5. Press and hold down the“Self-clean” button until hot water and steam are no
longer released from the soleplate.Swing the iron lightly backand forth. Steam
and hot water releasing from the soleplate will remove scale and other debris.
6. Open the cap and empty the water tank.Close the cap.
7. The soleplate can be wiped with damp cloth when cooled.
8. Repeat the self-cleaning procedure if necessary.
To clean soleplate
1. Before cleaning the soleplate ensure that the iron is unplugged and cooled
down thoroughly.

Cool soleplate can be wiped with damp cloth or sponge.Use ceramic soleplate
cleaner if necessary.
DO NOT immerse housing, power cord, or power plug in water.
DO NOT use sponge with hard or abrasive surface or abrasive and solvent-based
cleaners (gasoline, acetone, etc.).
Iron storage
The appliance must be stored in a drylocation away from direct sunlight or heating
appliances.Store the iron in the vertical position to avoid damage to the soleplate.
To keep the soleplate in good condition do not allow it to come into contact with
metal and other hard or sharp objects.
