Please make sure that your house installation voltage
corres onds to the voltage marked on the unit.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Your a liance has been ackaged carefully to ensure the
roduct reaches you in good condition. If the roduct has been
damaged, dro ed, has a malfunction in any way, or if the
su ly cord is damaged, immediately contact your retailer for
re lacement or re air.
Carefully un ack your a liance. Make sure you do not discard
any ackaging material until all arts of the a liance have
been found.
Carefully wi e the exterior of the a liance to remove any dust
that may have accumulated. Dry with a dry towel. Do not use
harsh abrasive cleaners. Remove any label or sticker.
WARNIN ! Do not immerse in water or any other liquids.
PACKA E CONTENTS
You should have the following:
1 Vacuum cleaner
1 Floor nozzle
1 Flexible hose
2 Plastic extension tubes
1 Combined Nozzle
OPERATION UIDE
•Carry the vacuum cleaner to the area to be vacuumed.
•Fit the hose, extending tubes and floor tool to the vacuum
cleaner.
•Extend or retract the brush on the main floor tool as
required for the ty e of floor to be vacuumed. Extend brush
for hard floors such as tiles or wood and retract for rugs
and car et.
•Ensure the dust com artment filter is correctly fitted.
Warning! Do not o erate without this filter assembly in
lace.

•Insert the ower lug into a mains outlet corres onding
with the vacuum cleaner requirements of 220 – 240V ~ 50
Hz - AC only.
•Switch on ower at the mains outlet.
•Set the suction control to the desired ower level of the
vacuum cleaner. Rotate clockwise to increase and anti-
clockwise to decrease.
•De ress the on/off switch to start or sto the vacuum
cleaner. The cleaner will now suction.
•The vacuum cleaner has a manual air flow regulator
attached to the hose handle. This is used to briefly lower
the suction level during o eration; the further o en the
regulator the weaker the suction ower.
•Poor suction! If the suction is oor check the dust
com artment is not full. Regularly em ty the dust
com artment. Never use without a filter assembly fitted.
CORD STORA E
The vacuum cleaner is fitted with a cord storage system under
the base. Extend the rear cord holder assembly outwards and
carefully wra the cord around this and the front wheel
assembly.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANIN
Vacuum
To clean the outer surface of the vacuum cleaner, use a soft
dam cloth and dry the a liance afterwards with a dry towel.
Ensure that no moisture enters the a liance. Stubborn s ots
can be cleaned with a cloth moistened with mild liquid
detergent. Do not use solvents to clean lastic arts. Liquids
such as solvents, etrol and oils that contain chemical
substances may damage, corrode or destroy the lastic arts
of the a liance. Do not ut any detergents or any cleaning
agents into the vacuum cleaner.
Kee the ventilation slots on the vacuum cleaner clean to
revent the a liance from overheating.

Dust compartment
Press the release button located at the front of the handle to
release the dust com artment. Remove the main filter
assembly. Em ty the contents from the dust com artment and
re-install carefully ensuring the com artment clicks securely
into lace, noting there is a ‘double click lock’ fitted.
Filters
Main
Regularly clean the dust com artment main filter assembly
with a soft brush.
Air Intake
Remove the air intake filter (located on main motor housing
between motor assembly and dust com artment). This may be
washed in cold water.
Rear outlet
Remove the rear outlet air filter and clean. This may be
washed in cold water. To remove filter lift the rear outlet grill
slightly and ull backwards.
Warning! Both filters must be com letely dry before use.
STORA E: Un lug vacuum cleaner from the mains outlet.
Store in its box or in a dry lace with all of its accessories.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electric a liances always observe safety
regulations where a licable to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock and ersonal injury. Always check that the ower su ly
corres onds to the voltage on the rating late.
Supply
This a liance must be connected to a suitable 220-240V ~
50Hz ower su ly. If using an extension cord, ensure that the
extension cord is of a suitable 10am ower rating and of a
suitable size. Fully uncoil any cord used as a coiled cord may
overheat. It is not recommended to use other a liances on
the same circuit as that su lying any critical a liance such
as refrigerators, ovens or similar that may require constant
electricity su ly.

Supply cord and plug
Do not abuse or damage the ower cord. Fully uncoil before
use. If the su ly cord is damaged, it must be re laced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
erson in order to avoid a hazard.
Children
Caution. Kee out of reach of children. This a liance is not
intended for use by young children or infirm ersons. Young
children must be su ervised by a res onsible erson to ensure
that they can o erate the a liance safely. Young children
should be su ervised to ensure that they do not lay with the
a liance
WARNIN : Only allow children to use the a liance without
su ervision when adequate instructions have been given so
that the child is able to use the a liance in a safe way and
understands the hazards of im ro er use.
Use and environment
Do not use outdoors. Do not leave in direct sunlight as this
may damage the lastic. This a liance is for household use
only, not commercial or industrial use. The ower socket must
be readily accessible so that the a liance can be un lugged in
an emergency.
Damaged or dropped
Always ins ect your a liance before use. Do not use this
a liance if it has been damaged, dro ed, left outdoors or
dro ed in water. Return it to an authorised service dealer for
examination and re air.
Danger to children
Safely dis ose of lastic bags and other com onents of the
ackaging. They may be otentially dangerous to children.

Warning! Do not suction u liquid, hot ash, lasterboard
residue, cement dust, ins or other shar objects.

This roduct is guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanshi for a
eriod of twelve months from the date of urchase. The obligation to the
urchaser under this warranty is limited to servicing the unit and re lacing
defective arts when the roduct is returned freight re aid to the retailer.
This warranty becomes void if the roduct has been tam ered with, damaged
by accident, damaged in any other way by im ro er use or has been
urchased second hand. All roduction orders have quality ins ections. In the
