Druckrechner – Benutzerhandbuch
1. Einlegen der Papierrolle
P/NP Schalter in NP Position schalten.
1) Druckergehäuse öffnen.
2) Rollenhalter herausziehen.
3) Papierende mit einer Schere einebnen und Papier in die Drückeröffnung hineinlegen. Vergewissern Sie sich,
dass das Papier von der Druckvorrichtung unterhalb des Halters zugeführt wird.
4) Kalkulator einschalten. Taste Papierzufuhr halten, bis das Papierende durch den Drucker bis hin zum Schneider
hindurchgeht.
5) Rolle in den Halter einschieben.
6) Druckergehäuse schließen.
2. Auswechseln der Tintenrolle
Dieses Druckermodell benutzt Einweg–Tintenrollen (IR–100B) (Kassette). Sind die Abdrücke allzu hell oder
unlesbar, wechseln Sie die Rolle aus.
1) Druckergehäuse öffnen.
2) Tintenrolle herausnehmen.
3) Neue Rolle hineinlegen.
4) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Rolle richtig hineingelegt wurde und schließen das Druckergehäuse.
3. Auswechseln der Batterien
1) Batteriegehäuse auf der Rückseite des Rechners öffnen.
2) Leere Batterien herausnehmen.
3) Neuen Batterien hineinlegen und dabei auf die Polrichtung achten.
4) Batteriegehäuse schließen.

Addieren, Subtrahieren, Multiplizieren, Dividieren, Berechnungen mit Konstante
und weitere Operationen.
Taste Einschalten des Gerätes / Nullen
Einschalten des Gerätes. Löscht nach Eingabe der Ziffer die Ziffer vom Display. In anderen
Situationen werden Display und Sämtliche Berechnungen – außer Speicher – gelöscht.
Prozenttaste
Berechnungen mit Prozenten.
Taste Ausdrucken von Daten / Datum
Zum Ausdrucken von Ziffern, die wir nicht in die Berechnung einbeziehen möchten
(Rechnungsnummer, Datum). Die Symbole werden links ausgedruckt.
Taste Papierzufuhr
Zufuhr von Papier und Vorschub der Papierrolle.

Zurechnung der Ziffer zum Speicher. Der aktuelle Rechnungsvorgang wird beendet
und das Ergebnis zum Speicher hinzugerechnet.
Taste Abrechnung vom Speicher
Abrechnung der Ziffer vom Speicher. Der aktuelle Rechnungsvorgang wird beendet
und das Ergebnis vom Speicher abgerechnet.
Taste Aufrufen des Speichers / Löschen des Speichers
Taste mit Doppelfunktion. Nach dem ersten Drücken wird der im Speicher gespeicherter
Wert aufgerufen. Nach dem zweiten Drücken wird der Speicher gelöscht.
Taste Einbeziehung der Steuer
Berechnung von Preisen samt Steuer gemäß Steuersatz.
Taste Abrechnung der Steuer
Berechnung von Preisen ohne Steuer gemäß Steuersatz.
Taste Einstellung der Steuer
Einlegen des Steuersatzes.

Printing Calculator – Instruction Manual
1. How to load the paper roll
Set the P/NP switch to NP position.
1) Open the printer cover.
2) Pull out the paper roll holder.
3) Cut the paper end straight with scissors and insert the end into the printer slot. Make sure that the paper is fed
from underneath the holder to the printer.
4) Switch on the calculator. Press the paper feed key until the paper end goes through the printer as far as the
paper cutter.
5) Put the roll on the holder.
6) Close the printer cover.
2. How to change the ink roller
The printer of this model uses a disposable ink roller (IR-100B) (cartridge type). If the impressions are too light or
illegible, replace the ink roller with a new one.
1) Open the printer cover.
2) Pull the ink roller up.
3) Insert a new ink roller.
4) Make sure that the ink roller correctly in its position and close the cover.
3. How to replace batteries
1) Open the battery compartment on the rear side of the calculator.
2) Remove the unloaded batteries.
3) Insert new batteries with correctly orientated battery poles.
4) Close the battery cover.
Keys and switches description
–
Numerical keys
Is used to enter a number into the calculator.
Decimal point key
Is used to enter the decimal point.
Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division keys
Enter the calculation operations and perform repeated numerical operation calculations.
Equal key
Performs addition, subtraction, multiplication, division calculations, constant calculations
and other operations.
Switch on / Clear key
Switches the calculator on. After the number is entered it will clear it from the display.
In other situations it clears the display and all calculations except the memory.
Percent key
Performs percentage calculations.
Non-add / date print key
Is used to print the numbers, you do not want to include into the calculation (the invoice
number, date). Figures are printed on the left-hand side of the paper.
Paper feed key
Is used to feed and advance a paper roll.

Memory plus key
Adds the amount to the memory. When the live calculation is in progress, pressing the key
will complete the calculation and adds the result to the memory.
Memory minus key
Deducts the amount from the memory. When the live calculation is in progress, pressing
the key will complete the calculation and subtracts the result from the memory.
Recall / Clear Memory key
A double function key. When you press the key rst it will recall the value stored
in the memory. When you press the key secondly it will clear the memory content.
Tax include key
Calculates the price including tax with the preset tax rate.
Tax deduct key
Calculates the price excluding tax with the preset tax rate.
Tax rate preset key
Is used to enter the tax rate.
Mark-up key
Calculation of margin, selling price and cost.
Printing mode key
Selects the printing or non-printing mode.
Rounding key
Is used for rounding-off (5/4) or round-down.
Decimal point selector switch
A: Addition mode
F: Full-oating
“.”: Fixed decimal point
Time format key
It serves to switch between the calendar and clock mode.
Setting key
Is used to set the date and time in the calendar and clock mode.
AM/PM selector key
Is used to select the time format option: AM (before noon) or PM (after noon).
12/24 selector key
Is used to select the time format: 12hour or 24hour format.
Date format key
Is used to set the date format: YYYY/MM/DD or MM/DD/YYYY.
Cost / Sell price / Margin key
Is used to calculate the selling price, cost or margin. When you enter two random values
it will calculate the remaining value.
Clear key
Clears the last digit on the display.

Care / Maintenance
• Do not bend or twist the calculator.
• Avoid contact of the calculator with water or other liquid.
• Do not expose it to any strong impact, shock and vibration.

• Do not leave a dead battery in the device. It may leak electrolyte and cause damage to the calculator.
