STEP 1: Insert Bolt into all insert openings,
except the middle top opening, see
description below. Screw in bolts half
way or less.

Top middle edge hole remains
empty, this will be at the center
of the siderail frame where the
two panels meet.

All threading of bolts should be started
by hand, with a minimum of 3 rotations
in order to prevent cross threading.

STEP 2: Take Side Panel(s) with bolts partially screwed
in and attach to Siderail Frame by inserting bolt
heads (all 6 at same time) in keyhole opening
(Diagram 1.1). Press Side Panel down, locking
panel into frame.

Only place side panels
on frame where you
DO NOT want a drawer
to be. If you ordered
this bed without any
drawers, place side
panels on every opening.
If you ordered a bed with
4 drawers, there will be
no side panels.

(IGNORE THIS STEP- If you ordered a 4 Drawer bed)
STEP 3: After Side Panels have been attached to the
Siderail Frame, using Allen Wrench tighten
the bolts by inserting the allen wrench through the
backside of the keyhole (at the bottom)
and tighten the bolts.
(See Diagram 1.2)

STEP 4: Attach Footboard and Backboard the same
way the side panels were attached using bolt &
washer (See Diagrams 1.1 & 1.2) on previous
pages. Tighten all bolts and make sure the
frame is secure.

STEP 5: Attach Center Support Legs to Center Support Bar
using bolts .
STEP 6: Attach assembled Center Support Bar to the assembled
bed frame using bolts .

Adjust levelers on bottom
of support legs so that
the support bar is level to
attachment point on frame .

STEP 7: Attach Center Support Bars to main Center Support Bar
by inserting down facing tabs into up facing tabs as shown in
below image.

STEP 8: Take (2) Drawer Sides and attach to Drawer
Front using (4) bolts & (4) washers C ,
making sure the groove for the drawer bottom is
lined up on all pieces. Complete this step for
however many drawers you have.

STEP 9: Insert drawer bottom into groove.
The side with wheel attachment blocks
go underneath. Complete this step for
however many drawers you have.

STEP 13: Attach drawer face
using (6) Bolts
and (6) washers C

OPTIONAL STEP 14: Screw bolt about half way
into top hole on backside of
drawer face.

Do not fully tighten bolts
until all holes are aligned
first.
Important Note:
This bolt is used as a
locking mechanism to
keep the drawer locked
while drawer is closed,
it is optional.

STEP 15: Assembled drawers roll into place
within the cavities that were left open when
bed was assembled. In order to lock
the drawer into a closed position,
simply lift up on drawer face just prior to
completely closing the drawer and insert
locking nut in frame hole.(fig 1.3)
STEP 15: Finally lay slat pack 15 on top of the
assembled bed to complete bed.
