Wenn das Schutzgitter zwischen zwei sauberen und strukturfesten Oberflächen gemäß den in der Anleitung
aufgeführten Anweisungen installiert wird, entspricht es den Anforderungen der Richtlinie EN 1930:2011
WARNUNG: Eine fehlerhafte Montage kann gefährlich sein.
WARNUNG: Das Kinderschutzgitter darf bei Beschädigung oder Verlust einzelner Teile nicht verwendet werden.
WARNUNG: Das Kinderschutzgitter darf nicht an Fenstern angebracht werden.
WARNUNG: Niemals ohne Wandbesfestigungsteller befestigen! Diese werden angeklebt oder bei nicht
klebegeeignetem Untergrund angeschraubt wie in der Anleitung beschrieben.
ACHTUNG:
• Das Schutzgitter eignet sich nur für Kinder bis zu einem Alter von 24 Monaten
• Sollten Sie feststellen, dass Ihr Kind in der Lage ist, das Gitter selbstständig zu öffnen bzw. es zu über-
klettern (individuelle Kindesentwicklung), das Gitter nicht mehr verwenden
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine Gegenstände in der Nähe des Schutzgitters befinden, die Ihr Kind als
Kletterhilfe verwenden könnte
• Bei älteren Kindern besteht die Gefahr des Überkletterns
• Auch Erwachsene sollten das Schutzgitter nicht überklettern, sondern zum Durchgehen immer öffnen
• Das Schutzgitter sollte immer geschlossen und verriegelt sein, nur zum Durchgehen öffnen
• Ältere Kinder dürfen nicht mit der Gittertür schaukeln
• Nach Einbau des Schutzgitters bitte die Gebrauchsanleitung erneut durchlesen, um sich zu vergewissern,
dass das Gitter richtig aufgestellt und befestigt ist
• Das Gitter auf Sicherheit der Befestigungen und Standsicherheit hin regelmäßig überprüfen. Wenn es nötig
ist, die Einstellung gemäß den in der Gebrauchsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen nachbessern
• Es dürfen nur vom Hersteller gelieferte Ersatzteile und Zubehör verwendet werden
• Benutzen Sie den Artikel nur zu dem vorgesehenen Zweck und beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise
• Bei Anzeichen von Mängeln darf das Gitter nicht mehr verwendet werden
• Es darf kein Spielzeug an das Schutzgitter angehängt werden
• Das Kinderschutzgitter ist nur für den häuslichen Gebrauch im Innenbereich bestimmt
Das Schutzgitter ist kein Spielzeug. Es ersetzt nicht die ordnungsgemäße Aufsichtspflicht durch Erwachsene!
Reinigung: Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel oder kratzende Hilfsmittel. Reinigen
Sie das Schutzgitter regelmäßig mit einem feuchten Lappen und ein wenig Seifenlauge.

Stecken Sie die 4 Schraubengehäuse (a, c, d) zusammen mit den Justierschrauben (e) und (f) in
die 4 Ecken des Gitters. Bitte beim Einsetzen der Teile (a, c, d) genau an die Anweisungen der
Abb. 2 – 5 halten.
Schraubengehäuse (c) nur leicht einschieben, so dass die Farben sichbar bleiben. Abb. 4

Achtung! Die Schraubengehäuse (a, c, d) haben kein Innengewinde. Die Schrauben werden nur
eingesteckt, bzw. herausgezogen.
Stellen Sie die Tür gerade und senkrecht in der Mitte der Öffnung direkt auf den Fußboden auf, so
dass der Abstand von jeder Seite nicht größer als 62 mm ist. Abb. 6.
Ziehen Sie die unteren Justierschrauben auf beiden Seiten des Türgitters gleichmäßig heraus, bis
sie die Montageflächen berühren, Abb. 7 und 8.
Montage der Halteschalen (g)
Wann ist die Verschraubung der Halteschalen (g) zwingend erforderlich?
• auf einem Holzuntergrund -> mit den beiliegenden Holzschrauben (h)
• auf Putz oder weichen Oberflächen -> mit geeigneten Schrauben und Wanddübeln 1)
Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie der Klebeflächen auf der Rückseite der Halteschalen und platzieren
diese zwischen den Justierschrauben und der Befestigungsoberfläche, Abb. 9 und 10.
Tipp: Erleichtern Sie sich die Montage, indem Sie die Justierschraube nur auf einer Seite des
Türgitters leicht zurückdrehen, während die gegenüberliegenden Justierschrauben das Gitter an der
Befestigungsoberfläche abstützen.
Ziehen Sie die Muttern mit dem Schlüssel am Unterteil auf beiden Seiten gleichmäßig an, bis das
Schraubengehäuse (c) soweit in den Rahmen gedrückt ist, daß nur noch der grüne Streifen
sichtbar ist, Abb. 11.
ACHTUNG! Sollte trotz Montage der Halteschalen nicht die grüne Farbe im Farbindikator zu sehen
sein, ist der Befestigungsuntergrund nicht stabil genug. In diesem Fall muss ein Schutzgitter zum
Schrauben verwendet werden, oder die Klemmfläche der Wand verstärkt werden z.B. durch das
Klemmbrett StairFlex1.

