The Crystal Portfolio®incorporates Runco’s®
acclaimed Vivix®digital video processing.
This superior technology includes 3D scan
conversion with motion compensation and
3:2 pulldown for excellent video performance
with both video-based and film-based material.
The CX Crystal Portfolio models offer Runco’s
WideVision™ 16:9 native widescreen aspect
ratio, with a resolution up to 1920 x 1080,
provided by state-of-the-art TFT active matrix
LCD display panels.
Runco’s discrete aspect ratio control includes
the VirtualWide®mode to fill the 16:9 screen
with standard 4:3 images without loss of picture
quality, eliminating annoying black side bars
and displaying any source material in full,
widescreen glory.
The Crystal Portfolio products incorporate
the Imaging Science Foundation’s “ISF 3c” ™
(Certified Calibration Configuration) setup and
calibration standards in the display’s GUI menus
to facilitate picture quality conforming to the
highest standards in the industry.

unco® presents the Crystal Portfolio® of LCD Flat Panel Displays, perfect for those who demand our award-winning flat panel
performance along with advanced LCD technology and sleek design.
Six models are offered, all with 16:9 widescreen sizes from 26 inches to 57 inches diagonal. Each incorporates our superb Vivix®
digital video processing to produce outstanding picture quality with a wide range of both standard and high definition source
material. In addition, the handsomely-finished televisions are engineered to the Imaging Science Foundation™ (ISF)
calibration standards for the purest video performance.
They also feature a built-in ATSC tuner that receives terrestrial HDTV broadcasts, in addition to an advanced, 185-channel, cable-ready NTSC
stereo tuner. They offer PIP, PBP, closed captioning, Parental Control (V-Chip) functionality and multi-language support.
These displays also include an integrated stereo audio system with two-way speakers (removable on the CX-40HD and CX-46HD) placed below
the screen and generous power amplification. (Speakers are not included with the CX-52HD and CX-57HD).
The advanced TFT active-matrix LCD display panels offer 1366 x 768 resolution with the CR-26HD and CR-32HDi, while the CX-40HD,
CX-46HD, CX-52HD and CX-57HD boast 1920 x 1080 (1080p) resolution, the highest available.
All Crystal Portfolio models include Runco’s discrete aspect ratio control with our VirtualWide® mode to fill the 16:9 screen with standard 4:3
images without degradation of picture quality. Also included are discrete source, aspect ratio and power selection, and an RS-232 interface for
custom installation and whole-house or automated control system integration.
These Crystal Portfolio LCD Displays are multimedia ready, with simple computer connections making gaming, internet browsing and other
computer activities quick and easy. Each model is supplied with a tabletop stand and optional wall mounting hardware is also available.
