Operation Guidance
Turn on / off power and recharge battery power
To turn on the power of TE22 radio neckloop, push power switch to “ON” position. If need turn off the power, push power swith
to “OFF” position. The Blue color working indicator will turn on after turn on the power. You can view working indicator in right
side of the case.
Connect TE22 to power adaptor you will be able to recharge the battery. While recharge battery you can still use the neckloop.
Red color of recharge indicator will turn on after connected to power adaptor successfully. If use the neckloop while recharge
power, both of blue and red indicator will turn on.
Connect to radio and test volume and PTT
1) Wear neckloop like right sketch showing.
Make sure loop is under cloth or hide inside collard,
so others can not see you are wearing neckloop.
2) Plug jack into headset and microphone hole of radio.
You need to make sure the jack is able to fit to your own radio before
place the order. If you are not sure about the jack type please contact
our sales team.
Note: Some radios are using same type of jack but jointing methods are different.
3) Test volume and PTT functions.
* Load battery into earpiece, and put earpiece into ear canal deeply. (Need to purchase earpiece separately.)
To test volume and PTT functions, you need to take another radio which is working at same frequency as the radio has been
connected to.
Push PTT in 2nd radio, the 1st radio will hear voice in earpiece. Now you can turn the volume control to reduce or increase
the volume.
After fixed the volume, you can push PTT button and talk to 2nd radio. You can release the PTT button after finished your words.
Note: If always hold the PTT button, 2nd radio can not send voice to you.
** If there is an earpiece detector, you can turn off the power switch to cut off audio output and avoid been detected.

The neckloop is build-in 230mah lithium rechargeable battery. The full performance a new battery is achieved only after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles.
The battery can be charge and discharge hundred of times, but its eventually wear out.
Recharge battery use only original default USB recharge cable and default wall charger. Do not leave a full charged device on recharge power source.
Because overcharging may shorten battery life. If left unused, a full charged battery will loss its charge over time.

Troubleshotting
Q. Why can not work with my walkie-talkie?
A. Please compare jack of neckloop with original radio headset. If they are different, then you need to contact sales team.
We will tell you how to make modification. If the jacks are the same, we will give you guidance how to change jointing
methods on circuit board.
In order to avoid such problems, you can send photo of original radio jack to us before place the order. Then our sales
team will tell you which kind of jack you should buy.
Another solution if you purchase TE228 or PG5R radio from our own store. We ensure the neckloop are work very well
on these 2 models.
Q. Why answer button no works?
A. Its also the jack problem. Because different radio might use different jointing method for each pins. You can contact
seller to get guidance of how to make modifications on jointing method.
Q. How to recharge battery?
A. Please read “Quick Start” step #1 to get detail instruction. After connected to power charger successfully, the red color
of rechargeing indicator will turn on. Recharge indicator is in same position of working indicator in right side.
Q. Why I heard noise in invisible earpiece?
A. If earpiece has no quality problem, the reason is volume is too loud. You should turn volume control down to reduce volume
and then will get clear sounds in invisible earpiece.
Q. How to avoid earpiece detector with this neckloop?
A. You can turn off the power switch to avoid earpiece detector. Phone conversation will still be online after turn off power.
Warranty and return policy
Default warranty is 12 months since ship date.
We do not accept return if product has not quality problem.
If product is within warranty and get broken, you can return back and get free repair. Return shipping cost is on buyer’s behalf.
We will pay the shipping cost for send repaired product.
If product is passed warranty, you need to pay return shipping cost, repair fee and shipping cost for send repaired product.
Warranty will be invalid in below conditions:
1) Passed 12 months since ship date.
2) Open case or and change circuits without our formal authorization.
3) Other kinds of problems caused by wrong operations.
