THIS MEDICAL DEVICE IS FOR SINGLE USE :
Screw is self-locking, if the Liberty Bielle screw is de-mounted it must be
replaced by a new one, in order to assure the locking feature.
If re-used cross contamination can occur.

with known nickelsensitivity.
CLEANING :
The Liberty Bielle is delivered clean and non-sterile. However, after
adjusting the device and before inserting it into the mouth, we
recommend its ultrasonic cleaning.

One of the goals in the development of the Liberty Bielle® Fix™ was the mounting comfort. Liberty Bielle® Fix™ Starter
includes 3 appliances of 3 lengths : 32 mm for positioning between rst & second molar and the lower cuspid & bicuspid
; 22mm & 20mm for positioning between the bicuspid & the rst molar and the lower cuspid & bicuspid. Select the length
best suitated to your case and check if any adjustment is necessary :
Mounting Procedure
Advice:
The lower arm should not be longer than 2 mm distal of
the upper arm in closed position in order to avoid any
discomfort to the patient.
Liberty Bielle® Fix™ can be used on .018 x .025 to .022 x
.028 arches. Considering the light forces involved, Liberty
Bielle® Fix™ can be fixed on NiTi arches.
Insert the upper support
on the archwire between
the first and the second
molar or between the first
molar and the second bicuspid

If needed, mark the
length to the mesiodistal
space between the lower
cuspid and first bicuspid.

If needed, cut the upper
arm at the marked length.

Tighten the upper arm
on the archwire using
the hex wrench.

Adjust the lower arm at
the proper length and
screw the lower support
between the lower cuspid
and the first bicuspid.
