Der Begri „Gerät“ oder „Produkt“ in den
Sicherheitshinweisen und in der Gebrauchsanweisung
bezieht sich auf den sous-vide-garer.

ERLÄUTERUNG DER SYMBOLE
2.1. ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT
a) Der Netzstecker des Geräts muss für die benutzte
Netzsteckdose ausgelegt sein. Nehmen Sie am
Stecker keinerlei Modikationen vor. Originalstecker
und passende Steckdosen vermindern das Risiko
eines Stromschlags.
b) Benutzen Sie das Netzkabel nicht zweckentfremdet.
Benutzen Sie das Kabel nicht, um das Gerät zu
transportieren oder den Stecker herauszuziehen.
Halten Sie das Kabel von Hitze, Öl, scharfen
Kanten und beweglichen Teilen fern. Beschädigte
oder verwickelte Kabel erhöhen das Risiko eines
Stromschlags.
c) Falls die Nutzung des Geräts in einer feuchten
Umgebung nicht verhindert werden kann, muss
ein Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (RCD) verwendet
werden. Die Verwendung eines RCDs verringert das
Risiko eines Stromschlags.
d) Es ist verboten, das Gerät zu verwenden, wenn
das Netzkabel beschädigt ist oder oensichtliche
Gebrauchsspuren aufweist. Ein beschädigtes
Netzkabel sollte von einem qualizierten Elektriker
oder vom Kundendienst des Herstellers ersetzt
werden.
e) Um einen Stromschlag zu vermeiden, dürfen das
Kabel, der Netzstecker und der obere Korpus des
Geräts mit dem Steuerfeld nicht in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten getaucht werden. Verwenden
Sie das Gerät nicht auf nassen Oberächen.
f) ACHTUNG - LEBENSGEFAHR! Das Gerät darf während
des Reinigens oder des Betriebes nicht in Wasser
oder andere Flüssigkeiten getaucht oder gehalten
werden.
g) Das Gerät darf nicht in Räumen mit sehr hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit / in unmittelbarer Nähe von
Wasserbehältern verwendet werden!

1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Die Betriebsanleitung soll Ihnen helfen, das Gerät sicher
und zuverlässig zu benutzen. Das Produkt wird streng
nach den technischen Spezikationen unter Verwendung
der neuesten Technologien und Komponenten und unter
Einhaltung der höchsten Qualitätsstandards entwickelt und
hergestellt.
Um einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts zu
gewährleisten, soll das Gerät gemäß den Anweisungen in
dieser Anleitung korrekt bedient und gewartet werden. Die
technischen Daten und Spezikationen in dieser Anleitung
sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Der Hersteller behält sich
das Recht vor, Änderungen vorzunehmen, um die Qualität
zu verbessern. Unter Berücksichtigung des technischen
Fortschritts und der Möglichkeiten zur Lärmminderung
wurde das Gerät so entwickelt und gebaut, dass das Risiko
durch Lärmemissionen auf ein Minimum reduziert wird.

2.2. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich aufgeräumt und gut
beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung
kann zu Unfällen führen. Beim Gebrauch des
Gerätes seien Sie vorausschauend, passen Sie
darauf, was Sie tun, und nutzen Sie Ihren gesunden
Menschenverstand.
b) Falls Beschädigungen an dem Gerät festgestellt
werden oder Unregelmäßigkeiten bei dem Betrieb,
muss das Gerät umgehend ausgeschaltet werden
und dieser Umstand muss einer autorisierten Person
mitgeteilt werden.
c) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät
ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an
den Kundendienst des Herstellers.
d) Reparaturen am Gerät dürfen nur vom Kundendienst
des Herstellers durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie
Reparaturen nicht selbst durch!
e) Im Falle eines Brandes oder einer Brandentzündung
dürfen nur Pulver- oder Schaumlöscher (CO2)
verwendet werden, um die unter Spannung
stehenden Geräte zu löschen.
f) Kindern oder unbefugten Personen ist der Aufenthalt
im Arbeitsbereich untersagt. (Unaufmerksamkeit
kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät
führen.)
g) Verwenden Sie das Gerät in gut belüfteten Bereichen.
h) Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung zum späteren
Nachschlagen auf. Soll das Gerät an Dritte
weitergegeben werden, muss auch die
Gebrauchsanweisung mit übergeben werden.
i) Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile und kleine
Montageteile außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern
auf.
j) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
k) Bei der Verwendung dieses Geräts mit
anderen Geräten beachten Sie auch an andere
Gebrauchsanweisungen.
2.3. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Die Bedienung des Geräts bei Müdigkeit oder
Krankheit sowie unter dem Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten, die zu einer erheblichen
Einschränkung der Fähigkeit der Bedienung des
Geräts führen, ist untersagt.
b) Das Gerät ist nicht dazu bestimmt, von Personen
(einschließlich Kindern) mit eingeschränkten
psychischen, sensorischen und geistigen Funktionen
oder ohne ausreichende Erfahrung und/oder
Kenntnisse verwendet zu werden, es sei denn, sie
werden von einer für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen
Person beaufsichtigt oder wurden von dieser
eingewiesen, wie dieses Gerät zu bedienen ist.
c) Das Gerät darf nur von körperlich geeigneten
Personen bedient werden, die zu ihrem Benutzen
fähig und entsprechend geschult sind und die
diese Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und verstanden
haben und im Rahmen der Sicherheit und des
Gesundheitsschutzes am Arbeitsplatz geschult
wurden.
d) Seien Sie vorsichtig und benutzen Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand, wenn Sie mit dem
Gerät arbeiten. Eine kurze Unachtsamkeit bei der
Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
e) Bei dem Gerät handelt es sich nicht um ein
Spielzeug. Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden, um
sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
f) Während des Betriebs des Geräts dürfen weder
Hände noch andere Gegenstände in das Innere des
Geräts gesteckt werden!
2.4. SICHERE VERWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der EIN/AUS-
Schalter nicht korrekt funktioniert (sich nicht ein-
und ausschalten lässt). Geräte, die nicht über einen
Schalter gesteuert werden können, sind unsicher,
dürfen nicht betrieben werden und müssen repariert
werden.
b) Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie
Einstellungen, Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten
vornehmen. Eine solche Vorbeugungsmaßnahme
verringert das Risiko eines versehentlichen
Einschaltens.
c) Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Geräte außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern und Personen auf, die nicht
mit dem Gerät oder dieser Anleitung vertraut sind.
Dieses Gerät stellt in den Händen von unerfahrenen
Benutzern eine Gefahr dar.
d) Halten Sie das Gerät in gutem Betriebszustand. Prüfen
Sie vor jedem Einsatz, ob allgemeine Schäden oder
Schäden an beweglichen Teilen vorliegen (Risse in
Bauteilen und Komponenten oder andere Zustände,
die den sicheren Betrieb des Geräts beeinträchtigen
können). Im Falle einer Beschädigung lassen Sie das
Gerät vor der Benutzung reparieren.
e) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern fern.
f) Die Reparatur und Wartung der Geräte ist von
qualiziertem Personal unter ausschließlicher
Verwendung von Originalersatzteilen durchzuführen.
Dies gewährleistet eine sichere Verwendung.
g) Um die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Geräts zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksseitig installierten
Abdeckungen nicht entfernt und die Schrauben
nicht gelöst werden.
h) Das Gerät sollte regelmäßig gereinigt werden, um die
dauerhafte Ablagerung von Schmutz zu verhindern.
i) Bei dem Gerät handelt es sich nicht um ein Spielzeug.
Die Reinigung und Wartung darf ohne Aufsicht
von Erwachsenen nicht von Kindern durchgeführt
werden.
j) Es ist untersagt die Konstruktion des Geräts zu
verändern, um die Parameter oder Bauweise des
Geräts zu modizieren.
k) Das Gerät muss von Feuer- und Wärmequellen
ferngehalten werden.
l) Die Wassertemperatur darf nicht mit den Händen
überprüft werden, verwenden Sie hierzu das digitale
Display auf dem Gerät.
m) Während der Nutzung muss darauf geachtet werden,
dass der maximale Wasserstand nicht überschritten
wird. Durch die Überschreitung des maximalen
Wasserstandes kann das Gerät beschädigt werden.
n) Einige Teile des Gerätes werden auf hohe
Temperaturen erhitzt. Um Verbrennungen zu
vermeiden, muss die Berührung der heißen Flächen
mit den Händen verhindert werden.
o) Es dürfen keine Lebensmittel direkt in das durch
den Zirkulator erhitzte Wasser gegeben werden.
Die Lebensmittel müssen in einen speziellen
Vakuumbeutel gegeben werden.

3. NUTZUNGSHINWEISE
Geräte zur Sous-Vide-Garen diesen zur Zubereitung von
Lebensmitteln in dicht verschlossenen Beuteln, die in Wasser
mit einer kontrollierten Temperatur gegeben werden.
Für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch
entstehen, haftet der Benutzer.
3.2. VORBEREITUNG FÜR DEN BETRIEB
POSITIONIERUNG DES GERÄTS
Die Umgebungstemperatur darf 40°C und die relative
Luftfeuchtigkeit darf 85 % nicht übersteigen. Das Gerät
sollte so aufgestellt werden, dass eine gute Luftzirkulation
gewährleistet ist. Ein Mindestabstand von 10 cm muss von
allen Seiten des Geräts eingehalten werden. Das Gerät muss
von heißen Oberächen ferngehalten werden. Das Gerät
immer auf einer ebenen, stabilen, sauberen, feuerbeständigen
und trockenen Oberäche sowie außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern und Personen mit eingeschränkten geistigen,
sensorischen oder intellektuellen Fähigkeiten verwendet
werden. Das Gerät sollte so aufgestellt werden, dass der
Netzstecker jederzeit erreicht werden kann. Vergewissern Sie
sich, dass die Stromversorgung des Geräts mit den Angaben
auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmt!
Vor der ersten Nutzung müssen alle Teile abgenommen
und gewaschen werden. Das ganze Gerät muss ebenfalls
gereinigt werden.
3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT

ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät so entwickelt
wurde, dass es sicher ist, besteht für den Benutzer
beim Umgang mit dem Gerät trotz angemessener
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und trotz der Verwendung
zusätzlicher Sicherheitsvorrichtungen dennoch ein
geringes Unfall- oder Verletzungsrisiko. Es wird
empfohlen, bei der Verwendung Vorsicht und
gesunden Menschenverstand walten zu lassen.

