roasts.
Place
roasts
on
rack.
Set
rack
in
roaster.
Combine
vinegar,
soy
sauce,
Worcestershire
sauce
and
mustard.
Brush
marinadeover
roasts.
Combinecrackedpepper
and
garlic.
Rub
overmeat.
Sprinkle
with
salt.
Cover;
roast
20to25
minutes
per
pounder
until
roast
reaches
desired
doneness.
