Before you open the carton of your New Recharge Mower®, please review the following:
WE RECOMMEND YOU HAVE A SECOND PERSON ASSISTING BEFORE YOU BEGIN.
Remove the over shipper carton by lifting it straight up and over the enclosed metal
frame that houses and protects the unit.
You will find that there are a few items that need to be installed. DO NOT assemble until
you remove the metal frame.
Position the steering wheel into place. A bolt, included, needs to be positioned and
tightened in order to properly secure the steering wheel into place.
Besides the steering wheel, the driver seat needs to be positioned. This is done by lifting
the seat into position against the base tracks that are secured. The seat will then be
positioned along the track. In order to ensure proper fit –the handle of the bottom of
the physical seat will need to be held open.
Install grass deflector and make sure it remains attached to the mower at ALL TIMES!
ASSEMBLY SET UP –Overview
Steering Wheel Installation
Remove and dispose of any packaging.
Lift the Steering Wheel Section and carefully insert the neck of the steering wheel
into the steering wheel sleeve (fig 1.1).
Carefully position the neck over the steering shaft and align the pre-designated holes

Charging the Batteries
Make sure the ignition key is in the off position
Plug the charger’s round plug into the Mating Plug on the machine. NOTE: It
will only fit ONE way.
Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The RED light on the Battery
charger will light up indicating a connection between the Battery and Charger.
NOTE: A full charge takes approximately ten (10) to twelve (12) hours. When battery is fully
charged the RED light on the charger will switch to GREEN.
Disconnecting the Charger
Remember to disconnect the charger from the machine using this sequence:
1. Pull the plug from the charger out of the wall outlet.
2. Disconnect the charger from the machine.
Warning!
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE CHARGER FROM THE ELECTRICAL
(WALL) OUTLET FIRST, AND THEN DISCONNECT THE ROUND
CHARGER PLUG FROM THE MACHINE. IF YOU REMOVE THE ROUND
CHARGER PLUG FIRST, THE EXPOSED CONNECTOR COULD BE
ACCIDENTALLY SHORT-CIRCUITED BY FOREIGN MATERIAL, WHICH
MIGHT CAUSE A FIRE.
RECHARGING OF THE MOWER
Fully charge the battery after draining fully. We suggest charging during off peak hours.
This is important in order to maintain maximum mower performance and extend the
useful life of the Battery. Each charge cycle is counted when the battery is charged. To
achieve optimal life the battery should have the majority of use (power drained) before
recharging.