Hinweis für die Montage in Verbindung mit Verlängerungen:
Wenn Sie das Türgitter in Verbindung mit den Verlängerungen installieren
möchten, beginnen Sie bitte auf Seite 6 und folgen den Anweisungen
„Montage der Verlängerung“.
Montage ACHTUNG: Das Gitter immer von der Gefahrenstelle weg öffnen!
Zur Begrenzung der Öffnungsrichtung ist optional der Einbau des Stoppers (j) Abb. 1 möglich.

Ziehen Sie die Justierschraube an der Oberseite des Türgitters auf der Scharnierseite solange
heraus, Abb. 13, bis der Abstand zwischen Wand und Gitterrahmen oben und unten identisch ist
Abb. 14 (Die Vertikalstrebe des Türgitter-Rahmens ist mit einer leichter Winkelabweichung
angebracht, um das Türgitter in der Montageöffnung zu verspannen), Abb. 15.
Justierschraube oben auf der Verschlussseite des Gitters soweit herausziehen Abb. 12, bis der
Abstand zwischen der Rahmenabschlusskappe des Rahmens und Griffmechanismus 3 - 4 mm
beträgt, Abb. 16.
Nach dem Verspannen überprüfen, dass der Abstand von der mittleren Stange zur Befestigungs-
oberfläche gleich groß ist, die Stange also senkrecht steht, Abb. 17.
Um die Tür zu öffnen, schieben Sie die Entriegelungstaste des Verschlusses so lange nach hinten, bis
der metallische Riegelbolzen aus der Riegelöffnung des Rahmengehäuses austritt, Abb. 18.
Zum Öffnen das Türelement leicht anheben. Nach dem Durchgehen die Tür loslassen, sie schwingt
aus jeder Position zurück und schließt automatisch.
Grüne Anzeige: Tür sicher geschlossen, Abb. 19.
Rote Anzeige: Gefahr - Tür nicht verriegelt! Abb. 20
Vergewissern Sie sich nach dem Durchgehen, daß die Anzeige grün ist.
Die Treppenmontage
Am oberen Ende sollte ein Treppengitter von reer ohne Rahmen verwendet werden.
(A) Am unteren Ender der Treppe vorn auf der untersten
Stufe anbringen.
Montage der Verlängerungen (max. 6 Stück)
Justierschrauben (e) und (f) abnehmen und Verlängerung/en an jeder Seite des Türgitters
anstecken. Justierschrauben in die Verlängerung/en einstecken. Abb. 21
Bei Verwendung mehrerer Verlängerungen werden diese gleichmäßig auf beide Gitterseiten
verteilt, Abb. 22. Niemals mehrere Verlängerungen nur auf einer Seite einsetzen! Abb. 23
Die Verlängerungen ineinander stecken. In die letzte Verlängerung werden die Justierschrauben (e)
und (f) eingesteckt. Setzen Sie die Montage fort wie auf Seite 5 beschrieben.
Die unten an den Rahmen geklebte, fluoreszierende Leuchtschiene Night-Safe sorgt für Sicherheit
im Dunkeln. 30 Minuten Tageslicht lassen sie 9 - 12 Stunden leuchten.

If the safety gate is installed between two clean and structurally sound surfaces according to the
instructions, it corresponds to the requirements of the directive EN 1930:2011.

• The safety gate is only suitable for children up to the age of 24-months.

child development), please do not continue to use the gate.