1. Stromversorgung
• Wenn das Gerät mit Strom versorgt wird, leuchten
die Tasten und die Kontrollleuchte. Nach 2 Sekunden
wird das Gerät in den Energiesparmodus gestellt.
• Wenn das Gerät im Energiesparmodus ist, muss
die Taste , gedrückt werden, um das Gerät in
den betriebsbereiten Zustand zu stellen. Jetzt wird
auf dem Display A (RCVG-43) oder dem Display
Nr. 6 (RCVG-45) der Wert der aktuellen Temperatur
angezeigt. RCVG-43: Die Solltemperatur wird
während des Arbeitsprozesses auf dem Display [B]
eingestellt und die Betriebsdauer auf dem Display
[C]. RCVG-45: Aus dem Display Nr. 7 wird die zuletzt
eingestellte Betriebsdauer angezeigt.
• Wenn das Gerät im Standby-Modus ist, muss die
Taste gedrückt werden, um das Gerät in den
Energiesparmodus zu stellen (nur aktiv, wenn das
Gerät angeschaltet ist).
• - Während des Betriebs des Geräts muss die Taste
°C /°F gedrückt werden, um das Gerät in den
Energiesparmodus zu stellen.
2. Temperatur
• Es stehen zwei Temperatureinheiten zur Wahl:
Celsius und Fahrenheit. Um die Temperatureinheit
einzustellen, muss die Taste °C / °F gedrückt werden.
• Um den Temperaturwert einzustellen, muss die
Taste „TEMP/TIME“ gedrückt werden. Wenn das
Temperatur-Display B (RCVG-43) oder das Display
Nr. 6 (RCVG-45) blinken, muss die gewünschte
Temperatur mit den Tasten „+“ und „-“ eingestellt
werden.
3. Zeit
• Um den Wert der Gardauer zu ändern, muss die
Taste „TEMP/TIME“ gedrückt werden. Wenn das Zeit-
Display C (RCVG-43) oder das Display Nr. 7 (RCVG-
45) blinkt, muss der gewünschte Wert der Gardauer
mit den Tasten „+“ und „-“ eingestellt werden.
ACHTUNG:
• Um die eingestellten Werte der Temperatur und
Zeitdauer anzuzeigen, muss die Taste „TEMP/TIME“
3 Sekunden lang gedrückt werden.
• Nachdem das Display 10 Mal blinkt und keine
Tätigkeit ausgeführt wurde, önet Das Gerät das
Menü zur Einstellung der Gardauer und Temperatur.
Um die Parameter erneut einzustellen muss die Taste
„TEMP/TIME“ gedrückt werden.
4. Start/Stopp
• Wenn das Gerät im Standby-Modus ist, muss die
Taste RCVG-43) oder die Taste „START/STOP“
gedrückt werden, um den Betrieb des Geräts zu
starten.
• Zweimaliges Drücken der - Taste (RCVG-43)
startet den Timer, sodass der Countdown beginnt.
• Dreimaliges Drücken der - Taste (RCVG-43)
bricht die Arbeit des Gerätes ab und schaltet in den
Stand-by-Modus.
BEI MODELL RCVG-45:
• Das Runterzählen der Gardauer wird durch das zweite
Drücken der Taste „START/STOP“ gestartet und wenn
die Taste zum dritten Mal gedrückt wird, wird das
Runterzählen der Gardauer unterbrochen und das
Gerät wird in den Standby-Betrieb geschaltet.
5. Einstellung
• Mit der Taste „TEMP/TIME“ den Wert der Temperatur
oder Gardauer auswählen. Mit den Tasten „+“ und „-“
den gewünschten Wert einstellen.
6. Temperatur-Display A (RCVG-43) oder Display Nr. 6
(RCVG-45)
• Zeigt die Betriebstemperatur in Echtzeit an.
7. Temperatur-Display B (RCVG-43)
• Zeigt die Soll-Betriebstemperatur an.
8. Gardauer-Display [C] oder Display Nr. 7 (RCVG-45)
• Im Standby-Betrieb wird die eingestellte Gardauer
angezeigt.
• Während des Betriebs wird die verbleibende
Gardauer angezeigt.
ACHTUNG:
• Um die Werkseinstellungen wiederherzustellen,
müssen die Tasten und „+“ (RCVG-43) oder „START/
STOP“ und „+“ (RCVG-45) gleichzeitig gedrückt
werden. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit wird auf dem
oberen Display die Temperatur 60°C angezeigt und
auf dem nächsten Display wird die Gardauer von
24:00 angezeigt. Die Tasten können jetzt freigegeben
werden. Die Displays werden danach 10 Mal blinken
und das Gerät schließt das Einstellungs-Menü.
3.3.2. Programmieren
Achtung! Bevor WLAN-Verbindung aufgebaut wird, muss
sichergestellt werden, dass das Gerät sich im Standby-
Betrieb bendet.
1. Im Webbrowser muss folgende Internetseite
aufgerufen werden; https://r.im/qx49
2. Das Installationspaket herunterladen und installieren.
3. Die neu installierte App önen und ein neues Konto
registrieren.
4. Das Gerät hinzufügen (wählen Sie hierfür die
Option „Gerät“ klicken Sie auf „+“ WLAN-
Verbindung herstellen gleichzeitig auf dem Gerät
auf die Tasten „°C/°F“ und (RCVG-43) oder „START/
STOP“ (RCVG-45) drücken, bis das Gerät erfolgreich
hinzugefügt wird.
3.3.3. NUTZUNG
1. Einen entsprechenden Garbehälter auswählen und
das Gerät am Behälter befestigen.
2. Die vakuumverpackten Lebensmittel in den
Garbehälter legen.
3. Den Garbehälter mit Wasser füllen. (Achtung!
Nach dem Befüllen des Behälters mit Wasser muss
sichergestellt werden, dass der Füllstand zwischen
dem minimalen und maximalen Wasserstand liegt).
4. Das Netzkabel anschließen. Auf dem Gerät leuchtet
die Kontrollleuchte auf und das Gerät wird nach 2
Sekunden in den Energiesparmodus gestellt. Um das
Gerät in den Standby-Modus zu stellen drücken
sie auf die Taste
5. Um die Einheit der auf dem Gerät angezeigten
Temperatur auszuwählen, muss die Taste „° C / °
F“ verwendet werden. Die Werkseinstellung der
angezeigten Temperatur ist „°C“. Die ausgewählte
Temperatureinheit wird durch das Gerät gespeichert.
6. Um die Gardauer und Temperatur einzustellen,
muss die Taste „TEMP/TIME“ gedrückt werden. Der
Sollwert kann mit den Tasten „+“ und „-“ eingestellt
werden.
7. Nachdem die Werte eingestellt wurden, muss die
Taste „ “ (RCVG-43) oder „START/STOP“ (RCVG-
45) gedrückt werden, um den Betrieb des Geräts zu
beginnen.
8. Nach Ablauf der Gardauer wird von dem Gerät ein
Signalton ausgegeben. Um den Betrieb des Geräts
zu beenden, muss die Taste „ “ gedrückt werden.
ACHTUNG: Bei Modell RCVG-45 gibt das Gerät
einen Signalton aus, nachdem die Solltemperatur
erreicht wurde. Danach muss die Taste „START/
STOP“ gedrückt werden, um das Runterzählen der
eingestellten Gardauer zu beginnen. Nach Ablauf der
Gardauer gibt das Gerät erneut einen Signalton aus.
Daraufhin muss die Taste „START/STOP“ gedrückt
werden.
Achtung! Wenn nach Ablauf der Gardauer keine
Tätigkeit unternommen wird, gibt das Gerät nach
Ablauf von 20 Sekunden einen Dauerton aus. Die
Wassertemperatur wird auf dem eingestellten
Niveau aufrecht erhalten.
9. Die Lebensmittel aus dem Wasserbad entnehmen
und das Gerät von der Stromversorgung trennen.
Achtung! Um die Lebensdauer des Geräts
zu verlängern, muss das Wasser nach jedem
Gebrauchszyklus aus dem Gerät abgelassen werden
und das Gerät muss gereinigt werden.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG

e) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen

die Oberäche des Gerätematerials beschädigen

3.4.1. WARTUNG
Achtung! Um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden, muss
sichergestellt werden, dass das Gerät vor der Reinigung
ausgeschaltet und auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt ist.
1. Das Gerät muss nach der Reinigung aufrecht
hingestellt werden. Es ist verboten, das Gerät in
horizontaler Lage oder auf dem Kopf stehend zu
trocknen.
2. Bei der Reinigung muss besonders auf die Teile im
Geräteinneren geachtet werden. Bei Beschädigungen
der Teile muss der Kundenservice kontaktiert werden.
3. Das Wasser nach jeder Verwendung ablaufen lassen
und das Gerät vor der erneuten Verwendung wieder
mit sauberem Wasser füllen.
4. Durch die wiederholte Verwendung desselben
Wassers kann die Leistung des Geräts verringert
werden. Wenn große Mengen an Asche und Schmutz
auf den Gerätekomponenten festgestellt werden,
muss die hintere Abdeckung des Geräts geönet
und das Wärmerohr und die Sonde müssen gereinigt
werden. Es wird empfohlen, diese Elemente nach je
20 Anwendungen oder alle 100 Betriebsstunden zu
reinigen.
5. Die Verwendung des heißen Geräts in kaltem Wasser
oder des kalten Geräts in heißem Wasser wird nicht
empfohlen. Es wird empfohlen, dass die Temperatur
von Gerät und Wasser zu Beginn des Betriebs in etwa
gleich sind (Raumtemperatur).
3.4.2. REINIGUNG
1. Einen Behälter mit einer Mischung aus Wasser und
Essig im Verhältnis von 75% zu 25% füllen und das
Gerät bis zur maximalen Eintauchtiefe einsetzen.
2. Das Gerät anschalten und die Temperatur auf 80°C
/ 176°F und die Betriebsdauer auf 3 Stunden (03:00)
einstellen. Die Taste „ “ (RCVG-43) oder „START/
STOP“ (RCVG-45) drücken. Wenn die eingestellte
Temperatur erreicht wird, muss die Taste „ “
(RCVG-43) oder „START/STOP“ (RCVG-45) erneut
gedrückt werden, um das Runterzählen des Timers
zu starten.
3. Wenn die Zeit abgelaufen ist, muss der Gerät
ausgeschaltet und von der Stromversorgung
getrennt werden. Das Gerät muss abkühlen. Danach
muss der Garbehälter geleert und das Gerät muss
mit sauberen Wasser ausgespült werden.
Achtung! Für die Reinigung wird die Verwendung
von Essig (z. B. Spritessig oder Apfelessig)
empfohlen. Es wird nicht empfohlen, das Gerät
nur mit Leitungswasser zu reinigen, da im Wasser
enthaltene Mineralien zu Kalkablagerungen auf dem
Gerät und den Teilen im Inneren des Geräts führen
können.

3. RULES OF USE
Sous vide cooking equipment is used to cook food in sealed
bags placed in temperature controlled water.
The user is responsible for any damage resulting from
misuse.
3.2. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
The ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C and
ambient humidity should not exceed 85%. Place the unit in
a way that ensures good air circulation. Maintain a minimum
clearance of 10 cm from any wall of the unit. Keep the unit
away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the unit on a
level, stable, clean, reproof and dry surface and out of the
reach of children and persons of impaired mental, sensory
and intellectual functions. Place the unit in such a way that
the mains plug can be reached at any time. Ensure that the
power supply to the unit corresponds to that specied on
the identication plate!
Before using the unit for the rst time, disassemble all parts
and wash them as well as the entire unit.

2.4. SAFE USE OF THE UNIT
a) Do not use the appliance if the ON/OFF switch does
not function properly (does not turn on and o).
Units that cannot be controlled by the switch are
unsafe, cannot operate, and must be repaired.
b) Disconnect the unit from the power supply before
adjusting, cleaning, or servicing. This precaution
reduces the risk of accidental start-up.
c) Keep unused equipment out of the reach of children
and out of the reach of anyone unfamiliar with
the unit or this instruction manual. These units is
dangerous in the hands of inexperienced users.
d) Keep the unit in good working condition. Check
before each use for general damage or damage to
moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any
other condition that may aect the safe operation of
the unit). If damaged, have the unit repaired before
use.
e) Keep the unit out of the reach of children.
f) Repairs and maintenance should be carried out by
qualied personnel using only original spare parts.

n) Some parts of the machine become hot. Avoid
touching hot surfaces with your hands to avoid
burns.
o) Do not place food directly into water heated by the
circulator.
Place food in a special vacuum bag.
CAUTION! Although the product has been
designed to be safe, with adequate safeguards,
and despite the additional safety features provided
to the user, there is still a slight risk of accident or
injury when handling the unit. You are advised to
use caution and common sense when using this
product.

