RFQ-845T2CI1 is HD compatible remux modulator desig ed for a processi g four DVB-S/S2/T/T2/C
modulated TV sig als i to 1 DVB-T2 multiplex or 1 … 4 COFDM /(DVB-T) multiplex.

RFQ-845T2CI1 is mou ted directly o the wall or RFB-804 base. Do ot cover the air passage holes.
Sig al from LNB or a te a is fed to F-female co ectors A1,2,3 a d 4.
Maximum total curre t of LNB co ector is 250 mA.

NOTE! LNB supply voltage must be fed o ly from o e tu er to each LNB. For other receivers must be
selected Power OFF or use DC-blocked splitters.
Power voltage is co ected to the left side AC co ector.
PC is co ected to RJ 45 co ectors with ether et cable.
3. Setting up the y tem
The system is programmed with PC via a Web browser.
1. Co ect Ether et cable from RJ 45 co ector to computer.
2. Ope the web browser like IE, Firefox, Chrome etc…
3. Write to address field 192.168.0.145 a d the e ter.
4. U it asks the password.
The factory default password is Ram en8262
5. After right password is fed followi g scree displays.

At the fro t page ca be see the status of receivers (i put freque cy, bitrate, BER, power level, C/N) a d
modulators (output freque cy, bitrate, full ess degree) a d select the me u la guage (EN or DE)
4. DVB configuration
4.1 Tu er
To set tu er parameters go to INITIALIZATION. For satellite sig al set all parameters, for terrestrial/cable
sig al o ly freque cy is eeded.
Set the correct parameters for tu er 1. a d select SCAN. Repeat same for tu ers 2, 3 a d 4.

4.2 Program selectio
Select PHASE 2.
Select the programs to output by pressi g the symbol of wa ted modulator 1 – 4. The the symbol is
highlighted.
The set the wa ted LCN a d audio la guage. LCN setti g works o ly i the set-top-boxes which support
LCN fu ctio .

You ca set also TS ID a d NETWORK ID. Regio selectio may be eeded for some set-top-boxes for
LCN setti g to work properly.
Whe all parameters are selected press SAVE CHANGES.

6. Modulator etup:
DVB-T device (modulation mode can be elected between DVB-T2 or 4*DVB-T on
Maintenance page
Go to PHASE 3.
Here you ca select output cha el, co stellatio , FEC coderate, ba dwidth, guard i terval, tra smissio
mode a d output level. If ecessary you ca also fi e tu e output freque cy.
You ca see also full ess degree of each modulator.