Insert the 4 screw housings (a, c, d) together with the adjusting screws (e) and (f) into the 4
corners of the gate. Please follow the instructions of Ill. 2 - 5 exactly when inserting the parts
(a, c, d).
Push the screw housings (c) only slightly in, so that the colours remain visible, Ill. 4.
Push the screw housings (a) and (d) in completely, Ill. 2, Ill. 3, Ill. 5.
Attention! The screw housings (a, c, d) do not have an inside thread. The screws are merely
pushed in or pulled out.
Place the safety gate on the floor and make sure the gate stands upright in the middle of the
doorway so that there is no more than 62mm between the safety gate and the door frame. Ill. 6.
Pull the lower adjusting screws out evenly until they touch the mounting areas, Ill 7 and 8.
Mounting the wall shells (g)
When is the screw connection of the wall shells (g) absolutely necessary?
• On a wooden surface -> with the included wood screws (h)
• On plaster or soft surfaces -> with suitable screws and wall anchors 1)
Remove the protective foil on the adhesive surface on the back of the wall shells and place these
between the adjustment screws and the mounting surface, Ill. 09 and 10.
Tip: Make the mounting easier by only turning back the adjustment screw slightly on one side of
the door gate whilst the opposite adjustment screws of the gate provide support on the mounting
surface.
Using the key tighten the nuts on the lower part evenly until the screw housing (c) is pressed into the
frame so that only the green stripe is visible, Ill. 11.
ATTENTION! If in spite of installation of the wall shells the green colour in the colour indicator does
not appear, the surface to which it is attached is not stable enough. If this is the case, a protection
guard must be used for the screw connection, or the clamping surface of the wall must be
reinforced, e.g. by using the StairFlex protection board.

If you would like to install the door gate in connection with extensions, please start on page 11
and follow the instructions “Installation of Extensions”.
Installation ATTENTION: The gate must always open in the direction away from the hazard zone!
In order to limit the opening direction, installation of the stopper (j) Ill. 1 is optional.

Pull out the adjustment screw on the upper side of the door gate on the hinge side Ill. 13 until the
distance between the wall and the gate frame is identical at the top and the bottom Ill. 14.
(The vertical rod of the door gate frame is equipped with a slight angle deviation in order to fit the
door gate in the mounting opening under tension), Ill. 15.
Pull the adjustment screw at the top on the closure side of the gate until Ill. 12 the distance
between the frame end cap of the frame and the handle mechanism is 3 - 4 mm, Ill. 16.
After tightening, check to ensure that the distance from the middle rod to the attachment surface
is the same so that the rod is vertical, Ill. 17.
In order to open the door, press the release button of the closure lightly and push it back until the
metal closure bolt withdraws from the bolt opening of the frame casing, Ill. 18.
To open, lift the gate element slightly. After passing, let go of the door. It swings back from any
position and closes automatically.
Green indicator: Door securely closed, Ill. 19.
Red indicator: Danger – door not locked! Ill. 20.
When passed, ensure that the display is green.
Installation on stairs
Always open the gate away from the dangerous position! In order to limit the opening
direction, installation of the stopper is optional.
(A) If the safety barrier is used at the bottom of the stairs, it
should be positioned in the front of the lowest tread possible.
Installation of the extensions (max. 6 pieces)
Remove adjusting screws (e) and (f) and attach the extension part(s) to each side of the safety
gate. Insert the adjusting screws into the extension(s). Ill. 21
When using several extension parts, divide them equally between the two gate sides, Ill. 22.
Never use the extensions only on one side! Ill. 23
Interlock the extensions. Insert the adjusting screws (e) and (f) into the last segment. Continue to
assemble as described on page 10.
The fluorescent light rail Night-Safe that is glued to the bottom of the frame ensures safety in the
dark. 30 minutes of daylight power it for 9 - 12 hours.

Entretien: N'utilisez pas d'agents nettoyants agressifs ou des moyens auxiliaires grattants pour l'entretien. Nettoyez la
barrière de sécurité régulièrement avec un chiffon humidifié et un peu de savon.

