INSTALLATION
Read these instructions before you begin. If you are unsure of any part of the
process, contact a professional contractor or installer for assistance. Improper
installation can result in injury or damage.
The mounting surface must be capable of supporting the combined weight of the
mount and the display; if not, the structure must be reinforced.
Locate pipes, wires, or any other hazards in the ceiling where you wish to install the
mount before drilling.
Safety gear and proper tools must be used. Failure to do so can result in injury or
damage.
Two people are recommended for installation. Do not attempt to lift a heavy display
without assistance.
Follow all instructions and recommendations regarding adequate ventilation and
suitable locations for mounting your display. Consult the owner‘s manual for your
particular display for more information.
CAUTION: This mount is intended for use only with the maximum weight of 100 lbs per
display (200 lbs total). Use with heavier than the maximum weights indicated may result
in instability causing possible injury.

NOTE: This mount comes with a variety of screw lengths and diameters to accommodate
different display models. Not all of the hardware in the kit will be used. If you cannot find the
appropriate screw size in the kit provided, consult with the manufacturer of your display or a
professional installer.
Part 2 – Attaching the Mount Arms to the Display
IMPORTANT! Use extra care during this part of the installation to avoid damaging your displays.
Insert a concrete anchor (B) into each hole so that it is flush with the concrete surface (see Fig.
7). A hammer can be used to lightly tap the anchors into place if necessary.
5Attach the upper extension pipe to the ceiling using the lag bolts and washers (A) provided
(see Fig. 8). Do not release the mount until all bolts are secure.
If the back of your display is curved or if additional space is needed between the display
and the mount, use the longer screws.

A
Determine the correct length of screw to use by examining the back of your first display:
If the back of your display is flat and the mounting holes are flush with the surface, use the
shorter screws from the hardware kit.
If you are using the longer screws, you may also need to use spacers (K).
NOTE: The mount arms must be attached with the locking tabs facing outward (i.e. away
from the middle of the display). Otherwise, the locking tabs cannot be accessed (see Fig. 14).
Attach the mount arms to the back of your display using the screws identified in steps 1 and
2 (see Fig. 9):
If you are using the M8 screws you will need to use the M8 Washers (J). If you are using
smaller screws, you will need to use the M6 washers (G).
1
Swivel adjustments can be made by simply moving your display to the desired position.
2
To change the tilt angle of your display, have one person hold the display firmly in place
while another person loosens the tilt adjustment screw located on the left side of the
mount using the S5 Allen key (P). Move your display to the desired position, then re-tighten
the screw
(see Fig. 16)
.
Do not release the display until the tilt adjustment screw is fully
tightened.
IMPORTANT! The M5X10 screws or padlocks must be used at all times to prevent the
displays from being accidentally knocked from the mount.
OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT
2Determine the correct diameter of screw to use by carefully trying one of each size from the
hardware kit. Do not force any of the screws – if you feel resistance stop immediately
and try a smaller diameter screw.

If the ceiling is pitched or at an angle, loosen the screws at the top of the upper extension
pipe using the S6 Allen key (Q) and wrench (R) (see Fig. 10). Adjust the upper extension pipe
so that it is perpendicular with the floor, then re-tighten the screws.
Carefully route the cables from the upper extension pipe through the lower extension pipe
so they can be accessed from the bottom of the lower extension pipe.
Route any cables you wish to hide through the upper extension pipe as shown (see Fig. 11).
4
Repeat steps 1 through 3 with your second display.
Insert the lower extension pipe into the upper extension pipe as shown and move it to the
desired height. Secure the lower extension pipe to upper extension pipe using the M8 Allen
bolts (L) and M8 nuts (M) (see Fig. 12). Both bolts must pass through both extension pipes.
5
6
Attach the cross bars to the lower extension pipe as shown in the illustration using
eight M6 cap nut (N)
(see Fig. 13)
.
With the help of another person, carefully lift each display and place it over the
cross bars as shown in the illustration (see Fig 14).
Do not release a display until the
mount arms have securely hooked onto the cross bars.
7
Move the locking tabs located on each arm into position as shown (see Fig. 15).
Insert and tighten the four M5X10 screws (O) from the hardware kit to prevent the
displays from being accidentally lifted from the mount. Alternatively, padlocks
(not included) can be used here for theft deterrence.
3
Periodically clean your mount with a dry cloth. Inspect all screws and hardware at
regular intervals to ensure that no connections have become loose over time.
Re-tighten as needed.
