1. Charging your ReproScan 2.0 Monitor
1. Identify “Toggle Switch” beside the VGA connector. Make sure that the switch is: ON TO
CHARGE, ON TO USE THE MONITOR, OFF TO STORE.
2. NOTE: The “Toggle Switch” isolates the battery so it will not discharge during storage.
3. Make sure the battery in the monitor is fully charged before use.
4. To charge, plug in the ReproScan 3 Amp Charger into the 12 DC power in socket as shown.
Connect other end of the charger to 110 VAC (USA/Canada ) or 230 VAC (Australia/NZ/Other),
turn on the “Toggle Switch” (turn off to store monitor and save the battery charge).
5. A full battery charge from dead battery to full battery will take approximately 10 hours.
6. Store monitor with a full charge. Periodically during the off season, charge the battery.
7. Monitor may be used while charging.

3. Understanding the ReproScan 2.0 Monitor Control Buttons

1. Use the Touch Buttons to select the OSD (On-Screen Display) screen with the settings you
wish to change.
2. Touch Buttons are found at the bottom of the screen. The Touch Buttons are:
Power Button : Press to turn ON or OFF the monitor. (Remember the Toggle Switch!)
Select Button : Press to select the input signal to display. (VGA, HDMI, AV, WL-AV)
Menu Button : Press the button to show the OSD menu.
And then press the left ( ◄ ) or right ( ► ) to navigate
through the menu. Press “ Select “ button to go down
through a list of settings and options.
Press the left ( ◄ ) or right ( ► ) buttons to change the
values of settings.
Press Menu button again to leave the OSD menu
Right Button : ( ► ) Press this button to increase Dimmer (Backlight) or a value of settings
inside the OSD menu.
Left Button : ( ◄ ) Press this button to decrease Dimmer (Backlight) or a value of settings
inside the OSD menu.

4. To Change Brightness, Contrast and Backlight (Dimmer)

5. To turn on Battery Level Icon (follow same procedure to change other features)

monitor.
2. Press Menu then Left
or Right to go to OSD

6. To Change the Wireless Channel - XTC and Flexx have wireless capabilities.
• XTC has 8 - 5.8 GHz channels (older XTC models use 2.4 GHz channels)
• Flexx has 8 - 5.8 GHz channels.
1. Press Power to turn on
monitor.
2. Press Menu then Left or
Right to select the
Function screen
3. Press Select to scroll
through Reset, Display,
Sleep, Keypad, Source
Enable to get to Channel
4. Press Left or Right to

the channel. If you have
to change the ultrasound
sender channel, it may

7. Change the Channel on your XTC by ReproScan - see owner’s manual for more details
The XTC unit has a built in wireless sender. There are 8 channels available. You will need to
match these channels to the monitor channels. Eg. Channel 6 on the XTC matches with Channel
5.8 G: CH 6 on the ReproScan 2.0 Monitor. If you are using a 2018 or older XTC, the channel on
the 2.0 Monitor will start with 2.4G CH# and
another ultrasound such as an Easi-Scan, the
channel numbers will be different so some
experimentation is necessary.
To Change the channel an XTC
1. Connect the ReproScan XTC the monitor with
VGA or AV connector so you can see the
changes.
2. Turn on ReproScan XTC.
3. Press Menu button twice
4. Press Exam to scroll to Wireless - make sure
Wireless is set to ON - Press + to turn on
5. Press Exam to scroll to Channel - use + or - to
select desired channel (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
6. Set Monitor to WL - AV (this indicates Wireless
receiver is turned on) and check to see that
Channel setting on your ReproScan XTC is the
same as the Channel setting on the monitor.

8. Change the Channel on your Flexx by ReproScan - see owner’s manual for more details
The Flexx has a built in wireless sender. There are 8 - 5.8 GHz channels are available. You will
need to match these channels to the monitor channels. Eg. Channel 6 Flexx matches with 5.8G:
CH6 5925MHz setting on the ReproScan 2.0 Monitor.
To change the channel on a Flexx
1. Turn on the Flexx ultrasound
2. Press Menu button twice
3. Use the Arrow keys to scroll to Other
4. Press the Enter key
5. Use the Arrow keys to scroll to RF5.8G and use
the Arrow key to turn RF5.8G to On.
6. Use the Arrow keys to scroll to Channel.
7. Use the Arrow keys to select the same 5.8GHz
channel that you have selected on the
ReproScan 2.0 Monitor.
8. Press Enter to save and exit Other
9. Press Esc to return to active scanning.

11. ReproScan 2.0 Monitor Indicator Lights and Battery Indicator

Battery Indicator
1. Indicator goes from 7 to 100.
2. It takes approximately 10 hours to charge from 7 to 100 (plug in over night).
3. The battery life is approximately 8 hours.
4. You many use while charging.
5. If the indicator does not reach a level of at least 97, call the ReproScan office as the battery
may need to be reset.

13. Image Orientation on your ReproScan 2.0 Monitor
Note: The LCD Monitor image is best viewed by looking up at the image. This is done to improve
image as most users prefer to hang the monitor up at the chute and look up at the monitor rather
than down. If you prefer to look down at the image, the image may be improved by “flipping the
image”. To “flip the image”, go to the Setup screen and press the Select button to go to Mirror Hor
and Mirror Ver. Use the Left key to turn Mirror Hor to Off and the Mirror Ver to Off. This will invert
the image and the image will be clearer to someone looking down at the image.
14. Maintenance of your ReproScan 2.0 Monitor
1. The monitor bag is considered “weather proof”. It will shed moderate amounts of moisture.
Please check that components inside the monitor bag are not getting wet or soiled during use.
Stop operations and cover the monitor bag with waterproof material if it is raining or snowing.
2. Clean the LCD screen carefully with an electronic screen cleaner or screen wipes. Do not get
excessive moisture on the screen.
3. Do not scratch the screen or puncture the surface of the monitor.
4. Allow the monitor bag and the electronic components inside sufficient time to dry completely
before storing the monitor.
5. If the monitor is excessively dirty, remove all electronic components and put the monitor bag
into a washing machine and air dry. Then, carefully insert the monitor into the dry clean
monitor bag.
15. Warranty - ReproScan 2.0 Monitor
1. There is a 12 month limited warranty on the ReproScan 2.0 Monitor. This warranty
covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover damage due to trauma, excessive
moisture, excessive voltage or excessive amperage applied to the ReproScan 2.0
Monitor and battery.
2. The internal 12 V DC Lithium Ion battery has a 6 month limited warranty.