1. Power
• When the power is on, the button and indicator light
will light up. After 2 seconds, the unit enters power
saving mode. When the unit is in power save mode,
press the button to put the unit into standby
mode. At this point the current temperature value
will appear on display A (RCVG-43) or display 6
(RCVG-45).
• RCVG-43: The target temperature set in the work
process in display [B], and the set operating time in
display [C].
• RCVG-45: Display 7 will indicate the last set operating
time. When the unit is in stand-by mode, press the
key to put the unit into energy saving mode
(only active when the unit is switched on).
• While the unit is operating, press the °C /° F button
to put the unit directly into power-saving mode.
2. Temperature
• There are two temperature units to choose from:
Celsius and Fahrenheit. To select the temperature
unit, press the °C / °F button.
• To change the temperature value, press the „TEMP/
TIME“ button.
• When temperature display B (RCVG-43) or display 6
(RCVG-45) is ashing, use the „+“ and „-“ buttons to
set the preferred temperature value.
3.3. WORKING WITH THE UNIT

3.3.3. OPERATION
1. Select a suitable cooking container and attach the
unit to the container.
2. Place the vacuum-packed food in the cooking
container.
3. Fill the cooking container with water. (Caution! After
lling the container with water, make sure the water
level is between the minimum and maximum water
levels).
4. Plug in the power cord. The light on the appliance
will illuminate and after 2 seconds the appliance will
go into saver mode. Press the button to switch to
standby mode.
5. To select the unit of temperature to be displayed on
the unit, use the „° C / ° F“ button.
The default unit for the temperature display is „° C“.
The unit will remember the selected temperature
unit.
6. To set the time and temperature control, use the
„TEMP/TIME“ button. Set the target value using the
„+“ and „-“ buttons.
7. When the settings are complete, press the „ “
button (RCVG-43) or „START/STOP“ (RCVG-45) for
the unit to start operation.
8. When the unit has completed operation, it will beep.
Press the „ “ button to terminate operation of the
unit.
CAUTION! For the RCVG-45, the unit will beep when
the set temperature is reached.
Then press the „START/STOP“ button to start
counting down the set time. When the cooking is
nished, the appliance will beep again.
Then press the „START/STOP“ button.
Caution! If no action is taken when nished, the
appliance will emit a continuous beep after 20
seconds.
The water temperature will remain at the set level.
9. Remove the food and disconnect the appliance from
the power supply.
Caution! To extend the life of the unit, drain and
clean the unit after each cycle.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Cleaning and maintenance
Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down
completely before cleaning, adjusting or replacing
accessories and when the unit is not in use.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning
the surfaces.
c) Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food
contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit.
d) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
e) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire
brush or metal spatula) for cleaning, as these may
damage the surface of the material from which the
unit is made.
f) Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical
products, diluent, fuel, oil or other chemicals as this
may cause damage to the unit.
3.4.1. MAINTENANCE
Caution! To avoid burns, make sure the unit is denitely
turned o and cooled to room temperature before
cleaning.
1. After cleaning, place the unit vertically. Do not dry
the appliance horizontally or „upside down“.
2. When cleaning, pay special attention to the
components inside the machine. If components are
damaged, contact your service representative.
3. After each use, drain the water and rell the unit with
clean water before using it again.
4. Repeated use of the same water may reduce the
performance of the unit.
If large amounts of ash and dirt are noticed on unit
components, remove the unit back cover and clean
the heat pipe and probe.
It is recommended that these components be
cleaned every 20 uses or every 100 hours of
operation.
5. Using a hot unit in cold water and a cold unit in hot
water is not recommended.
It is recommended that the temperature of the unit
and water are close to each other at the beginning of
operation (room temperature).
3.4.2. CLEANING
1. Fill the container with a mixture of water and vinegar
in a ratio of 75%/25%, insert the unit to the maximum
immersion level of the unit.
2. Turn on the unit by setting the operating temperature
to 80° C / 176° F“ and the operating time to 3 hours
(03:00). Press the „ „ button (RCVG-43) or „START/
STOP“ button (RCVG-45).
When the temperature value reaches the target
value, press the „ “ button again (RCVG-43) or
„START/STOP“ button (RCVG-45) to start the timer.
3. When the timer is over, stop the unit and unplug it
from the power supply.
Let the machine cool down. Then empty the cooking
container and rinse the appliance in clean water.
Caution! We recommend using vinegar (e.g. white
or apple cider vinegar) for cleaning. We do not
recommend cleaning the appliance with tap water
alone due to the minerals contained in the water,
which can cause limescale deposits on the appliance
and the internal components of the appliance.

3. Time
• To change the cooking time value, press the „TEMP/
TIME“ button.
When time display C (RCVG-43) or display #7 (RCVG-
45) is ashing, use the „+“ and „-“ buttons to set the
preferred time value.
CAUTION!
• To display the set temperature and time values, hold
down the „TEMP/TIME“ button for 3 seconds.
• After 10 ashes of the display without performing
any action, the unit will exit the time and temperature
settings menu.
To set the parameters again, press the „TEMP/TIME“
button.
4. Start/Stop
• When the unit is in standby mode press the button
(RCVG-43) or „START/STOP“ to start operation.
• press the button 2 twice to (RCVG-43) activate
the timer, that will start counting down.
• 3-times pressing the the button (RCVG-43) stops
the working device and activates Stand-by mode
FOR THE RCVG-45 MODEL:
• Pressing the „START/STOP“ button a second time will
start the countdown, and a third time will stop the
unit from operating and enter standby mode.
5. Adjustment
• Using the „TEMP/TIME“ button, select the
temperature or time value.
Using the „+“ and „-“ buttons, set the desired value.
6. Temperature display A (RCVG-43) or display 6 (RCVG-45)
• Displays the operating temperature in real time.
7. Temperature display B (RCVG-43)
• Displays the set operating temperature.
8. Time display [C] or display 7 (RCVG-45)
• In standby mode, the set target time is displayed.
• In operating mode, the remaining operating time is
displayed.
CAUTION!
• To restore the factory settings, hold down the
and „+“ buttons simultaneously (RCVG-43) or
„START/STOP“ and „+“ (RCVG-45).
After that, the upper display will show the
temperature 60 and the next display will show the
time value 24:00.
Then release the buttons. Then the displays will ash
10 times and the unit will exit the setup menu.
3.3.2. PROGRAMMING
Caution! Before connecting WiFi, make sure the unit is in
standby mode.
1. Go to https://r.im/qx49 in a web browser.
2. Download and install the installation package.
3. Open the newly installed application and register an
account.
4. Add a unit (Select „unit“ → „+“ → click „+“ →Connect
WiFi → simultaneously press „°C/°F“ and (RCVG-43)
or „START/STOP“ (RCVG-45) on the unit until the unit
is successfully added.

3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA
3.2. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY

Temperatura otoczenia nie może przekraczać 40°C a

Urządzenie należy ustawić w sposób zapewniający dobrą

należy zawsze użytkować na równej, stabilnej, czystej,

w taki sposób, by w dowolnej chwili można się było dostać

2.4. BEZPIECZNE STOSOWANIE URZĄDZENIA
a) Nie należy używać urządzenia, jeśli przełącznik ON/
OFF nie działa sprawnie (nie załącza i nie wyłącza
się). Urządzenia, które nie mogą być kontrolowane
za pomocą przełącznika są niebezpieczne, nie mogą
pracować i muszą zostać naprawione.
b) Przed przystąpieniem do regulacji, czyszczenia i
konserwacji urządzenie należy odłączyć od zasilania.
Taki środek zapobiegawczy zmniejsza ryzyko
przypadkowego uruchomienia.
c) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób
nieznających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji
obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach
niedoświadczonych użytkowników.
d) Utrzymywać urządzenie w dobrym stanie
technicznym. Sprawdzać przed każdą pracą czy

3.3.3. UŻYTKOWANIE
1. Wybrać odpowiedni pojemnik do gotowania i
przymocować urządzenie do pojemnika.
2. Umieścić zapakowaną próżniowo żywność w
pojemniku do gotowania.
3. Pojemnik do gotowania wypełnić wodą. (Uwaga! Po
napełnieniu pojemnika wodą należy upewnić się czy
poziom wody znajduje się między minimalnym a
maksymalnym poziomem wody).
4. Podłączyć przewód zasilający. Na urządzeniu zaświeci
się lampka, po 2 sekundach urządzenie przejdzie w
tryb oszczędzania. Aby przełączyć urządzenie w tryb
gotowości należy nacisnąć przycisk
5. W celu wybrania jednostki temperatury, wyświetlanej
na urządzeniu, należy użyć przycisku „° C / ° F”.
Jednostka domyślna wyświetlanej temperatury to
„° C”. Urządzenie zapamiętuje wybraną jednostkę
temperatury.
6. W celu ustawienia regulacji czasu i temperatury,
należy użyć przycisku „TEMP/TIME”. Wartość
docelową ustawić za pomocą przycisków „+” i „-”.
7. Po zakończeniu ustawień, nacisnąć przycisk „
” (RCVG-43) lub „START/STOP” (RCVG-45), aby
urządzenie zaczęło pracę.
8. Po zakończeniu pracy, urządzenie wyemituje sygnał
dźwiękowy. W celu zakończenia pracy urządzenia,
należy nacisnąć przycisk „ ”.
UWAGA: W przypadku modelu RCVG-45 urządzenie
wyda sygnał dźwiękowy po uzyskaniu ustawionej
temperatury. Wtedy należy nacisnąć przycisk „START/
STOP”, aby rozpocząć odliczanie ustawionego czasu.
Po zakończeniu gotowania, urządzenie ponownie
wyda sygnał dźwiękowy. Wtedy należy nacisnąć
przycisk „START/STOP”.
Uwaga! Jeśli po zakończonej pracy nie zostanie
podjęta żadna czynność, urządzenie wyemituje ciągły
sygnał dźwiękowy po 20 sekundach. Temperatura
wody pozostanie na ustawionym poziomie.
9. Wyjąć żywność i odłączyć urządzenie od zasilania.
Uwaga! Aby przedłużyć okres użytkowania
urządzenia, po każdym cyklu pracy należy spuścić
wodę z urządzenia i wyczyścić.
3.4. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
a) Przed każdym czyszczeniem, regulacją, wymianą
osprzętu, a także jeżeli urządzenie nie jest używane,
należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę sieciową i całkowicie
ochłodzić urządzenie.
b) Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować
wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.
c) Do czyszczenia urządzenia wolno stosować tylko
łagodne środki czyszczące przeznaczone do
czyszczenia powierzchni mających styczność z
żywnością.
d) Do czyszczenia należy używać miękkiej, wilgotnej
ściereczki.
e) Do czyszczenia nie wolno używać ostrych i/lub
metalowych przedmiotów (np. drucianej szczotki lub
metalowej łopatki) ponieważ mogą one uszkodzić
powierzchnię materiału, z którego wykonane jest
urządzenie.
f) Nie czyścić urządzenia substancja o odczynie
kwasowym, środkami przeznaczenia medycznego,
rozcieńczalnikami, paliwem, olejami lub innymi
substancjami chemicznymi może to spowodować
uszkodzenie urządzenia.
3.4.1. KONSERWACJA
UWAGA! Aby uniknąć poparzenia, przed czyszczeniem
należy upewnić się czy urządzenie jest na pewno wyłączone
i ostudzone do temperatury pokojowej.
1. Po czyszczeniu należy umieścić urządzenie pionowo.
Zabrania się suszenia urządzenia w pozycji poziomej
lub do „góry nogami”.
2. Podczas czyszczenia należy szczególnie uważać
na elementy wewnątrz urządzenia. W przypadku
gdy komponenty zostały uszkodzone, należy
skontaktować się z serwisem.
3. Po każdym użyciu, należy spuścić wodę i napełnić
urządzenie przed ponownym użytkowaniem czystą
wodą.

