FEATURES
The Nutrex Press™juicer features a unique low-speed mechanism that squeezes the contents evenly and efficiently
producing more juice, retaining more fiber, and releasing more nutrients.
− More juice: The Nutrex Press™ juicer ejects pulp only when no more juice can be extracted.
− The Juicing Screw literally “chews” fruits and vegetable fibers and breaks up plant cells. Since there are no blades to shred
the fruits and vegetables, they are not exposed to oxygen. Because the juice is not oxidized, it will keep for up to 72 hours
in the refrigerator and still taste freshly made.
− More uses: Can be used to make soymilk, almond or other nut milks; even homemade tofu! Great for wheatgrass and other
leafy greens.
− Food Pusher keeps fingers safe when feeding produce into the Feeder Tube.
− Features a “reverse” switch to use if produce becomes trapped in the juicing screw.
− Quieter and easier to clean than many other
juicers.
− The Nutrex Press™ comes complete with
Juice and Pulp Catchers, Soft Cleaning
Brush, and kit for making homemade tofu.
− Tofu Kit includes all you need to prepare
homemade tofu: Tofu Box, Straining Cloth,
and Tofu Press Plate.
− Generous 1-litre capacity Juice Catcher for
continuous juicing.
− The handy Juice Outlet Stopper can be used
to make juice blends and for pre-rinsing the
Juicing Bowl for easy cleanup.

USEFUL TIPS
You should refer your customers to the RW128 Use & Care booklet for detailed instructions on using the
Nutrex PressTM, but here are a few key tips of which you should be aware.
Juicing
− Always cut fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces before placing in the feed tube.
− It is not necessary to peel fruits and vegetables with thin skins, but the thick skin in fruits like
melon, cantaloupe, pineapple, citruses, etc., must be removed.
− Pits and cores from fruits such as cherries, apples, pears and peaches must be removed
before juicing.
− Leafy greens, parsley, wheat grass and sprouts should be bunched up into a small
ball and then pushed through with the food pusher. Celery should be pushed
through slowly because celery fibers are tough.
− Some soft, low-moisture fruits such as avocados, bananas, cooked apples, plums,
and apricots, as well as frozen foods and ice, are not suitable for juice extraction.
− To make delicious juice blends, cover the Juice Outlet with the Stopper while adding two or more types of produce, then
release into the Juice Catcher.
Nut Milks
− Fresh raw pecans, walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts that have not been
pasteurized or heated for optimum nutritional value are recommended.
− The nuts must be soaked before making nut milk. Attempting to make
nut milk with nuts that have not been soaked can damage the Nutrex
PressTM. Damage of this type is not covered by the warranty.
Soymilk and Tofu
− The thickness of the soymilk will depend on the amount of water added.
− Soymilk is boiled to inactivate typsin inhibitors, improving nutritional value.
− Tofu should be served immediately or covered with filtered water and stored in a
sealable container in the refrigerator. It is freshest in the first 2 to 3 days but can be
stored for up to 1 week.
Note: The RW128 Use and Care Booklet, that comes with the juicer includes recipes and
details on how to make delicious juice blends and your own nut milks, soy milk and tofu.