Monter les 4 réceptacles de vis (a, c, d) avec les vis de réglage (e) et (f) aux 4 coins de la grille.
Veuillez respecter les instructions de l'Ill. 2 - 5 pour assembler les pièces (a, c, d).
Enfoncer légèrement les réceptacles de vis (c), pour que les couleurs restent visibles.Ill. 4.
Enfoncer complètement les réceptacles de vis (a) et (d). Ill. 2, Ill. 3, Ill. 5.
Attention! Les réceptacles de vis (a, c, d) n'ont pas de filetage intérieur. Les vis sont seulement
enfoncées et retirées.
Placez la porte droite et verticale au milieu de l'ouverture directement sur le sol, de telle façon que
la distance de chaque côté ne soit pas supérieure à 62 mm. Ill. 6.
Tirer les deux vis de réglage inférieures de chaque côté de la grille de la même longueur, jusqu'à
ce qu'elles touchent les surfaces de montage, Ill. 7 et 8.
Montage des coques de maintien (g)
À quel moment est-ce que le vissage des coques murales (g) est-il impérativement nécessaire?
• sur une surface en bois -> avec les vis à bois fournies (h)
• sur du crépi ou des surfaces molles -> avec des vis adaptées et des chevilles murales 1)
Retirez le film protecteur des surfaces adhésives de la face arrière de la coque murale et placez-la
entre les vis d'ajustage et la surface de fixatio, Ill. 9 et 10.
Conseil: Facilitez-vous le montage en dessérant légèrement la vis d'ajustage uniquement sur un
côté de la barrière, alors que la vis d'ajustage opposée soutient la barrière à la surface de fixation.
Serrer les écrous de la partie inférieure avec la clé de la même façon sur les deux côtés, jusqu'à ce
que le réceptacle de vis (c) soit enfoncé dans le cadre et que seul le trait vert soit visible, Ill. 11.
ATTENTION ! La surface de fixation n'est pas assez stable, si malgré le montage de la coque murale
la couleur verte ne devait pas être visible dans l'indicateur. Dans ce cas, une barrière de protection
à visser doit être utilisée, ou la surface de serrage du mur renforcée, par ex. avec la plaque de
blocage StairFlex1.

Indication pour le montage en relation avec des extensions:
Si vous souhaitez installer la barrière de sécurité avec les extensions, veuillez
commencer avec les instructions de la page 16 « Montage des extensions ».
Montage ATTENTION: Toujours ouvrir la grille à l'écart de la zone à risque!
Le montage d'un dispositif d'arrêt (j) Ill. 1 est facultatif pour limiter la direction d'ouverture.

Dévissez la vis d'ajustage de la face supérieure de la barrière sur le côté de la charnière Ill. 13
jusqu'à ce que l'écart entre le mur et le cadre soit identique en haut et en bas Ill. 14 (La traverse
verticale du cadre de la barrière est assemblé avec un angle légèrement différent afin de tendre la
barrière dans l'ouverture de montage, Ill. 15. Sortez la vis d'ajustment au haut du côté de
fermeture de la barrière Ill. 12 jusqu'à obtention d'un écart de 3 - 4 mm entre le capuchon de
finition du cadre et le mécanisme de la poignée, Ill. 16.
Assurez-vous que l'écart de la barre moyenne à la surface de fixation soit identique après
l'haubanage, que la barre soit dont verticale, Ill. 18.
Pour ouvrir la porte, appuyez légèrement sur la touche de déverouillage de la fermeture et
poussez-la vers l'arrière jusqu'à ce que le boulon de verrouillage métallique soit extrait de
l'ouverture du boîtierdu cadre, Ill. 18.
Lever légèrement l'élément de la porte pour l'ouvrir. Lâcher la porte après le passage, elle revient
sur sa position initiale et se ferme automatiquement.
Indicateur vert: grille bien fermée, Ill. 19.
Indicateur rouge: Danger - Grille non verrouillée! Ill. 20.
Assurez-vous que l'affichage est vert après le passage.
Le montage à l'escalier
Toujours ouvrir la barrière à l'endroit dangereux ! Le montage d'un dispositif d'arrêt est facultatif
pour limiter la direction d'ouverture.
(A) À fixer à l'extrémité inférieure de l'escalier sur le pied
de l'escalier
Montage des extensions (max. 6 pièces)
Enlever les vis de réglage (e) et (f) et placer les extensions de chaque côté de la barrière de
sécurité. Insérer les vis de réglage dans les extensions. Ill.21
Si plusieurs extensions sont utilisées, elles doivent être réparties des deux côtés de la barrière. Ill. 22
Ne jamais placer plusieurs extensions d'un seul côté! Ill. 23
Emboîter les extensions l'une dans l'autre. Insérer les vis de réglage (e) et (f) dans la dernière
extension. Continuer le montage comme décrit page 15.
La rampe fluorescente Night-Safe collée au bas du cadre assure la sécurité dans l'obscurité. 30
minutes de lumière du jour assurent un éclairage pendant 9 à 12 heures.
