Attention: Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure that mounting operation will be carried
out in the right way .These instructions should be properly preserved for future reference. This lamp can not
be used on building sites, engineering workshops and similar applications.

II.Safety instructions
1. Don’t touc t e ot surface by and during adjustment and normal operation because of ig
temperature.
2. Far away from t e products easy to burn or burst.
3. Don’t look at t e bulbs directly wit eyes.
4. Don’t use t e item wit out glass and stand.
5. Replace any cracked protective s ield.
6. T e bulbs couldn’t exceed t e rated power.
7. T e distance between t e item and t e objects must be more t an 1M.
8. If t e external flexible cable or cord of t is luminaire is damaged, it s all be exclusively replaced by t e
manufacturer or is service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a azard.
III.Electrical safety
T is alogen lamp must be eart ed. If it becomes necessary to re-wire t e plug please follow t ese guidelines.
Always secure wires in plug terminals carefully. Make sure t e cable is firmly located in t e cord grip. NEVER
connect t e green & yellow wire to any terminal ot er t an one marked wit t e eart symbol ‘E’ or ‘ ’,
regularly inspect all electrical connections and wiring for damage Any faults s ould be immediately rectified
before furt er use of t is alogen lamp. Always ave t e wiring and connections c ecked by a qualified
electrician. In use, ensure all wiring and extension cable are kept clear of any cutting tools, s arp objects and
any ot er potential azard suc as wet floors, c emicals, solvents etc.
NOTE: If your mains wiring differs in any way from Diagram A. Consult a qualified electrician. Always ensure
t at t e mains supply voltage is correct. Always replace t e fuse wit one of an identical rating.
IV.Assembly and use

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Slide t e stand into t is alogen lamp bracket (G) . Align t e oles in t e bracket and t e stand. Insert and
tig ten angle adjustment screw knob (D) . To alter t e angle of t is alogen lamp, simply loosen t e angle
adjustment screw knob(D) , pivot t is alogen lamp until t e desired angle is ac ieved and re-tig ten knob (D).
C eck t is alogen lamp are secure and t at t e stand is stable and as a firm footing. Ensure cable is not
catc ing on any s arp object and t at t e mains plug connection is adequately protected against rain or
moisture. Your alogen lamp is now ready for use.
V.Fitting the bulb
To fit t e supplied alogen bulbs you need to loosen t e screw( B )securing t e inged front cover and swing
t e cover down, T e bulb is attac ed by spring loaded olders at eac end. Gently locate t e bulb into position
ensuring good contact at bot ends. Take care not to touc t e glass of t e bulb if t is does occur clean t e
bulb wit met ylated spirit. Close t e inged front cover and re-tig ten t e top retaining screw(B) .
T e lig ting direction can not be adjusted to down ward.
VI. Change the bulb
1.Before maintenance and replacement of bulb always make sure t e power supply as been switc ed off.
2. Open t e lamp cover.
3.Twist t e old bulb out carefully.
4.Twist a new bulb into t e socket. Make sure t at new bulb fits tec nical data of your lamp.
5. Close t e lamp cover.
WARNING: The maintaining should be done only by a qualified electrician.
