FACTORY RESET
MAINTAINING YOUR BATTERY
We recommend recharging your Base products as frequently as possible to
maintain the health of the device and battery.
When not in use for an extended period of time (e.g. more than 90 days),
store the earbuds and charging case separately from each other to ensure
the charging case continues to produce a charge.
If your charging case ceases to produce a charge, remove the earbuds from
the case and charge the charging case separately. Once the case has a full
charge just reinsert the earbuds to charge.

If you experience any malfunction with the earbuds, follow these
instructions to reset your device. The reset operation will not work
if both earbuds are out of the charging case and paired with each
other. You must reset each earbud separately.
Remove the RIGHT earbud from
the charging case, tap the touch
button where the logo is located
on the right earbud 6 times
until you see the earbud’s RED
LED light up for 1 second. Then,
return it back to the charging
case. (approx 8 seconds)
Open your Bluetooth settings
on your smartphone and select
the connected Base device. Tap
“Forget this device” to begin the
reset process.
Remove the LEFT earbud from
the charging case, tap the touch
button where the logo is located
on the right earbud 6 times
until you see the earbud’s RED
LED light up for 1 second. Then,
return it back to the charging
case. (approx 8 seconds)
Once both of the earbuds are returned to the case, feel free to
take them out at the same time for both earbuds to
automatically connect with each other.
