the problem persists and cannot be resolved, please send it
back to RCE and attach a note detailing the problem.

dispose, dissemble, damage, or incinerate the battery at all time."

Read this manual carefully before using the product, and please keep it in a safe place for
future reference.
•If the battery is not used for a long period of time, please keep a proper storage capacity to
avoid letting the battery drain below 10%. Please charge the battery to 60% storage capacity
regularly every two months."
•This power bank is not recommended for charging and discharging at the same time."
•Do not short-circuit the device. To avoid short circuits, keep the device away from any metal
objects (such as hairpins and keys). "
•This device generates heat during use, which is normal. Please hold it carefully. "
•Use this device as instructed to avoid electric shock and do not disassemble it."
•This product cannot be repaired by the user. Please contact RCE to resolve technical support

•Do not heat this product or throw it into flames."

•Keep this product away from high temperature, humidity or dust environment. "
•Under normal use, please place this product in an open environment to facilitate heat
dissipation. "
•The contact surface of this product must be kept clean."
•Before using it for the first time, fully charge the power bank battery before using it. "
•Keep the USB-A output port and USB-C input port clean and unobstructed."
•There is a danger of explosion when the battery is charged for a long time."
•The battery capacity indicator will light up to show the capacity of the battery that has been
charged. When the battery capacity LED lights all light up, it means that the unit has been fully
charged. After charging is complete, please unplug the charging cable from the device."
•This product does not support the charging and discharging function. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in damage to the equipment."
•RCE products outside of Taiwan, if they are not purchased through local agents, they will not