1. Zasilanie
• Gdy zasilanie jest włączone, przycisk i lampka
kontrolna zaświecą się. Po 2 sekundach urządzenie
przechodzi w tryb oszczędzania energii.
• Gdy urządzenie znajduje się w trybie oszczędzania
energii należy nacisnąć przycisk , aby urządzenie
przeszło w tryb gotowości. W tym momencie na

(RCVG-45) pojawi się wartość aktualnej temperatury.
RCVG-43: Temperatura docelowa ustawiona w
procesie roboczym na wyświetlaczu [B], a ustawiony
czas pracy na wyświetlaczu [C]. RCVG-45: Wyświetlacz
nr 7 wskaże ostatni ustawiony czas pracy.
• Gdy urządzenie, znajduje się w trybie czuwania,
należy nacisnąć przycisk , aby urządzenie
przeszło w tryb oszczędzania energii (aktywne tylko
gdy urządzenie będzie włączone).
• Podczas pracy urządzenia należy nacisnąć przycisk
°C /° F, aby urządzenie przeszło bezpośrednio w tryb
oszczędzania energii.
2. Temperatura
• Do wyboru są dwie jednostki temperatury: stopnie
Celsjusza i Fahrenheita. Aby wybrać jednostkę
temperatury należy nacisnąć przycisk °C / °F.
• Aby zmienić wartość temperatury, należy
nacisnąć przycisk „TEMP/TIME”. Kiedy wyświetlacz
temperatury B (RCVG-43) lub wyświetlacz nr 6 (RCVG-
45) miga, należy ustawić za pomocą przycisków „+” i
„-” preferowaną wartość temperatury.
3. Czas
• Aby zmienić wartość czasu gotowania, należy
nacisnąć przycisk „TEMP/TIME”. Kiedy wyświetlacz
czasu C (RCVG-43) lub wyświetlacz nr 7 (RCVG-45)
miga, należy ustawić za pomocą przycisków „+” i „-”
preferowaną wartość czasu.
UWAGA:
»Aby wyświetlić ustawione wartości temperatury i
czasu, należy przytrzymać przez 3 sekundy przycisk
„TEMP/TIME”.
»Po 10 mignięciach wyświetlacza bez wykonania
żadnej czynności urządzenie wyjdzie z menu
ustawień czasu i temperatury. Aby ponownie ustawić
dane parametry należy nacisnąć przycisk „TEMP/
TIME”.
4. Start/Stop
• Kiedy urządzenie znajduje się trybie gotowości
należy nacisnąć przycisk (RCVG-43) lub „START/
STOP”, aby rozpocząć pracę.
• 2-krotne naciśnięcie przycisku (RCVG-43)
spowoduje uruchomienie Timera, który zacznie
odliczać czas.
• 3-krotne naciśnięcie przycisku (RCVG-43)
wyłączy pracę urządzenia i uruchomi tryb czuwania.
W PRZYPADKU MODELU RCVG-45:
• Naciśnięcie przycisku „START/STOP” po raz drugi
spowoduje rozpoczęcie odliczania czasu, a po raz
trzeci – zatrzymanie pracy urządzenia i przejście do
trybu czuwania.
5. Regulacja
• Przy użyciu przycisku „TEMP/TIME”, wybrać wartość
temperatury lub czasu. Przy użyciu przycisków „+” i
„-”, ustawić pożądaną wartość.
6. Wyświetlacz temperatury A (RCVG-43) lub
wyświetlacz nr 6 (RCVG-45)
• Wyświetla temperaturę pracy w czasie rzeczywistym.
7. Wyświetlacz temperatury B (RCVG-43)
• Wyświetla ustawioną temperaturę pracy.
8. Wyświetlacz czasu [C] lub wyświetlacz nr 7 (RCVG-
45)
• W trybie czuwania wyświetlony jest ustawiony czas
docelowy.
• W trybie pracy wyświetlany jest pozostały czas pracy.
UWAGA:
»W celu przywrócenia ustawień fabrycznych należy
przytrzymać jednocześnie przyciski i „+” (RCVG-
43) lub „START/STOP” i „+” (RCVG-45). Po tym czasie
na górnym wyświetlaczu wyświetli się temperatura
60°C, a na kolejnym wyświetli się wartość czasu
24:00. Wtedy należy puścić przyciski. Następnie
wyświetlacze migną 10-krotnie i urządzenie wyjdzie
z menu ustawień.
3.3.2. PROGRAMOWANIE
Uwaga! Przed podłączeniem WiFi, należy upewnić się,
urządzenie znajduje się w trybie gotowości do pracy.
1. W przeglądarce internetowej należy przejść do
strony https://r.im/qx49
2. Pobrać i zainstalować pakiet instalacyjny.
3. Otworzyć nowo zainstalowaną aplikację i
zarejestrować konto.
4. Dodać urządzenie (Wybrać opcję „Urządzenie”
kliknąć „+” Połączyć WiFi jednocześnie
nacisnąć „°C/°F” oraz (RCVG-43) lub „START/STOP”
(RCVG-45) na urządzeniu do momentu aż urządzenie
zostanie pomyślnie dodane.

4. Wielokrotne używanie tej samej wody może
spowodować zmniejszenie wydajności urządzenia.
Jeśli zostaną zauważone duże ilości popiołu i
zanieczyszczeń na elementach urządzenia, należy
zdemontować pokrywę tylną urządzenia i wyczyścić
rurkę cieplną i sondę. Zaleca się czyszczenie tych
elementów co 20 użyć lub co 100 godzin pracy.
5. Nie zaleca się używania gorącego urządzenia w
zimnej wodzie i odwrotnie zimnego urządzenia
w gorącej wodzie. Zaleca się aby temperatury
urządzenia jak i wody były do siebie zbliżone na
początku pracy (temperatura pokojowa).
3.4.2. CZYSZCZENIE
1. Napełnić pojemnik mieszaniną wody i octu
w stosunku 75%/25%, włożyć urządzenie do
maksymalnego poziomu zanurzenia urządzenia.
2. Włączyć urządzenie ustawiając temperaturę pracy
na 80° C / 176° F” i czas pracy na 3 godziny (03:00).
Nacisnąć przycisk „ ” (RCVG-43) lub „START/STOP”
(RCVG-45). Kiedy wartość temperatury osiągnie
wartość docelową, należy nacisnąć ponownie
przycisk „ ” (RCVG-43) lub „START/STOP” (RCVG-
45), aby uruchomić minutnik.
3. Gdy czas dobiegnie końca należy zatrzymać
urządzenie i odłączyć je od zasilania. Urządzenie
musi ostygnąć. Następnie należy opróżnić pojemnik
do gotowania i wypłukać urządzenie w czystej
wodzie.
Uwaga! Zaleca się używać do czyszczenia octu
(np. ocet biały lub jabłkowy). Nie zaleca się czyścić
urządzenia samą wodą z kranu ze względu na
minerały zawarte w wodzie, które mogą powodować
osadzanie się kamienia na urządzeniu oraz

2.1. ELEKTRICKÁ BEZPEČNOST
a) Zástrčka zařízení musí odpovídat zásuvce. Zástrčku

b) Kabel používejte podle pokynů. Nikdy ho

3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ
Vařiče sous-vide slouží k vaření potravin v neprodyšně
uzavřených sáčcích vložených do vody s řízenou teplotou.
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody způsobené v důsledku
používání, které je v rozporu s určením zařízení, nese
uživatel.
3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PROVOZU
UMÍSTĚNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
Teplota prostředí nesmí překračovat 40 °C a relativní
vlhkost by neměla překračovat 85 %. Zařízení postavte tak,
aby byla zajištěna dostatečná cirkulace vzduchu. Udržujte
minimální vzdálenost 10 cm od každé stěny zařízení. Zařízení
používejte v dostatečné vzdálenosti od horkých ploch.
Zařízení vždy používejte na rovném, pevném, čistém a
suchém ohnivzdorném povrchu mimo dosah dětí a osob se
sníženými psychickými, smyslovými a duševními funkcemi.
Zařízení umístěte tak, aby byl vždy zajištěn přístup k síťové
zástrčce. Nezapomeňte, že napájení zařízení musí odpovídat
údajům uvedeným na typovém štítku!
Před prvním použitím odmontujte všechny součásti a umyjte
je i celé zařízení.

f) Vstup dětem a nepovolaným osobám na pracoviště
je zakázán. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu
kontroly nad zařízením.)
g) Zařízení používejte pouze v dostatečně větraných
prostorech.
h) Pokyny k používání si uložte pro pozdější použití.
Pokud má být zařízení předáno třetím osobám,
předejte současně s ním rovněž pokyny k používání.
i) Části balení a drobné montážní prvky ukládejte
mimo dosah dětí.
j) Zařízení uložte mimo dosah dětí a zvířat.
k) Používáte-li toto zařízení spolu s jinými zařízeními,

