Tips:
1. Using pneumatic brad nailer will make assembly
quicker and easier.
2. Before opening any boxes, if multiple units and
different units have been ordered, please assemble
all boxes by units to ensure that specific unit parts
are not intermixed with other units.
3. It is highly recommended to drill dia pilot
holes on back cross pieces for screws
before attaching to wall.

Step 2
Attaching middle ladders.
Take the middle ladders making sure the angled cleats are facing
front. Place each ladder into cross piece slots and nail from the
back on all four back cross pieces.

Step 1
Attaching cross pieces and spacers to the BACK
Place the right and left end ladders on the floor. Nail the cross
pieces on the 2nd support cleat starting from the bottom and
under 4th and 5th cleat starting from the bottom. Nail spacers
on the 1st and 3rd support cleat as shown. Nail the top cross
piece flush with top of the ladders.

Step 3
Attaching FRONT cross pieces and spacers.
Nail the cross pieces on the 2nd and 3rd support cleat starting
from the bottom and under the 2nd and 6th cleat starting from the
bottom. Nail the cross pieces on the bottom of the middle ladders.
Nail the spacers on the 1st support cleat as shown.
Step 4
Attaching BACK cross piece for middle ladders, stemware holder
(OPTIONAL) and counter top.
Nail the cross pieces on the bottom of middle ladders. Fasten optional
stemware holder under middle ladders to the cross pieces from the
top using #8x1 “ screws. Fasten counter top to the spacers from the
bottom using #8x1 ” screws. It is highly recommended to drill “
dia pilot holes in cross pieces and spacers before attaching glass
holder and counter top.

Step 6
Attaching to the wall
Fasten to the wall through the back cross pieces using #8x3 “ screws and
using a level to make sure rack is mounted square on the wall. Make sure
back cross piece has ” dia pilot holes drilled before screwing to wall.
For a professional looking job you can use a nail set to indent the nail
heads and wood filler to fill in the nail holes on the front cleats, baseboard
and crown moulding. Give the part that was filled a light sanding with 180
grit sandpaper.

Installing diamond bin inserts.
Place diamond bin inserts into each opening as shown.
