6. Doors (Door option kit only)
Attach each door using two hinges and 8 x 25mm per hinge as shown. Position the top hinge approximately 180mm
from the top of the door. Position the bottom hinge approximately 180mm from the bottom of the door.

bolted to a solid surface.

7. Front rail and turn buttons (Door option kit only)
Position the front rail flush to the bottom edge of the top frame. Secure in place using 5 x 50mm screws. Screw through
the frame into the ends of each angled rafter. Attach a turn button above each door and secure each one to the front
rail using 1 x 25mm screws for each turn button.

It is recommended to drill pilot
holes for the front rail screws with
a 3mm drill bit before assembly.
Please Note:
Diagrams in this section show assembly with
planting trough removed for visual purposes
only. It is not necessary to remove the
trough to fit these parts.

3. Support rail
Position the support rail between the two side panels. Align so that it is flush with the front and top of the sides.
Secure at each end using 2 x 80mm screws. Screw through the side panels into the ends of the rail. Position the Metal
L-brackets under each corner between the rail and the side panels and secure each bracket with 32mm screws.
It is recommended
to drill pilot holes for
these screws with a
3mm drill bit before
assembly.

2. Base frame
Lay the unit on its back. Position the three base rails as shown. Secure the back panel base rail with 3 x 50mm screws
and each side base frame with 2 x 50 mm screws. When all the base frames are attached stand the unit up.

4. Top frame and front rail
The top frame can be positioned so it can slope either way. Place the top frame onto the assembly with the slope
running the desired way. Secure through the thicker end of each angled rafter with 1 x 100mm screw. Screw through
the rafter into the frame of the back panels. Secure through the thinner end of each angled rafter with
1 x 80mm screw. Screw through the rafter into the support rail.

1. Wall panels
Secure the two back panels together as shown using 4 x 50mm screws. Attach each side panel using 4 x 50mm
screws. Screw through the frame of the back panels into the frames of the sides.

holes for these screws with a
3mm drill bit before assembly.

depending on preference.

5. Plant trough and liner
Position the planting trough on top of the assembly. Secure in place using 10 x 50mm screws. Screw through the
trough into the angled rafters. Lay the liner in the trough, fold in the corners and pin in place using 40 x 10mm nails
around the top edge of the liner.