2.3. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST
a) Obsluha zařízení v případě únavy, nemoci,
konzumace alkoholu, omamných látek nebo léků,
které do značné míry omezují schopnosti pracovníka
obsluhujícího zařízení, je zakázána.
b) Zařízení není určeno k tomu, aby bylo používáno
osobami (včetně dětí) se sníženými psychickými,
smyslovými a mentálními funkcemi nebo osobami
bez příslušných zkušeností a/nebo znalostí, nejsou-
li pod dohledem osoby odpovědné za jejich
bezpečnost nebo nebyly-li touto osobou poučeny o
obsluze zařízení.
c) Zařízení mohou obsluhovat pouze osoby fyzicky
způsobilé, schopné zvládnout jeho obsluhu a
příslušně poučené, které se seznámily s těmito
pokyny a byly proškoleny o bezpečnosti a ochraně
zdraví při práci.
d) Při používání zařízení dávejte pozor a řiďte se
zdravým rozumem. Chvíle nepozornosti při práci
může vést k závažnému zranění.
e) Zařízení není hračka. Nedovolte dětem, aby si se
zařízením hrály.
f) Nestrkejte ruce ani předměty do zapnutého zařízení!
2.4. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
a) Zařízení nepoužívejte, nefunguje-li přepínač ON/
OFF (nezapíná ani nevypíná zařízení). Zařízení, která
nemohou být kontrolována pomocí přepínače,
jsou nebezpečná, nesmějí se používat a musejí být
opravena.
b) Zařízení před nastavením, čištěním a údržbou
odpojte od napájení. Takové preventivní opatření
snižuje riziko náhodného uvedení do provozu.
c) Nepoužívané zařízení uložte mimo dosah dětí a osob
neznajících zařízení nebo tyto pokyny k obsluze.
Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v rukou nezkušených
uživatelů.
d) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.
Před každou prací zkontrolujte, zda zařízení není
poškozeno nebo nejsou poškozeny jeho pohyblivé
části (praskliny částí nebo veškeré jiné podmínky,
které mohou mít vliv na bezpečný chod zařízení). V
případě poškození předejte zařízení do opravy ještě
před jeho použitím.
e) Zařízení chraňte před dětmi.
f) Opravu a údržbu zařízení musí provádět kvalikovaní
pracovníci pomocí výhradně originálních náhradních
dílů. Bude tak zajištěno bezpečné používání.
g) Aby byla zajištěna provozní integrita jednotky tak,
jak byla navržena, neodstraňujte kryty instalované
výrobcem ani šrouby.
h) Zařízení pravidelně čistěte, aby nedošlo k trvalému
usazování nečistot.
i) Zařízení není hračka. Čištění a údržbu nesmějí
provádět děti bez dozoru dospělé osoby.
j) Je zakázáno zasahovat do konstrukce zařízení a
provádět změny jeho parametrů nebo konstrukce.
k) Zařízení nepoužívejte ani neukládejte v blízkosti
zdrojů ohně a tepla.
l) Je zakázáno kontrolovat teplotu vody rukama,
kontrolujte ji na digitálním displeji.
m) Při používání zařízení hlídejte, aby nedošlo k
překročení maximální hladiny vody. Překročení
maximální hladiny vody může způsobit poškození
zařízení.
n) Některé součásti zařízení se zahřívají na vysoké
teploty. Nedotýkejte se horkých ploch rukama,
abyste se neopařili.
o) Je zakázáno vkládat potraviny přímo do vody
ohřívané vařičem. Potraviny vložte do speciálního
vakuového sáčku.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Přestože zařízení bylo navrženo
tak, aby bylo bezpečné a mělo dostatečné
ochranné prostředky a navzdory použití dalších
bezpečnostních prvků chránících uživatele, existuje
i nadále malé riziko úrazu či zranění při práci se
zařízením. Doporučujeme, abyste při používání s
výrobkem nakládali opatrně a rozumně.

3.3.3. POUŽITÍ
1. Zvolte vhodnou nádobu na vaření a přichyťte
zařízení k nádobě.
2. Vakuově zabalené potraviny vložte do nádoby na
vaření.
3. Nádobu na vaření naplňte vodou. (Upozornění!
Po naplnění nádoby vodou se ujistěte, že hladina
vody se nachází mezi úrovní minimální a maximální
hladiny vody).
4. Zapojte napájecí kabel. Na zařízení se rozsvítí
kontrolka a po 2 vteřinách zařízení přejde do
úsporného režimu. Pro přepnutí zařízení do
pohotovostního režimu stiskněte tlačítko
5. Zvolte teplotní stupnici, jaká se bude na zařízení
zobrazovat, stisknutím tlačítka „°C / °F“. Výchozí
stupnice zobrazované teploty je „°C“. Zařízení si
zvolenou teplotní stupnici zapamatuje.
6. Pro nastavení času a teploty použijte tlačítko „TEMP/
TIME“. Cílovou hodnotu nastavte pomocí tlačítek „+“
a „-“.
7. Po skončení nastavování stiskněte tlačítko „ „ “
(RCVG-43) nebo „START/STOP“ (RCVG-45) a zařízení
začne pracovat.
8. Po skončení práce zařízení vydá zvukový signál. Práci
zařízení ukončíte stisknutím tlačítka „ ”.
UPOZORNĚNÍ: V případě modelu RCVG-45 zařízení
vydá zvukový signál po dosažení nastavené teploty.
V tom případě stiskněte tlačítko „START/STOP“ a
začne se odpočítávat nastavený čas. Po skončení
vaření zařízení opět vydá zvukový signál. Poté
stiskněte tlačítko „START/STOP“.
Upozornění! Pokud po skončení práce neprovedete
žádný úkon, zařízení vydá táhlý zvukový signál po 20
vteřinách. Teplota vody zůstává na nastavené úrovni.
9. Vyjměte potraviny a odpojte zařízení od napájení.
Upozornění! Životnost zařízení prodloužíte, jestliže
po každém pracovním cyklu vypustíte ze zařízení
vodu a vyčistíte ho.
3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) Před každým čištěním, seřízením, výměnou vybavení
a rovněž není-li zařízení používáno, vytáhněte síťovou
zástrčku a zařízení nechejte zcela vychladnout.
b) Na čistění ploch zařízení používejte výhradně
přípravky neobsahující leptavé látky.
c) Na čistění zařízení používejte pouze jemné čisticí
přípravky na čistění ploch určených pro styk s
potravinami.
d) Na čistění používejte měkký a vlhký hadřík.
e) K čistění nepoužívejte ostré a/nebo kovové předměty
(např. drátěné kartáče nebo kovové pomůcky),
které mohou poškodit povrch materiálu, z něhož je
zařízení vyrobeno.
f) Zařízení nečistěte látkou s kyselou reakcí, přípravky
určenými pro lékařské účely, ředidly, palivem, oleji
ani dalšími chemickými látkami, protože mohou
zařízení poškodit.
3.4.1. ÚDRŽBA
Upozornění! Abyste zabránili opaření, ujistěte se, než
začnete čistit, že je zařízení skutečně vypnuté a vystydlé na
pokojovou teplotu.
1. Po čištění postavte zařízení svisle. Je zakázáno
sušit zařízení ve vodorovné poloze nebo „vzhůru
nohama“.
2. Při čištění věnujte zvláštní pozornost prvkům uvnitř
zařízení. V případě, že komponenty byly poškozeny,
kontaktujte servis.
3. Po každém použití vypusťte vodu a před opětovným
použitím naplňte zařízení čistou vodou.
4. Opakované použití té samé vody může vést ke
snížení výkonu zařízení. Pokud zpozorujete větší
množství popele a nečistot na součástech zařízení,
odmontujte zadní víko zařízení a vyčistěte tepelnou
trubičku a sondu. Doporučuje se čistit tyto díly vždy
po 20. použití nebo po každých 100 pracovních
hodinách.
5. Nedoporučuje se používat horké zařízení ve studené
vodě a naopak studené zařízení v horké vodě.
Doporučuje se, aby teplota zařízení i vody byla na
začátku práce přibližně stejná (pokojová teplota).

1. Napájení
• Je-li napájení zapnuté, tlačítko a kontrolka se rozsvítí.
Po 2 vteřinách zařízení přejde do úsporného režimu.
• Chcete-li přepnout zařízení z úsporného do
pohotovostního režimu, stiskněte tlačítko , V tu
chvíli se na displeji A (RCVG-43) nebo displeji č. 6
(RCVG-45) zobrazí aktuální hodnota teploty. RCVG-
43: Cílová teplota nastavená během práce na displeji
[B] a nastavená doba práce na displeji [C]. RCVG-45:
Na displeji č. 7 se zobrazí posledně nastavená doba
práce.
• Chcete-li přepnout zařízení z pohotovostního do
úsporného režimu, stiskněte tlačítko , (aktivní
pouze při zapnutém zařízení).
• - Pokud během práce zařízení chcete, aby přešlo
přímo do úsporného režimu, stiskněte tlačítko °C /
°F.
2. Teplota
• Na výběr máte dvě stupnice teploty: Celsia a
Fahrenheita. Vybranou stupnici teploty zvolte
stisknutím tlačítka °C / °F.
• Pro změnu hodnoty teploty stiskněte tlačítko „TEMP/
TIME“. Když bliká displej teploty B (RCVG-43) nebo
displej č. 6 (RCVG-45), nastavte preferovanou
hodnotu teploty pomocí tlačítek „+“ a „-“.
3. Čas
• Pro změnu hodnoty doby vaření stiskněte tlačítko
„TEMP/TIME“. Když bliká displej času C (RCVG-43)
nebo displej č. 7 (RCVG-45) , nastavte preferovanou
hodnotu doby vaření pomocí tlačítek „+“ a „-“.
UPOZORNĚNÍ:
• Pro zobrazení nastavených hodnot teploty a času
přidržte na 3 vteřiny tlačítko „TEMP/TIME“.
• Po 10. bliknutí displeje, jestliže není proveden žádný
úkon, zařízení opustí nabídku nastavení času a
teploty. Pro opětovné nastavení těchto parametrů
stiskněte tlačítko „TEMP/TIME“.
4. Start/Stop
• Pokud je zařízení v pohotovostním režimu a chcete
začít pracovat, stiskněte tlačítko (RCVG-43) nebo
„START/STOP“.
• Dvojím stisknutím tlačítka (RCVG-43) se spustí
časovač a začne se odpočítávat čas.
• Trojím stisknutím tlačítka (RCVG-43) se zastaví
činnost přístroje a přepne se do pohotovostního
režimu
PRO MODEL RCVG-45:
• Stisknutím tlačítka „START/STOP“ podruhé se začne
odpočítávat čas, a stisknutím potřetí se práce zastaví
a zařízení přejde do pohotovostního režimu.
5. Nastavení
• Pomocí tlačítka „TEMP/TIME“ zvolte hodnotu
teploty nebo času. Pomocí tlačítek „+“ a „-“ zvolte
požadovanou hodnotu.
6. Displej teploty A (RCVG-43) nebo displej č. 6 (RCVG-
45)
• Zobrazuje pracovní teplotu v reálném čase.
7. Displej teploty B (RCVG-43)
• Zobrazuje nastavenou pracovní teplotu.
8. Displej času [C] nebo displej č. 7 (RCVG-45)
• - V pohotovostním režimu se zobrazuje nastavený
cílový čas.
• - V pracovním režimu se zobrazuje zbývající doba
práce.
UPOZORNĚNÍ:
• Pro obnovení továrního nastavení přidržte současně
tlačítka a „+“ (RCVG-43) nebo „START/STOP“ a
„+“ (RCVG-45). Po uplynutí této doby se na horním
displeji zobrazí teplota 60°C a na dalším se zobrazí
hodnota času 24:00. V tu chvíli tlačítka pusťte.
Displeje poté 10x bliknou a zařízení opustí nabídku
nastavení.
3.3.2. PROGRAMOVÁNÍ
• Upozornění! Před připojením k WiFi se ujistěte, že
zařízení se nachází v pohotovostním režimu.
• 1. V internetovém prohlížeči přejděte na stránku
https://r.im/qx49
• 2. Stáhněte si instalační balíček a nainstalujte ho.
• 3. Otevřete nově nainstalovanou aplikaci a založte
si účet.
• 4. Přidejte zařízení (Zvolte možnost „Zařízení“ →
klikněte na „+“ → Připojit k WiFi → stiskněte současně
„°C/°F“ a (RCVG-43) RCVG-43) nebo „START/
STOP“ (RCVG-45) na zařízení do chvíle, než zařízení
bude úspěšně přidáno.

3.4.2. ČIŠTĚNÍ
1. Naplňte nádobu směsí vody a octa v poměru 75 %
/ 25 % a vložte do ní zařízení do maximální možné
úrovně ponoření.
2. Zapněte zařízení – nastavte pracovní teplotu na 80°C
/ 176 °F“ a dobu práce na 3 hodiny (03:00). Stiskněte
tlačítko „ “ (RCVG-43) nebo „START/STOP“ (RCVG-
45). Až teplota dosáhne cílové hodnoty, stiskněte
opět tlačítko „ “ (RCVG-43) nebo „START/STOP“
(RCVG-45), aby se spustil časovač.
3. Po uplynutí času zařízení zastavte a odpojte ho od
napájení. Zařízení musí vystydnout. Poté vyprázdněte
nádobu na vaření a vypláchněte zařízení v čisté vodě.
Upozornění! Doporučuje se používat na čištění ocet
(např. bílý nebo jablečný ocet). Nedoporučuje se
čistit zařízení samotnou vodou z vodovodu kvůli
minerálům, které voda obsahuje a které mohou
způsobit usazování vodního kamene na zařízení a na
vnitřních komponentech zařízení.

