Descrizione generale
Rialto WhiteBox collegata via cavo ethernet (incluso nella confezione) al
proprio router, permette l’interfacciamento e la configurazione di tutti i di-
spositivi Rialto. La completa gestione di tutti i dispositivi è sempre a portata
di mano ovunque ci si trovi, utilizzando l’App gratuita “Rialto”.
Requisiti minimi
Per utilizzare Rialto WhiteBox sono necessari:
/ Modem router con funzionalità DHCP
/ Connessione internet
/ Dispositivo mobile (smartphone/tablet) Android o Apple iOS
/ Account e-mail per registrazione e gestione da remoto

Attenzione
Rialto WhiteBox deve essere utilizzato in ambienti interni ed asciutti, evi-
tando il posizionamento in luoghi soggetti ad elevata umidità e/o spruzzi
d’acqua.
Manutenzione
Per pulire Rialto WhiteBox usare un panno leggermente inumidito. Non
utilizzare liquidi solventi. Non immergere in liquidi. In caso di guasto, non
smontare o provare a riparare il prodotto, al fine di mantenere la garanzia.

Associazione un dispositivo Rialto
Per aggiungere un dispositivo Rialto alla propria rete si faccia riferimento ai
rispettivi manuali di installazione.
Risoluzione dei problemi
I LED e lampeggiano in modo continuo
/ Verificare il corretto collegamento del cavo di rete al modem/router
/ Verificare il corretto stato di accensione del modem/router
/ Verificare l’attivazione della modalità DHCP nel modem/router
Il LED è acceso fisso, il LED non si accende
/ Verificare l’effettivo funzionamento della connessione ad internet del
modem/router
/ Verificare la presenza di firewall o protezioni che possono limitare o
bloccare la connessione ad internet da parte di Rialto WhiteBox

Installazione
Collegamento Rialto WhiteBox
1. Verificare che il router di casa sia connesso ad Internet.
2. Collegare WhiteBox al router domestico con il cavo ethernet (fig. 1 A).
3. Alimentare WhiteBox tramite il cavo USB e relativo alimentatore in do-
tazione (fig. 1 B)
4. Verificare che entro qualche minuto i due LED bianchi siano accesi fissi
(s.v. pag. 8 nr. 5 e 6).
5. Scaricare l’app “Rialto”da AppStore o Google Play
6. Procedere con la configurazione guidata proposta dall’App

General description
With the Rialto WhiteBox, connected by way of an ethernet cable (included
in the pack) to a router, all Rialto devices can be interfaced and configured.
Full control of all devices is always within reach, anywhere and at any time,
using the free “Rialto”App.
Minimum requirements
To use the Rialto WhiteBox, the following items are required:
/ Router with DHCP functionality
/ Internet connection
/ A mobile device (smartphone/tablet) with Android or Apple iOS
/ E-mail account for registration and remote management

Safety warnings
All hardware connections must be made by a person who is suitably quali-
fied and aware of the risks associated with installation, observing minimum
standards of safety, and with the equipment isolated from the power supply.

Caution
the Rialto WhiteBox must be used only indoors and in dry conditions, and not

Maintenance
To clean the Rialto WhiteBox, wipe with a slightly moist cloth. Do not use
solvents. Do not immerse in liquids. Should the product develop a fault, do
not open it up or attempt to repair it, as this will invalidate the guarantee.

Connection of Rialto WhiteBox
1. Check that the home router is connected to the Internet.
2. Connect the WhiteBox to the home router with the ethernet cable (fig. 1 A).
3. Power up the WhiteBox using the USB cable and the relative adapter
provided (fig. 1 B)
4. Check that the two white Leds remain permanently alight within a few
minutes (see page 16 ref 5 and 6).
5. Download the “Rialto” app from AppStore or Google Play
6. Follow the guided configuration procedure prompted by the app

Troubleshooting
Leds and blink continuously
/ Check that the ethernet cable is connected properly to the modem/
router
/ Check that the modem/router is correctly powered up
/ Check that DHCP mode is activated at the modem/router
Led is permanently alight, whereas Led is neither alight nor blinking
/ Check that the connection between the modem/router and the
internet is working as it should
/ Check for the existence of firewalls or protection systems that could
limit or prevent normal connection of the Rialto WhiteBox to the
internet

1. Vérifiez que le routeur domestique est connecté à Internet.
2. Connectez WhiteBox au routeur domestique avec le câble Ethernet (fig. 1 A).
3. Alimentez WhiteBox avec le câble USB et le bloc d’alimentation fourni
(fig. 1 B).
4. Vérifiez que dans l’espace de quelques minutes les deux LED blanches
restent allumées et fixes (voir page 8 n. 5 et 6).
5. Téléchargez l’appli « Rialto » depuis l’AppStore ou Google Play

Résolution des problèmes
Les LED et clignotent de manière continue

Tuch. Benutzen Sie keine flüssigen Lösemittel.Tauchen Sie Rialto WhiteBox
nicht in Flüssigkeiten ein. Bauen Sie das Produkt bei Störungen nicht aus-
einander oder versuchen Sie keine eigenmächtige Reparaturen, um den
Garantieanspruch nicht zu verlieren.

Installation
Rialto WhiteBox Anschluss
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Heimrouter mit dem Internet verbunden ist.
2. Schließen Sie WhiteBox mit dem Ethernet-Kabel (Abb. 1A) an den Heimrouter an.
3. Versorgen Sie WhiteBox mit dem USB-Kabel und dem mitgelieferten
Netzteil (Abb. 1 B)
4. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die beiden weißen LEDS innerhalb von einigen
Minuten permanent aufleuchten (siehe Seite 8 Nr. 5 und 6).
5. Downloaden Sie die app „Rialto“aus dem App Store oder über Google Play
6. Führen Sie den Konfigurationsassistenten der App aus

Um ein Rialto Gerät zum eigenen Netz hinzuzufügen, verweisen wir auf die
jeweiligen Installationsanleitungen.
Problembehebung
Die LEDs und blinken kontinuierlich
/ Überprüfen Sie den Anschluss des Netzkabels an das Modem/den
Router
/ Überprüfen Sie den Einschaltstatus des Modems/Routers
/ Stellen Sie sicher, dass der DHCP-Modus im Modem/Router aktiviert ist
Die LED leuchtet permanent, die LED ist dagegen erloschen
/ Überprüfen Sie, ob das Modem/der Router eine Internetverbindung
aufgebaut hat
/ Überprüfen Sie die Aktivierung von Firewalls oder anderen
Schutzeinstellungen, die gegebenenfalls die Internetverbindung von
Rialto WhiteBox blockieren oder einschränken können
