Thank you for purchasing ROBn boat.
Before you use the boat for the rst time,
read this User manual.
Rafting boat consist of main tube with 4 separate inatable chambers, oor and
thwarts. All together 7 (8) inatable parts. All inatable parts with separate valves for
inating or deating. Floor also with release valve, to protect the oor from excess
pressure damage.
Rafting boat has the non-slipery seat layers. You can place your feet in foot-straps, to
ensure the safe seating when on whitewater.
Drain holes between the oor and main tube secure the selfbailing.

Unroll the raft from the bag and place on at place. Be sure there are no sharp objects
bellow or around the boat that may cause damage.
1. Close the valves by pushing and turning the middle part (see Valve chapter)
2. Using the pump or blower start inating. If needed, use the reduction for the
valve.
3. Inate all of the chambers on main tube softly rst.
4. Inate the oor, thwarts and all chambers of main tube to operation pressure.
Maximum operational pressure is 0,2 Bar (0,2 Atm, 20 kPa, 3,5 PSI)
5. Bring boat to water, cool down if needed and pump to operation pressure.
Close all valves by caps.

PUSH the middle button and turn CLOCKWISE
to OPEN the valve.
PUSH and TURN COUNTERCLOKWISE to CLOSE the valve.
Before inating, close all valves.
When inated, close the valve using the cap before you sit in the boat.
If needed, use bayonet adaptors for pumps or blowers to t the valve properly.
If you detect the air leak around the valve, fasten it using the tool provided you by
producer.
There is press release valve in the oor part. It maintans the accurate pressure in
oor.
This can cause the permanent damage of this part
of the boat. In case of permanent air-leak detected, screw out and clean release valve
by soap and water.

Rafting boats ROBn Hobit are designed for swift or white water up to class WW4,
when boat is solely propelled by paddles or oars (man-power).
Class 4 is understood as the river or its section with high waves, holes, stoppers,
with non consequent current, where is dicult or impossible to see the line from the
water and scouting is necessary. When on this class whitewater, safety from the bank
is mandatory.
Rafting boats ROBn Pro are designed even for more dicult white water up to
class WW5 and for commercial rafting, where boat is navigated by river guide and
boat is solely propelled by paddles or oars (man-power).
Class WW 5 is understood as the river or its section with extreme whitewater high
waves, holes, stoppers, with non-consequent or non-existing main current, where is
impossible to see the line from water and carefull scouting is necessary. When on this
class whitewater, safety from the bank is mandatory.

Rafting boats ROBn are designed as paddle boats, where crew sits on the main tube,
on the non-slipery layers and place their feet in foot straps.
Raft can be use as a paddle or oar boat.

After each use, wash the raftt and dry it well. Then open the valves by push and turn
clockwise and let air run out until raft is at.
Then fold both main tubes inside, so the oor edges with drain holes show o.

ROBn boats do not require any special treatment. Store it for longer period dry
(straps will dry longer than rest of the boat) and clean. Keep away from heat
source, rodents, chemicals, moisture and fungi when storing for o season, do not
roll it tight. Lay at or hang boat if possible.
Wash after salt water use.
, when take out for trip, pump up and check all the
seams, so you are sure that boat is ready for your trip. Check your repair kit as
well.
Once in 3-4 years, send to dealer or producer for servis check.

Almost any punctures, pinholes and rips can be repaired using our repair kit.
Glue, patch, aceton solvent, rag, scissors or knife, any tool for ironing the patch.
Work in dry and ventilated place.
l dry the damaged area and surroundings, prepare the patch, place boat on at and
hard surface
l use the aceton solvent to prime, dry and clean the surface of repair area and patch
l put thin layer of the glue, 1 cm over the edge of the patch on both patch and the boat
and let it dry for 12-15 min at 20°C. Keep away of any moisture during drying
l place patch on, press strong and rub (extrude) air in between the patch and boat out,
idealy on hard and at surface. Use roller or spoon, carabiner, anything with at and not
sharp edge.
l in emergency it can be used immediately. In 8 hrs patch will be on 80% of the
maximum adhesion.

ROBn boats are covered by 24 months warranty from date of purchase.
Even after this period, we take care of our customers and their products. In case of
any problems, contact us and we will help you, repair or replace part as fast and as
good as we can during lifespan of ROBn boat.

Damage caused by exceeded maximum working pressure.
Commercial or rental use damages.
User/third party equipment damage or other cases caused when using ROBn boat.