Cet appareil de cuisson sous vide permet de cuire des
aliments fermés en sac dans un bain d‘eau à température
contrôlée.
L’utilisateur est responsable de tout dommage résultant
de toute utilisation contraire à la destination de
l’appareil.
3.2. PRÉPARATION AU FONCTIONNEMENT
EMPLACEMENT DE L’APPAREIL
La température ambiante ne doit pas dépasser 40°C et
l’humidité relative 85%. Placez l’appareil de manière à
assurer une bonne circulation d’air. Respectez une distance
minimale de 10 cm de chaque paroi de l’appareil. Gardez
l’appareil à l’écart de toute surface chaude. Utilisez toujours
l’appareil sur une surface plane, stable, propre, ignifuge et
sèche et gardez toujours l’appareil hors de portée des enfants
et des personnes aux capacités mentales, sensorielles ou
intellectuelles réduites. Placez l’appareil de manière à ce que
la prise de courant soit accessible à tout moment. Assurez-
vous que l’alimentation électrique de l’appareil correspond
aux informations indiquées sur la plaque signalétique !
Avant la première utilisation, démontez tous les composants
et lavez-les ainsi que l’ensemble de l’appareil.

fonctionnement de l’appareil, il faut l’arrêter
immédiatement et en informer une personne

instructions d’utilisation de ces derniers doivent

2.3. SÉCURITÉ PERSONNELLE
a) N’utilisez pas l’appareil si vous êtes fatigué, malade
ou sous l’inuence de l’alcool, de drogues ou de
médicaments qui limitent considérablement votre
capacité à l’utiliser.
b) L’appareil n’est pas destiné à être utilisé par des
personnes (y compris les enfants) aux capacités
mentales, sensorielles ou intellectuelles réduites ou
qui manquent d’expérience et/ou de connaissances
appropriées, à moins qu’elles ne soient surveillées
par une personne responsable de leur sécurité ou
qu’elles aient reçu des instructions de celle-ci sur la
manière d’utiliser l’appareil.
c) L’appareil ne peut être utilisé que par les personnes
physiquement aptes, capables de le faire fonctionner
et dûment formées, qui ont lu ces instructions et ont
été formées en matière de sécurité et de santé au

2.4. UTILISATION DE L’APPAREIL EN SÉCURITÉ
a) N’utilisez pas l’appareil si l’interrupteur ON/OFF
ne fonctionne pas correctement (ne se met pas en
marche ou ne s’arrête pas). Tout appareil qui ne peut
pas être contrôlé par un interrupteur est dangereux,
ne doit pas être utilisé et doit être réparé.
b) L’appareil doit être débranché de l’alimentation
électrique avant tout réglage, nettoyage ou entretien.
Cela réduit le risque de démarrage accidentel.
c) Lorsque vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil, tenez-le hors
de portée des enfants et de toute personne ne
connaissant pas l’appareil ou ce mode d’emploi.
Tout appareil est dangereux s’il est manipulé par un
utilisateur inexpérimenté.
d) Maintenez l’appareil en bon état de marche. Avant
chaque utilisation, assurez-vous de l’absence
d’endommagements généraux et de ceux de pièces
mobiles (ssures de pièces ou de composants ou
toute autre condition susceptible de peser sur la
sécurité de fonctionnement de l’appareil). En cas
d’endommagement, faites réparer l’appareil avant
de l’utiliser.
e) Gardez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants.
f) La réparation et l’entretien des appareils doivent être
eectués par un personnel qualié, n’utilisant que
des pièces de rechange d’origine. Cela garantira la
sécurité d’utilisation.
g) Pour assurer l’intégrité opérationnelle de l’appareil,
ne retirez pas les protections installées en usine ni ne
desserrez les vis.
h) Nettoyez régulièrement l’appareil an d’éviter une
accumulation permanente de saletés.
i) Cet appareil n’est pas un jouet. Le nettoyage et
l’entretien ne doivent pas être eectués par des
enfants sans la surveillance d’un adulte.
j) Il est interdit d’intervenir sur la structure de l’appareil
an de la modier ou modier les caractéristiques de
l’appareil.
k) Gardez les appareils éloignés des sources de chaleur.
l) Il est interdit de mettre les mains dans l’appareil pour
vérier la température de l’eau, utilisez l’achage
numérique à cette n.
m) Lors de l’utilisation de l’appareil, vériez que le
niveau maximum d’eau n’est pas dépassé. Le
dépassement du niveau d’eau maximum peut
endommager l’appareil.
n) Certaines parties de l’appareil deviennent très
chaudes. Évitez de toucher les surfaces chaudes avec
vos mains pour éviter les brûlures.
o) Il est interdit de placer des aliments directement
dans l’eau chauée par le thermoplongeur. Les
aliments doivent être placés dans un sac spécial sous
vide.
ATTENTION ! Bien que l’appareil ait été conçu
pour fonctionner en sécurité et muni de protections
adéquates et d’éléments supplémentaires
protégeant l’utilisateur, il existe toujours un
petit risque d’accident ou de blessure lors de la
manipulation de l’appareil. Soyez donc prudent et
raisonnable lors de son utilisation.

3.3.3. UTILISATION
1. Choisissez un récipient de cuisson adapté et xez
l’appareil au récipient.
2. Placez les aliments emballés sous vide dans le
récipient de cuisson.
3. Remplissez le récipient de cuisson avec de l’eau.
(Attention ! Après avoir rempli le récipient d’eau,
assurez-vous que le niveau d’eau se situe entre le
niveau d’eau minimum et maximum).
4. Branchez le câble d’alimentation. Le voyant de
l’appareil s’allumera, après 2 secondes, l’appareil
passera en mode d’économie d’énergie. Pour mettre
l’appareil en mode veille, appuyez sur la touche
5. Utilisez la touche pour sélectionner l’unité de
température achée sur l’appareil «° C / ° F».
L’unité par défaut de la température achée est
« °C ». L’appareil mémorise l’unité de température
sélectionnée.
6. Pour ajuster les réglages de l’heure et de la
température, utilisez la touche « TEMP/TIME ».
Réglez la valeur cible à l’aide des touches « + » et
« - ».
7. Après avoir terminé les réglages, appuyez sur la
touche « » (RCVG-43) ou « START/STOP » (RCVG-
45)pour démarrer l’appareil.
8. Une fois le fonctionnement terminé, l’appareil émet
un signal sonore. Pour terminer le fonctionnement
de l’appareil, appuyez sur la touche « ».
NOTA : Pour le modèle RCVG-45, l’appareil émet
un signal sonore lorsque la température réglée est
atteinte. Appuyez alors sur la touche « START/STOP »
pour démarrer le décompte de l’heure programmée.
Une fois le fonctionnement terminé, l’appareil émet
un nouveau bip. Appuyez alors sur la touche «
START/STOP ».
Attention ! Si aucune action n’est prise une fois le
fonctionnement terminé, l’appareil émet un bip
continu après 20 secondes. La température de l’eau
restera au niveau réglé.
9. Retirez les aliments et débranchez l’appareil de
l’alimentation électrique.
Attention ! An de prolonger la durée de vie de
l’appareil, l’appareil doit être vidangé et nettoyé
après chaque cycle d’utilisation.
3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Débranchez la che de la prise et laissez refroidir
complètement l’appareil avant chaque nettoyage,
réglage, changement d’outillage ou lorsque
l’appareil n’est pas utilisé.
b) Pour nettoyer la surface, n’utilisez que des produits
libres de substances caustiques.
c) Seuls les produits de nettoyage doux conçus pour le
nettoyage des surfaces en contact avec les aliments
peuvent être utilisés pour nettoyer l’appareil.
d) Nettoyez avec un chion doux et humide.
e) N’utilisez pas d’objets tranchants et/ou métalliques
(par exemple, une brosse métallique ou une spatule en
métal) pour le nettoyage car ils risquent d’endommager
la surface du matériau dont l’appareil est fabriqué.
f) Ne nettoyez pas l’appareil avec des substances
acides, des produits médicaux, des diluants, du
carburant, de l’huile ou d’autres produits chimiques,
car cela pourrait endommager l’appareil.
3.4.1. ENTRETIEN
Attention ! Pour éviter les brûlures, assurez-vous que
l’appareil est éteint et refroidi à température ambiante
avant de le nettoyer.
1. Après le nettoyage placez l’appareil à la verticale.
Il est interdit de sécher l’appareil en position
horizontale ou « à l’envers ».
2. Lors du nettoyage, faites particulièrement attention
aux composants à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Dans le cas
où les composants ont été endommagés, veuillez
contacter le service client.
3. Après chaque utilisation, videz l’eau et remplissez
l’appareil avec de l’eau propre avant de l’utiliser à
nouveau.
4. L’utilisation répétée de la même eau peut réduire
les performances de l’appareil. Si de grandes
quantités de cendres et de débris sont détectées
sur les composants de l’appareil, retirez le couvercle
arrière de l’appareil et nettoyez le caloduc et la
sonde. Il est recommandé de nettoyer ces éléments
toutes les 20 utilisations ou toutes les 100 heures de
fonctionnement.

