！Important note:
The hose may crack due to wear and tear, resulting
in fluid leakage, which may cause damage to the
equipment, so check and replace the hose frequently!
If the power cable is worn or damaged, replace
it in time!
Turn off the power and unplug if:
1. Fluid spills onto the machine.
2. You think the machine needs maintenance or
repair.
3. Power off the driver before installing the
external controller.
If there is a fault, please professional electrician
or electronic engineer maintenance, but also can
consult the manufacturer or send back to the
manufacturer for maintenance.

Product introduction
BT300S type peristaltic pump can be installed a variety
of pump head: YZ1515, YZ2515, can provide 0.07 to
2280(mL/min) flow range. The speed can be adjusted
manually or controlled externally through the external
control interface. It can be combined with time loading
controller to realize filling function. With power off
memory function, simple and intuitive operation.

! Before using the peristaltic pump, ensure that the
ground wire of the power cable is reliably grounded to ensure
personal safety in a damp environment.
Basic operation
1. Digital tube display: three digital tube display speed.
2.Speed control knob: clockwise rotation, increasing speed;
Counterclockwise rotation, decreasing speed. The rotation speed
varies with the rotation speed.
3. Full speed button: When the peristaltic pump is running, press
the "full speed button" to turn at the maximum speed of 600 to
complete the empting, filling and cleaning functions; Press the
"full speed" button again to restore the original state.
4.Left-stop-right: When pulling "left", run counterclockwise;
When pulling on the "right", it moves clockwise; At "stop", the

pump stops running.
5. Power switch: Switch to "O" when the power is disconnected,
switch to "1" when the power is closed.
6. Power socket (with fuse).
7.Heat dissipation fan.
8.Manual/external control:
When the manual/external control key is placed on the "left", it is
"hand control"; When placed on the "right", it is "external
control".

Pump head installed
The pump head has been installed on the driver before
delivery. In actual use, if users need to replace another
type of pump head, they can refer to the following
methods:
1. Remove the two screws connecting the pump head and the
driver, and remove the pump head forward.
2. The main shaft of the pump head to be replaced is
aligned with the front end coupling of the driver, so
that the positioning hole of the pump head is
consistent with the positioning pin of the pump head
support on the driver.
3. Tighten the pump head screws again. When tightening
screws, ensure that the tightness of the two screws
is the same, and not too tight, to prevent deformation
of the plastic case and cause running noise.

!Note:Peristaltic pump stops running before
replacing pump head.

After the pump head is loaded with the hose, insert one
end of the hose into the water, and inflate the hose from
the other end. One end of the hose should not bubble when
inserted into the water. If there are bubbles, it means
that the tube wall is too thin and cannot be used.
External control interface
The external control interface uses the standard DB15 male.
When the external control function needs to be used, switch the
"external control switch" of the driver to the external control state
and connect the external control interface to the corresponding
external control module. (Note: External control is invalid if
external control module is not connected and external control
switch is only toggle, and vice versa)

disconnected from the common end, the pump runs; When
shorted with the common end, the pump stops running.

from the common end, the pump rotates clockwise; When
shorted with the common end, the pump is transferred
counterclockwise.

Optional accessories
1. Install the controller separately
Plug in the external control interface, control pump operation and
intermittent time, used to achieve quantitative distribution and
filling.
2. Foot switch
Plug in the external control interface, control pump start/stop.
Foot switch, separate controller, only control pump start/stop
state. The speed and direction of the pump should be adjusted
by the panel switch. These two accessories are optional.
