INSTRUCTIONS
lAlways use with care. Caution: Your pressure sprayer is not suited to use
with inflamma le goods, this could caused fire and injury.
lAlways keep out of reach of children.
lAlways release the pressure if the sprayer is not in use.
lAlways rinse inside the container with clean water after use to avoid corrosion
and to also avoid any residual pesticides mixing with other pesticides causing
a chemical reaction.
lAlways clean the head of the hose after use to prevent any locking.
lAlways wear eye protection, a face mask and gloves when using the sprayer
lAlways dispose of residual pesticides in accordance with local regulations.
lAlways store the sprayer in a cool dark place after use.
lNever spray pesticide facing the wind.
lNever spray pesticide at other people, animals and food.
lNever operate under high pressure.
lNever use high toxic or high residual pesticide for the treatment of insects on
vegeta les, fruits, tea and medicinal her s.
lNever allow the temperature of the liquid you are using to exceed 35°C.
lNever fill the tank a ove the indicated maximum level.
lNever use hot liquids. Caution: If any kind of damage or corrosion is found on
the container or the hose stop using the sprayer immediately.

lFirstly connect one end of the hose to the spray lance.
lConnect the other end of the hose to the spraying tank.
lAssem le and attach the shoulder strap to the spraying
tank.
lUnscrew and pour the spray preparation into the tank
(Fig.1).
lPump the handle up and down without forcing. To
maintain pressure during use continue to pump the
handle in an up and down motion.
lSpray, pressing on the trigger with
your thum (Fig.2).

lAfter each use carefully rinse out
the tank and then spray a large
amount of fresh water through the nozzle

The Rutland pressure sprayer is economic, safe and efficient. It is especially

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Should the Sprayer not function correctly, you may need to check for the following:
Check that there is liquid in the tank and pump the pump handle several times until
it offers a certain amount of resistance.
Make sure that each part is tightly sealed.
Make sure that the pump is screwed down tightly onto the tank.
If there is no flow even though the sprayer has een pressurised check that the
spray lance is unsoiled and clean.