1. Alimentation
• À la mise sous tension, la touche et le voyant
s’allument. Au bout de 2 secondes, l’appareil passe
en mode d’économie d’énergie.
• Lorsque l’appareil est en mode d’économie d’énergie,
appuyez sur la touche , pour mettre l’appareil en
mode veille. À ce stade, sur l’achage A (RCVG-43)
ou sur l’achage n° 6 (RCVG-45) apparaît la valeur
de température actuelle. RCVG-43 : La température
cible dénie dans le processus de travail apparaît sur
l’achage [B] et le temps de travail déni apparaît
sur l’achage [C]. RCVG-45 : L’achage n° 7 indique
la dernière durée de fonctionnement réglée.
• Lorsque l’appareil est en mode veille, appuyez
sur la touche , pour mettre l’appareil en mode
d’économie d’énergie (actif uniquement lorsque
l’appareil est allumé).
• Pendant le fonctionnement, appuyez sur la touche
°C /° F, pour mettre directement l’appareil en mode
d’économie d’énergie.
2. Température
• Vous avez le choix entre deux unités de température
: Celsius et Fahrenheit. Pour sélectionner l’unité de
température, appuyez sur la touche °C / °F.
• Pour modier la valeur de la température, appuyez
sur la touche « TEMP/TIME » Lorsque l’achage
de la température B (RCVG-43) ou l’achage n° 6
(RCVG-45) clignote, utilisez les touches « + » et « - »
pour régler la valeur de température souhaitée.
3. Temps
• Pour modier la valeur de la temps de cuisson,
appuyez sur la touche « TEMP/TIME ». Lorsque
l’achage de temps C (RCVG-43) ou l’achage n° 7
(RCVG-45) clignote, utilisez les touches « + » et « - »
pour régler la valeur de temps souhaitée.
NOTA :
• Pour acher les valeurs de température et de temps
réglées, maintenez la touche « TEMP/TIME » enfoncé
pendant 3 secondes.
• Si aucune opération n’est eectuée, après avoir
clignoté 10 fois, l’appareil quitte le menu de réglage
de temps et température. Pour régler à nouveau ces
paramètres, appuyez sur la touche « TEMP/TIME ».
4. Start/Stop
• Lorsque l’appareil est en mode veille, appuyez sur
la touche (RCVG-43) ou « START/STOP » pour
commencer l’utilisation.
• Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton (RCVG-43) pour
activer le minuteur et entamer le décompte.
• Appuyez trois fois sur le bouton (RCVG-43) pour
arrêter l‘appareil et activer le mode veille.
POUR LE MODÈLE RCVG-45 :
• Si vous appuyez une deuxième fois sur la touche «
START/STOP », le décompte commence, et si vous
appuyez une troisième fois, l’appareil s’arrête et
passe en mode veille.
5. Réglage
• Avec la touche « TEMP/TIME », sélectionnez la valeur
de température ou de temps. À l’aide des touches «
+ » et « - », réglez la valeur souhaitée.
6. Achage de température A (RCVG-43) ou achage
n° 6 (RCVG-45)
• Ache la température de fonctionnement en temps
réel.
7. Achage de température B (RCVG-43)
• Ache la température de fonctionnement réglée.
8. Achage de temps [C] ou achage n° 7 (RCVG-45)
• En mode veille, le temps cible déni s’ache.
• En mode de fonctionnement, le temps de
fonctionnement restant s’ache.
NOTA :
• Pour restaurer les réglages d’usine, appuyez
simultanément sur les touches et « + » (RCVG-
43) ou « START/STOP » et « + » (RCVG-45). Au bout
d’un certain temps, la température 60 apparaîtra sur
l’achage supérieur°C, et la valeur de temps 24:00
s’achera sur l’achage suivant. Relâchez alors les
touches. Ensuite, les achages clignoteront 10 fois
et l’appareil quitte le mode réglage.
3.3.2. PROGRAMMATION
Attention ! Avant de connecter le WiFi, assurez-vous que
l’appareil est en mode veille.
1. Dans le navigateur Web, accédez à la page https://r.
im/qx49
2. Téléchargez et installez le pack d’installation.
3. Ouvrez l’application nouvellement installée et créez
un compte.
4. Ajoutez un appareil (Choisissez « Appareil » →
cliquez sur +” →Connectez le WiFi →appuyez
simultanément sur « °C/°F » et (RCVG-43) ou «
START/STOP » (RCVG-45) sur l’appareil jusqu’à ce
que l’appareil soit ajouté avec succès.

5. Il est déconseillé d’utiliser un appareil chaud avec
l’eau froide et inversement un appareil froid avec
l’eau chaude. Il est recommandé que la température
de l’appareil et de l’eau soit similaire au début du
fonctionnement (température ambiante).
3.4.2. NETTOYAGE
1. Remplissez le récipient avec un mélange d’eau
et de vinaigre dans le rapport 75 % /25 %, insérez
l’appareil jusqu’à son niveau d’immersion.
2. Allumez l’appareil en réglant la température de
fonctionnement à 80 °C / 176 °F » et le temps de
fonctionnement à 3 heures (03:00). Appuyez la
touche « » (RCVG-43) ou « START/STOP » (RCVG-
45). Lorsque la température a atteint la valeur cible,
appuyez à nouveau sur la touche « » (RCVG-43)
ou « START/STOP » (RCVG-45), pour démarrer la
minuterie.
3. Une fois le temps écoulé, arrêtez l’appareil et
débranchez-le de l’alimentation électrique. L’appareil
doit refroidir. Videz ensuite le récipient de cuisson et
rincez l’appareil à l’eau claire.
Attention ! Pour le nettoyage il est recommandé
d’utiliser du vinaigre (par exemple du vinaigre blanc
ou de cidre de pomme). Il est déconseillé de nettoyer
l’appareil avec de l’eau du robinet uniquement
en raison des minéraux contenus dans l’eau, qui
peuvent provoquer des dépôts de calcaire sur
l’appareil et ses composants internes.

SPIEGAZIONE DEI SIMBOLI
2.1. SICUREZZA ELETTRICA
a) La spina dell’apparecchio deve essere adattata alla
presa. Non modicate la spina in alcun modo. Le
spine originali e le prese corrispondenti riducono il
rischio di scosse elettriche.
b) Non usare il cavo in modo improprio. Non utilizzare
mai il cavo per trasportare l‘apparecchio o per
tirare o estrarre la spina dal contatto. Tenere il cavo
lontano da fonti di calore, olio, bordi taglienti o parti
in movimento. I cavi danneggiati o aggrovigliati
aumentano il rischio di scosse elettriche.
c) Se l‘uso dell’apparecchio in un ambiente umido

3. PRINCIPI DI UTILIZZO
La macchina per la cottura sottovuoto cuoce alimenti
contenuti in sacchetti sigillati sottovuoto a una temperatura
dell’acqua controllata.
L‘utente è responsabile di qualsiasi danno derivante da
un uso improprio.
3.2. PREDISPOSIZIONE AL LAVORO
POSIZIONAMENTO DELL’APPARECCHIO
La temperatura ambiente non deve superare i 40°C e
l‘umidità relativa non deve superare l‘85%. L‘apparecchio
deve essere posizionato in modo da garantire una buona
circolazione dell‘aria. Bisogna mantenere una distanza
minima di 10 cm da ogni parete dell‘apparecchio. Tenere
l’apparecchio lontano da qualsiasi supercie calda. Utilizzare

delle persone con funzioni mentali, sensoriali o intellettuali
ridotte. L‘apparecchio deve essere collocato in modo tale
che la spina di alimentazione possa essere raggiunta in
qualsiasi momento. Assicurarsi che l‘alimentazione elettrica
dell‘apparecchio corrisponda ai dati riportati sulla targhetta!
Prima del primo utilizzo, smontare tutti i componenti e
lavarli, ma anche l’intero apparecchio.

b) In caso di constatazione di danno o non conformità
nel funzionamento del dispositivo bisogna spegnerlo
immediatamente e informare la persona delegata.
c) In caso di dubbi sul corretto funzionamento
dell’apparecchio, bisogna contattare il servizio di

d) L’apparecchio può essere riparato esclusivamente

i) Tenere le parti dell‘imballaggio e le piccole parti di
assemblaggio fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
j) Tenere l’apparecchio lontano dalla portata dei
bambini e degli animali.
k) Quando si utilizza questo apparecchio insieme ad
altri apparecchi, è necessario seguire anche le altre
istruzioni per l‘uso.
2.3. SICUREZZA PERSONALE
a) Non utilizzarel’apparecchio quando si è stanchi,
malati o sotto l‘inuenza di alcol, droghe o farmaci
che limitano sostanzialmente la capacità di utilizzare
l’apparecchio.
b) L’apparecchio non è destinato ad essere utilizzato da
persone (compresi i bambini) con funzioni mentali,
sensoriali o intellettuali ridotte o con mancanza di
esperienza e/o conoscenza, a meno che non siano
sorvegliati da una persona responsabile della loro
sicurezza o abbiano ricevuto istruzioni su come
utilizzare la macchina.
c) L‘apparecchio può essere azionato da persone
sicamente idonee, capaci di farlo funzionare e
adeguatamente addestrate, che abbiano letto
queste istruzioni e siano state istruite in materia di
sicurezza e salute sul lavoro.
d) Bisogna prestare attenzione, usare il buon senso
durante il funzionamento dell’apparecchio. Un
attimo di disattenzione può portare a gravi lesioni
del corpo.
e) L’apparecchio non è un giocattolo. I bambini devono
essere sorvegliati anché non giochino con il
dispositivo.
f) Non mettere le mani o qualsiasi oggetto all‘interno
dell‘apparecchiatura in funzionamento!
2.4. UTILIZZO SICURO DELL’APPARECCHIO
a) Non utilizzare l‘apparecchio se l‘interruttore ON/OFF
non funziona bene (non si accende e non si spegne).
L‘apparecchio che non può essere controllato da un
interruttore, non è sicuro, non può funzionare e deve
essere riparato.
b) Bisogna scollegare l‘apparecchio dall‘alimentazione
prima della regolazione, della pulizia e della
manutenzione. Questa misura preventiva riduce il
rischio di messa in moto accidentale.
c) Tenere l‘apparecchio inutilizzata fuori dalla portata
dei bambini e di chiunque non abbia familiarità
con l‘apparecchio o con questo manuale. Le
apparecchiature elettriche sono pericolose nelle
mani di utilizzatori inesperti.
d) Mantenere l’apparecchio in uno stato tecnico buono.
Controllare prima di ogni operazione che non ci
siano danni generali o relativi alle parti in movimento
(crepe nelle parti e nei componenti o qualsiasi altra
condizione che possa inuenzare il funzionamento
sicuro dell’apparecchio). In caso di danno, far
riparare l‘apparecchio prima dell‘uso.
e) Conservare l’apparecchio fuori della portata dei
bambini.
f) La riparazione e la manutenzione delle
apparecchiature dovrebbe essere eettuate da
personale qualicato utilizzando esclusivamente
parti di ricambio originali. Questo garantirà un
utilizzo sicuro.
g) Per assicurare l‘integrità operativa progettata
dell‘apparecchio, non rimuovere le coperture
installate in fabbrica o allentare le viti.
h) Pulire regolarmente l’apparecchio per evitare un
accumulo permanente di sporco.
i) L’apparecchio non è un giocattolo. Le operazioni
di pulizia e di manutenzione non devono essere
eettuate dai bambini senza sorveglianza.
j) È vietato manomettere il design dell’apparecchio per
modicarne i parametri o la costruzione.
k) Tenere l’apparecchio lontano dalle fonti di fuoco o
dal calore.
l) È vietato mettere le mani per controllare la
temperatura dell‘acqua, usare il display digitale.
m) Quando si usa il dispositivo, controllare di non
superare il livello massimo dell‘acqua. Il superamento
del livello massimo dell’acqua può causare danni al
dispositivo.
n) Alcune parti del dispositivo diventano molto calde.
Non toccare le superci calde con le mani per evitare
ustioni.
o) È vietato mettere il cibo direttamente nell‘acqua
riscaldata dal circolatore. Il cibo deve essere messo
in un sacchetto speciale per il sottovuoto.
ATTENZIONE! Anche se l‘apparecchio è stato
progettato per essere sicuro, sia dotato di adeguate
protezioni, e nonostante l‘uso di ulteriori elementi
di sicurezza per l‘utente, c‘è ancora un piccolo
rischio di incidente o lesione durante l’utilizzo
dell’apparecchiatura. Si consiglia di mantenere la
cautela e il buon senso durante l’utilizzo.

