Ensure that you read, understand and follow all instruc-
tions before operating the tool. Failure to follow all the
instructions may result in electric shock, fire, property
damage and/or severe bodily injury.

Statement of use
The machine is designed for the extraction of dust and ma-
chining residues.
No other use permitted. For professional use only.
Any other use is considered improper and therefore a source
of danger, as they can cause serious damage to property and
people as well as the machine itself.
Product specific instructions
Control station
The machine is equipped with a control station from which
an operator has the ability to manage all the machine func-
tions. (See figure 8)
0 =>Three position switch : AUTOMATIC-0-MANUAL
1 => Electric socket for not included electric accessory.
Connection to the main power
Make sure the network specifications match those of the ma-
chine, after ascertaining that they have a power source com-
patible with the machine proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the 0 switch is switched 0.
2. Take the plug and connect it to the network socket.
3. Connect the desired accessory.
4. The machine is ready to be started.
Filter mounting
1. To mount the polyester filter class "L" insert the filter
on motor base as shown in figure 4.
2. fasten the wing nut.
3. Position the filter tightener, fasten the 4 screws (see fig-
ure 5).
4. To remove the filter follow the previous step in the op-
posite way.

Recovery Tank mounting
1. Make sure the machine is turned off and powered
down.
2. Make sure that the handle is completely lifted (See Fig-
ure 1).
3. When approaching the recovery tank to the machine
take care that the wheels are aligned to the base of the
machine (See Figure 1).
4. Bring the recovery tank and insert it completely so that
it is concentric with the upper tank of the machine. (See
Figure 2).
5. Fully lower the handle so as to firmly lock the recovery
tank to the machine.
6. To remove the recovery tank, lift the handle up ; the re-
covery tank will drop to the ground and will be free to
move on its own wheels.

Operation
1. Make all the adjustments described in the Before use
paragraphs.
2. Verify the electrical connection.
3. Verify the air connection, it is recommended to connect
the air inlet tube only if the air was previously discon-
nected from the system (See figure 7).
4. Eventually, connect the electrical accessory to the
socket. (See figure 8)
5. Eventually connect the air accessory to the inlet 10, it is
recommended to connect the air inlet tube only if the
air was previously disconnected from the system (See
figure 9).
6. Turn on the machine by operating the switch 0, leading
to "MAN".
7. In “MAN" mode the machine is switched on and re-
mains on until the operator act on the switch 0 leading
to 0 to turn off the machine.
8. Switch on the machine by operating the switch 0 bring-
ing it to "AUT".
9. In "AUT" mode, the machine turns on itself when the
operator uses the accessory.
10. In “AUT” mode, when the machine is switched off, a
3-4 seconds filter cleaning cycle is done.
11. Switch OFF the machine acting on switch 0, bringing it
to 0.
When the interruptor is switched from “0” to “AUT” or
from “MAN” to “AUT”, a 3-4 seconds filter cleaning
cycle is done.
Recovery tank Cleaning
The cleaning of the recovery tank is critical to avoid fouling
and solids accumulations within it. Proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the machine.
2. Grasp the handle and rotate it up, so the tank will drop
to the ground and will be free to move on its wheels.
3. Remove dirt and dispose of in an appropriate manner.
4. Wash the tank if necessary.
5. Reassemble the tank respecting the assembly sequence.
Air filter for engine cooling cleanining
Aspirate (using the machine's vacuum tube) dirt that accumu-
lates on the side filter positioned on the machine head.
Keep clean the filter preserves the functioning of the ma-
chine.

Filter cleaning
The filter is made of polyester and belongs to the "L" class.
The product features an automatic shaker which provides to
maintain the efficiency of the machine over time.
Change the filter regularly and at least 1 once a year. Use
only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
Maintenance instructions
•Follow local country environmental regulations for
safe handling and disposal of all components.
• Maintenance and repair work must be carried out by
qualified personnel using only original spare parts. Con-
tact the manufacturer or your nearest authorised dealer
for advice on technical service or if you require spare
parts.
• Always ensure that the product is disconnected from en-
ergy source to avoid accidental operation.
• Inspect and clean the product every 500 hours of work
(or at most every year). Replace damaged or worn parts.

Safety Instructions

• This device is not designed to pick up hazardous dust, it
is prohibited from using this machine in ATEX zones.
• Never leave the appliance unattended during working
phases. Do not leave the appliance unattended and
poised or stairs, or in places where the balance is poor.
• the appliance must be disconnected from its power
source during cleaning or maintenance and when replac-
ing spare parts.
• Do not leave the operating unit unattended or within
reach of children, animals, or people are not aware of
their actions.
• Do not vacuum flammable liquids, flammable (eg. hot
ashes), explosive, toxic, electrostatic or dangerous to the
user's health.
• Do not touch the plug and / or socket with wet hands.
• Do not place and not be subjected to splash the appliance
with liquids.
• Do not put in traction or lift the machine by means of the
electric cable.
• Do not use the device in all situations of uncertainty or
abnormalities usually, though not mentioned in this man-
ual.

