Assembly Instructions
Ridlington coal bunker

Before you commence the assembly process we recommend that you read these instructions
thoroughly beforehand to familiarise yourself with the assembly process and to also check that you have
the correct components. If for any reason you need assistance, you can find our contact details on the
final page of these instructions.
We highly recommend that any assembly is carried out on a flat, level surface if possible and that you
use another person to assist you if necessary.

75mm & 65mm screws
50mm Black hinge screws
Electric screwdriver with No2 Pozidrive bit
Or No2 Pozidrive Screwdriver
Supplied temporary spacer bar

Place the base on a flat, level surface as shown.
Now offer up one of the end panels, slotting it over
the base as shown in the image...

...before securing it in place using the 3 of the 50mm
screws
Locate the back panel on the rear edge of the base...

..aligning its front edge from top to bottom with the
side panel batten as shown.
Secure in place using 3 x 65mm screws, working your
way from top to bottom.

Now secure the bottom of the back panel to the base
using more of the 50mm black screws .
Place the supplied temporary spacer bar along the
front of the base before locating the 2nd side panel in
place, making sure both side panels are touching the
spacer bar. Now secure the side panel to the base
and back panels as before and then remove the
spacer bar.

Now slide the front panel into place between the side
panel uprights as shown above.
After ensuring that the front panel frame is flush with
the side panel batten, attach the front panel in place
using 2 x 65mm screws per side in the top 2 holes...

...before securing the lower section from outside of
the store using the pre-drilled hole to locate the
75mm screw. Repeat the process to secure the other
side panel to the front panel.
Complete fixing the front panel in place by adding a
single 50mm black screw beneath the cover panel
aperture. (The double version will require a screw
beneath each aperture.)

Now place the hinged roof panel in place, ensuring
that it is aligned both centrally and flush with the
back edge of the uprights as shown, before fixing in
place with 2 x 65mm screws on both sides.
Slide the steel cover panel(s) between the two
runners on the front panel..

Your Ridlington Coal Bunker is now complete.