3.3.3. UTILIZZO
1. Scegliere un recipiente di cottura adatto e ssare il
dispositivo al recipiente.
2. Mettere il cibo confezionato sottovuoto nel
contenitore di cottura.
3. Riempire il contenitore di cottura con acqua.
(Attenzione! Dopo aver riempito il contenitore
con acqua, assicurarsi che il livello dell‘acqua sia
compreso tra il livello minimo e quello massimo).
4. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione. Sul dispositivo
si accenderà la spia, dopo 2 secondi il dispositivo
passerà in modalità risparmio. Per commutare il
dispositivo in modalità stand-by, premere il pulsante
5. Per selezionare l‘unità di temperatura, visualizzata
sul dispositivo, usalre il pulsante „° C / ° F“. L‘unità
di default per la temperatura visualizzata è „°C“. Il
dispositivo ricorda l‘unità di temperatura selezionata.
6. Per impostare la regolazione del tempo e
temperatura, utilizzare il pulsante „TEMP/TIME“. Il
valore target impostare usando i pulsanti „+“ e „-“.
7. Dopo aver completato le impostazioni, premere il
pulsante „ “ (RCVG-43) o „START/STOP“ (RCVG-
45)per avviare il dispositivo.
8. Al termine del lavoro il dispositivo emetterà
un segnale acustico. Per terminare il lavoro del
dispositivo, premere il pulsante „ ”.
ATTENZIONE: Per il modello RCVG-45, il dispositivo
emetterà un segnale acustico quando viene
raggiunta la temperatura impostata. Premere quindi
il pulsante „START/STOP“ per iniziare il conto alla
rovescia del tempo impostato. Al termine della
cottura, il dispositivo emetterà un nuovo segnale
acustico. Premere quindi il pulsante „START/STOP“.
Attenzione! Se non viene eseguita alcuna azione al
termine del lavoro, il dispositivo emetterà un segnale
acustico continuo dopo 20 secondi. La temperatura
dell‘acqua rimarrà al livello impostato.
9. Rimuovere il cibo e scollegare il dispositivo
dall‘alimentazione.
Attenzione! Per prolungare la vita del dispositivo,
scaricare acqua e pulirlo dopo ogni ciclo.
3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
a) Prima di ogni pulizia, regolazione o sostituzione di
accessori, e anche quando l’apparecchio non è in
uso, bisogna rimuovere la spina di alimentazione e
rareddare completamente l’apparecchio.
b) Usare solo agenti non corrosivi per la pulizia della
supercie.
c) Per la pulizia dell‘apparecchio si possono usare solo
detergenti delicati progettati per la pulizia delle
superci a contatto con gli alimenti.
d) Per pulire bisogna usare un panno morbido e umido.
e) Non utilizzare oggetti appuntiti e/o metallici (ad
esempio una spazzola metallica o una spatola
metallica) per la pulizia, poiché potrebbero
danneggiare la supercie del materiale
dell’apparecchio.
f) Non pulire l‘apparecchio con sostanze acide,
prodotti medici, diluenti, carburante, olio o altri
prodotti chimici, poiché ciò potrebbe causare danni
all‘apparecchio.
3.4.1. MANUTENZIONE
Attenzione! Per evitare scottature, assicurarsi che il
dispositivo sia denitivamente spento e rareddato a
temperatura ambiente prima della pulizia.
1. Dopo la pulizia, posizionare il dispositivo in
posizione verticale. È vietato asciugare il dispositivo
in posizione orizzontale o „capovolta“.
2. Durante la pulizia, bisogna prestare particolare
attenzione ai componenti all‘interno del dispositivo.
Se i componenti sono danneggiati, contattare il
servizio di assistenza.
3. Dopo ogni uso, scaricare l‘acqua e riempire il
dispositivo con acqua pulita prima di usarlo di
nuovo.
4. L‘uso ripetuto della stessa acqua può ridurre le
prestazioni del dispositivo. Se si notano grandi
quantità di cenere e sporco sui componenti del
dispositivo, rimuovere il coperchio posteriore del
dispositivo e pulire il tubo di calore e la sonda. Si
raccomanda di pulire questi componenti ogni 20 usi
o ogni 100 ore di funzionamento.

1. Alimentazione
• Quando l‘alimentazione è attiva, il pulsante e
l‘indicatore luminoso si illuminano. Dopo 2 secondi,
il dispositivo va in modalità di risparmio energetico.
• Quando il dispositivo è in modalità di risparmio
energetico, premere il pulsante , in modo che il
dispositivo passi in modalità di stand-by. A questo
punto, il valore attuale della temperatura apparirà
sul display A (RCVG-43) o sul display n. 6 (RCVG-
45). RCVG-43: La temperatura target impostata
nel processo di lavoro sul display [B] e il tempo di
funzionamento impostato sul display [C]. RCVG-
45: Il display 7 mostrerà l‘ultimo tempo di lavoro
impostato.
• Quando il dispositivo si trova in modalità stand-by,
premere il pulsante , per mettere il dispositivo in
modalità di risparmio energetico (attiva solo quando
il dispositivo è acceso).
• Mentre il dispositivo è in funzione, premere
il pulsante °C /° F per mettere il dispositivo
direttamente in modalità di risparmio energetico.
2. Temperatura
• Ci sono due unità di temperatura tra cui scegliere:
gradi di Celsio e gradi di Fahrenheit. Per selezionare
l‘unità di temperatura, premere il pulsante °C / °F.
• Per cambiare il valore della temperatura, premere
il pulsante „TEMP/TIME“. Quando il display della
temperatura B (RCVG-43) o il display 6 (RCVG-45)
lampeggia, usare i pulsanti „+“ e „-“ per impostare il
valore di temperatura preferito.
3. Tempo
• Per cambiare il valore del tempo di cottura, premere il
pulsante „TEMP/TIME“. Quando il display del tempo
C (RCVG-43) o il display 7 (RCVG-45) lampeggia,
usare i pulsanti „+“ e „-“ per impostare il valore di
tempo preferito.
ATTENZIONE:
• Per visualizzare i valori di temperatura e tempo
impostati, tenere premuto il pulsante „TEMP/TIME“
per 3 secondi.
• Dopo 10 lampeggi del display senza che sia stata
intrapresa alcuna azione, il dispositivo uscirà dal
menu delle impostazioni dell‘ora e della temperatura.
Per impostare nuovamente i parametri, premere il
pulsante „TEMP/TIME“.
4. Start/Stop
• Quando il dispositivo si trova in modalità stand-by,
premere il pulsante (RCVG-43) o „START/STOP“
per iniziare il lavoro.
• Premere due volte il pulsante (RCVG-43) per
attivare il timer e avviare il conto alla rovescia.
• Premere tre volte il pulsante (RCVG-43) per
spegnere il dispositivo e attivare la modalità di
sospensione
PER IL MODELLO RCVG-45:
• Premendo il pulsante „START/STOP“ una seconda
volta si avvia il conto alla rovescia, e premendolo
una terza volta si ferma il dispositivo e si entra in
modalità stand-by.
5. Regolazione
• Con il pulsante „TEMP/TIME“, selezionare il valore
della temperatura o del tempo. Usando i pulsanti „+“
e „-“, impostare il valore desiderato.
6. Display temperatura A (RCVG-43) o display 6 (RCVG-45)
• Visualizza la temperatura di funzionamento in tempo
reale.
7. Display di temperatura B (RCVG-43)
• Visualizza la temperatura di funzionamento
impostata.
8. Display del tempo [C] o display n. 7 (RCVG-45)
• In modalità stand-by, viene visualizzato il tempo
target impostato.
• In modalità di funzionamento, viene visualizzato il
tempo di funzionamento rimanente.
ATTENZIONE:
• Per ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica, tenere
premuti contemporaneamente i pulsanti e
„+“ (RCVG-43) o „START/STOP“ e „+“ (RCVG-45).
Dopo questo tempo il display superiore mostrerà
la temperatura 60°Ce il display successivo mostrerà
il valore dell‘ora 24:00. Allora rilasciare i pulsanti.
I display lampeggeranno quindi 10 volte e il
dispositivo uscirà dal menu delle impostazioni.
3.3.2. PROGRAMMAZIONE
ATTENZIONE! Prima di collegare il WiFi, assicurarsi che il
dispositivo si trovi in modalità standby.
1. In un browser web passare alla pagina https://r.im/
qx49
2. Scarica e installa un pacchetto di installazione.
3. Aprire l‘applicazione appena installata e registrare
un account.
4. Aggiungere il dispositivo (Selezionare l’opzione
„Dispositivo“ → „+“ → clicca su „+“ →Collegare il
WiFi → premere contemporaneamente „°C/°F“ e
(RCVG-43) o „START/STOP“ (RCVG-45) sul dispositivo
no a quando il dispositivo viene aggiunto con
successo.

5. Si sconsiglia di usare un dispositivo caldo in acqua
fredda e viceversa un dispositivo freddo in acqua
calda. Si raccomanda che la temperatura del
dispositivo e quella dell‘acqua siano simili all‘inizio
del funzionamento (temperatura ambiente).
3.4.2. PULIZIA
1. Riempire il contenitore con una miscela 75%/25%
di acqua e aceto, inserire il dispositivo no al livello
massimo di immersione.
2. Accendere il dispositivo impostando la temperatura
di funzionamento a 80°C / 176° F” e il tempo di
funzionamento a 3 ore (03:00). Premere il pulsante „
” (RCVG-43) o „START/STOP“ (RCVG-45). Quando
il valore di temperatura raggiungerà il valore target,
ripremere il pulsante „ ” (RCVG-43) o „START/
STOP“ (RCVG-45)per avviare il timer.
3. Allo scadere del tempo, fermare il dispositivo e
scollegarlo dall‘alimentazione. Lasciare rareddare il
dispositivo. Poi svuotare il contenitore di cottura e
sciacquare il dispositivo in acqua pulita.
Attenzione! Si raccomanda di usare l‘aceto per la
pulizia (ad es. aceto bianco o di mele). Si sconsiglia di
pulire il dispositivo con la sola acqua del rubinetto a
causa dei minerali contenuti nell‘acqua, che possono
causare depositi di calcare sul dispositivo e sui
componenti interni del dispositivo.

ACLARACIÓN DE LOS SÍMBOLOS
2.1. SEGURIDAD ELÉCTRICA
a) La clavija de la herramienta eléctrica debe coincidir
con el enchufe. Nunca modicar el enchufe de
ninguna manera. Usar la clavija no modicada y el
enchufe de alimentación correspondiente reducirá el
riesgo de choque eléctrico.
b) No utilizar el cable de forma incorrecta. Nunca
manipular el equipo ni sacar la clavija tirando del
cable. Mantener el cable alejado de las fuentes de
calor, aceites, cantos cortantes o piezas móviles. Los
cables dañados o enredados aumentan el riesgo de
descarga eléctrica.
c) Si es inevitable utilizar el equipo en un entorno
húmedo, se debe utilizar un dispositivo diferencial
residual (RCD). El uso de un RCD reduce el riesgo de
descarga eléctrica.
d) Está prohibido utilizar la herramienta si el cable de
alimentación está dañado o muestra signos visibles
de desgaste. Si el cable de alimentación está dañado,
debe ser reemplazado por el servicio técnico del
fabricante o por un electricista calicado.
e) Para evitar el choque eléctrico, no sumergir el cable,
el enchufe o el cuerpo superior del equipo con el
panel de mando en agua o en cualquier otro líquido.
No trabajar con el equipo en supercies mojadas.
f) ¡ADVERTENCIA! ¡PELIGRO DE MUERTE! No se puede
nunca sumergir el equipo por completo en agua u
otros líquidos durante su limpieza o uso.
g) ¡No utilizar el equipo en interiores con mucha
humedad / cerca de las aguas abiertas!
2.2. SEGURIDAD EN EL ÁREA DE TRABAJO
a) Mantener la zona de trabajo ordenada y bien
iluminada. El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden
provocar accidentes. Hay que ser previsor, observar
lo que se hace y actuar con sentido común al utilizar
