·Do not use this bassinet if you cannot exactly follow the accompanying instructions.
·Do not use this bassinet for a child who can roll over or who has reached the manufacturer's recommended weight
limit of 18 lbs (8.1kg).
·Do not place in or near this bassinet any cord, strap or similar item that could become wrapped around a child's
neck.
·Do not place this bassinet near a window or patio door where a child could reach the cord of a blind or curtain and
be strangled.
·Check this bassinet regularly before using it and do not use if any part is loose or missing or if there are any signs
of damage.
·Do not substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer if replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.
·Children can suffocate on soft bedding. Do not place pillows, comforters or soft mattresses in this bassinet.
·Use only the mattress supplied by the manufacturer with this bassinet. Do not add an additional mattress to this
bassinet.
·Use a bassinet mattress that is 30 5/8" (778mm) x 17" (432mm) with a thickness of 1" (25.4mm).
!WARNING
WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.
·To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless
otherwise advised by your physician.
·If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the bassinet or cradle manufacturer or one specifically
designed to fit the dimensions of the bassinet or cradle mattress.
·String can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string, such as hood strings or pacifier cords, around a child's
deck.
·Do not suspend strings over a bassinet or cradle or attach strings to toys.
·FALL HAZARD - To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees
or has reached 18 lbs (8.1kg), whichever comes first.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Infants have suffocated:
·In gaps between extra padding and the side of the
bassinet / cradle.
·On soft bedding.
·Use only the pad provided by the manufacturer.
·NEVER add a pillow, comforter or another mattress
for padding.

STEP 1
PANEL AND RAIL FRAME ASSEMBLY
STEP 1.1
Bring the side panels and the rail frame to upright position.
NOTE: At both ends of the rail frame are holes for the bolt
to pass through that correspond to the holes on both ends
of the side panel with pre-installed insert nut.
STEP 1.2
Align the hole of the rail frame to the hole of the side panel.
Insert the Allen bolt into hole and turn clockwise to tighten
using the Allen wrench provided. See DETAIL A.
NOTE: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Repeat the above procedure with the other rail frame to
attach it to both side panels.
HARDWARE NEEDED FOR STEP 1:
(AA) 1/4" x 1 3/4" Allen Bolt = 8 pcs.
Lock Washer = 8 pcs.
Plain Washer = 8 pcs.
Allen Wrench = 1 pc.

STEP 2
BASSINET SLATS ASSEMBLY
Set the bed slats on the slat holders of the rail frame.
See DETAIL B.

STEP 3
PLATFORM PANEL ASSEMBLY
Place the platform panel on the bed slats, align and insert
Allen bolt (BB) together with lock washer and flat washer.
Tighten all bolts using the Allen wrench. See DETAIL C.
NOTE: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
HARDWARE NEEDED FOR STEP 3:
(BB) 1/4" x 1" Allen Bolt = 4 pcs.
Lock Washer = 4 pcs.
Plain Washer = 4 pcs.
Allen Wrench = 1 pc.