Sécurité

Veiller à lire, assimiler l'ensemble des instructions avant
d'utiliser l'outil. Le non-respect de l'ensemble des in-
structions peut entraîner un choc électrique, un incendie,
des dégâts matériels ou un accident corporel grave.
►Lisez toutes les consignes de sécurité fournies avec
les différentes parties du système.
►Lisez toutes les notices d'installation, d'exploitation
et de maintenance des différentes parties du sys-
tème.
►Lisez l’ensemble de la réglementation locale concer-
nant le système et les différentes parties qui le com-
posent.
►Conservez l'ensemble des instructions et consignes
pour pouvoir les consulter ultérieurement.
Utilisation
La machine est conçue pour l'extraction de la poussière et
des résidus d'usinage.
Aucune autre utilisation n’est autorisée. Pour utilisation pro-
fessionnelle uniquement.
Toute autre utilisation est considérée comme non conforme
et donc dangereuse, car elle peut entraîner de graves dom-
mages matériels et corporels ainsi que des dommages à la
machine elle-même.
Instructions spécifiques au produit
Poste de commande
La machine est équipée d'un poste de commande à partir
duquel l'opérateur a la possibilité de gérer toutes les fonc-
tions de la machine. (Voir figure page 8)
0 =>Commutateur trois positions : AUTOMATIC-0-MAN-
UAL
1 => Prise électrique non fournie avec les accessoires élec-
triques.
Raccordement secteur
Assurez-vous que les spécifications du réseau correspondent
à celles de la machine, après vous être assuré qu'elles ont une
source d'alimentation compatible avec la machine, procédez
comme suit :
1. Veillez à ce que le commutateur indique 0.
2. Insérez la fiche dans une prise du réseau.
3. Raccordez l'accessoire souhaité.
4. La machine est prête à être démarrée.
Assemblage du filtre
1. Pour assembler le filtre en polyester classe « L », in-
sérez le filtre sur le bloc moteur comme indiqué dans la
figure 4.
2. serrez la vis papillon.
3. Positionnez le serre-filtre, serrez les 4 vis (voir figure
5).
4. Pour retirer le filtre, suivez les étapes précédentes dans
le sens inverse.
Assemblage du bac
1. S'assurer que la machine est hors tension.
2. S'assurer que la poignée est totalement levée (Voir fig-
ure 1).
3. Au moment d'approcher le bac de la machine veiller à
ce que les tiges soient alignées avec la base de la ma-
chine (Voir Figure 1).
4. Insérer le bac pour qu'il s'emboîte parfaitement avec le
bac supérieur de la machine. (Voir figure 2).
5. Abaisser complètement le levier afin de verrouiller le
bac à la machine.
6. Pour retirer le bac, lever le levier ; le bac touchera le
sol et pourra être déplacé librement grâce à ses roues.

Fonctionnement
1. Procéder à tous les réglages décrits dans les para-
graphes .
2. Vérifier la connexion électrique.
3. Vérifier la connexion pneumatique, il est recommandé
de connecter le tuyau d'arrivée d'air uniquement si l'air
a été déconnecté du système antérieurement (Voir fig-
ure 7).
4. Éventuellement, brancher l'accessoire électrique sur la
prise. (Voir figure page 8)
5. Éventuellement, brancher l'accessoire pneumatique sur
l'arrivée 10, il est recommandé de connecter le tuyau
d'arrivée d'air uniquement si l'air a été déconnecté du
système antérieurement (Voir figure 9).
6. Mettre la machine sous tension en basculant le commu-
tateur de 0 à « MAN ».
7. En mode « MAN », la machine est allumée et reste
sous tension jusqu'à ce que l'opérateur bascule le com-
mutateur sur 0 pour éteindre la machine.
8. Mettre la machine sous tension en basculant le commu-
tateur de 0 à « AUT ».
9. En mode « AUT », la machine s'allume toutes seule
lorsque l'opérateur utilise l'accessoire.
10. En mode « AUT », lorsque la machine est éteinte, un
cycle de nettoyage du filtre de 3-4 secondes est effec-
tué.
11. Mettre la machine hors tension en basculant le commu-
tateur sur 0.
Lorsque le commutateur est basculé de « 0 » à « AUT »
ou de « MAN » à « AUT », un cycle de nettoyage du fil-
tre de 3-4 secondes est effectué.

Nettoyage du bac
Le nettoyage du bac est très important pour éviter l'encrasse-
ment et les accumulations de solides à l'intérieur. Procéder
comme suit:
1. Couper l’alimentation de la machine.
2. Lever le levier pour que le cylindre touche le sol et
puisse être déplacer librement grâce à ses roues.
3. Retirer la saleté et s'en débarrasser de manière appro-
priée.
4. Laver le bac si nécessaire.
5. Réassembler le bac en suivant la séquence d'assem-
blage.
Nettoyage du filtre à air du refroidissement
moteur
Aspirer (en utilisant le tube d'aspiration de la machine) la
saleté accumulée sur les côtés du filtre positionné sur la tête
de la machine.
Un filtre toujours propre permet un bon fonctionnement de la
machine.
Dépistage des pannes

Nettoyage du filtre
Le filtre est en polyester et de classe « L ».
Le produit comporte un secoueur automatique qui permet de
conserver l'efficacité de la machine dans la durée.
Changer le filtre régulièrement et au moins une fois par an.
Utiliser des pièces de rechange d'origine du fabricant.
Consignes de maintenance
•Respectez les réglementations environnementales lo-
cales en vigueur pour gérer et éliminer tous les com-
posants en toute sécurité.
• Les travaux de maintenance et de réparation doivent être
effectués par un personnel qualifié à l'aide de pièces de
rechange d'origine. Prendre contact avec le fabricant ou
le revendeur agréé le plus proche pour obtenir des con-
seils techniques ou pour tout besoin de pièces de
rechange.
• Veillez à toujours débrancher le produit de la source
d'énergie pour éviter toute mise en fonctionnement acci-
dentelle.
• Inspecter et nettoyer le produit toutes les 500 heures de
fonctionnement (ou au plus chaque année). Remplacez
les pièces usées ou endommagées.
