Important requirements
Requires that you contact your local, licensed plumber and licensed electrician to install your new spa. Installation
MUST be in compliance with all local and state building codes. Your pedicure spa can not operate efficiently or safely unless it is
provided with adequate electrical power, sufficient water pressure, proper water temperature, and required drainage capabilities.
Contact your local building inspector for information and local code compliance procedure that need to be followed when having your
new pedicure spa installed. Subsequent inspections and approvals that may be required are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The Whirlpool Pedicure Spa has been designed for dependability, and to benefit all with a health conscious
clientele.
Precaution
- Do not stand in the basin of the spa.
- Excessive water temperature is dangerous and should be checked before use. Maximum water Temperature should not exceed
150F (65C).
- Always enter and exit the spa slowly and carefully.
- Never bring or operate any electrical device near pedicure spa.
- The unit has a weight capacity of 250 pounds.
Health Warning
Individuals whose feet or legs are inflamed or have open wounds should not be allowed to use the pedicure spa at any time. The
technician should advise clients to consult their physician before using the spa if there is any sign of fungal infection, swelling,
fracture, or persistent pain. In some cases diabetics may experience improved circulation in their feet, but should first consult their
physician prior to receiving a pedicure.
If the client experiences any pain or discomfort, discontinue the use of the pedicure spa
immediately.
Shipment Inspection
Examine the components immediately upon arrival to make sure no damages to the pedicure spa base and chair during the shipment. It
is very important that you notify the driver directly on the face of the freight bill or bill of lading of any damage. Failure to note
damage on the bill of lading may prevent any claims you may have against the carrier.
If concealed or damage is found, you MUST notify the carrier at once and request an inspection. You do so at your own risk and
expense. DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING CARTON until you give the carrier a clear receipt of goods that have been
damaged in transit.

Important Considerations
Electrical Service
A 110V, 60 Hz, 15 Amp GFCI protected grounded circuit must be used to supply power to each individual pedicure spa.
Water Supply
All plumbing connections must conform to local codes.
Water supply to the spa should be provided with adequate water pressure and water temperature.
Water pressure
To fill the basin correctly up to level, Normal water pressure of 30 to 80 P.S.I is required.
Water temperature
The hot water supply temperature must not exceed 140 . Adjust your hot water accordingly. For hot and cold water supply
fittings and drain fittings location, see below diagram .Carefully connect the water supply line to the appropriate fittings
located on the rear of the pedicure spa.

Specification
Back flow preventive device for faucet: Vacuum Breaker comply with ANSI/NSF - 61-2000, ASMB A112.18.1-2000, ASSE
1014 and CSA standard - B125.98.
Drain Facilities
ANSI/ASME A112.18.3M (performance requirements for back flow preventive device and systems in pluming fixture fittings)
is applicable to plumbing fixture fittings with outlets not protected by an air gap. Included in the possible range of applications
are fittings with hose connected outlets, fitting with pull out spout, hand held showers, shampoo fittings and deck mounted
fittings. ASME A112.18.3M is now referenced in ASME A112.18.1M (plumbing fixture fittings) and CSA B125. Back flow
preventive devices are listed to both standards with the canadien standard association, IAPMO and UL.

Installation Specifications Summary
Warning: Failure to comply with federal, state or local codes and ordinances will result in warranty being null and void.
As stated, the pedicure spa installation must comply with all plumbing and electrical codes. A licensed plumber and
licensed electrician must complete the applicable connections of the pedicure spa.
Location and support
Select a level location. The floor structure beneath the pedicure spa must be capable of supporting the occupied pedicure
spa.
For the seat back to fully recline, the pedicure spa base must be mounted 15 inches from the wall as shown below:

How to use adjustable footrest
Place left hand on the back of the footrest and gently
pull up toward to front as shown Fig.2

And place right hand on the front of the footrest,
gently pull up for desirable height and use locking
lever to secure the footrest.

The back flow preventive device will not be mandated for us to install, But it is an
optional item. If your state requires back flow preventive device on the pedicure
unit, you MUST specify in your order. We recommended to pre-install by MFG.

Important Safety Instructions
To reduce risk of burns, fire, electric shock or injury
Read all instructions before using; burns will result from improper use, never remove cover other than authorized from the
manufacturer.
Close supervision is necessary when unit is used by, on, or near children, and disabled people.
Use this unit only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use any attachment/s not
recommended by the MFG.
●Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
●Do not use outdoors.
●Do not operate where aerosol products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
●Never operate this unit if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has
been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. To disconnect, press power button to turn
off, then remove plug from outlet.
●Take a break every 30 minutes of operation.
●Do not place any heavy object on the chair and do not let children play with it.
Your massage chair is simple to operate using the handheld controller included with your chair.
Before you use your chair, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the remote control and the basic
massage functions.

Pre-Program
FULL: A continuous 15 minute program consisting of
a series of combined functions for entire back.
Upper: A continuous 15 minute program consisting of
a series of combined functions for back upper

a series of combined functions for back lower
portion.
All pre program starts with rolling mechanism and combination of
rolling and kneading, compression, percussion in that sequence.
Rolling - Push to start the massage rollers rolling
up/down.
Kneading - Press to start the kneading massage at
any given point. Press positioning button for desire
position. Or press rolling with Kneading combine,
it’ll move up/down continuously with kneading.
Compression - Press to start the compression
massage at any given position. Press positioning
button for desire position. Or press rolling with
compression combine, it’ll move up/down
continuously with compression.

Maintenance
Suction
It is important to keep the suction screen from any blockage or obstructions at all times, due to they may reduce the whirlpool
action and may cause damage to the pump.
To Clean: Take off suction screen by removing two screws and clean with soft brush while immersed in disinfectant.
After each customer (Standard Jet System Users)
1. Drain completely and remove residual debris from basin.
2. Clean the surfaces and basin with mild detergent, rinse with fresh water.
3. Disinfect with an EPA-registered disinfectant with bactericidal, Fungicidal, and virucidal activity used according to MFG
recommendation.
4. Wipe the pedicure spa dry with clean cloth.
After each customer (Standard System Users)
1. Drain completely and remove debris from the basin.
2. Spray disinfectant on the basin and flush out with fresh water.
3. Remove (see clean jet system) and immerse jet cover into disinfectant for 5 minutes.
4. Placing jet cover ( see clean jet system) and please follow direction.
Daily ( Standard Users & Clean Jet System Users)
1. Remove the intake suction screen. All debris trapped on or behind the screen must be removed. The Suction screen and the
suction inlet must be free of debris.
2. Before placing the screen, The screen must be immersed with EPA - Registered disinfectant.
3. Flush out the whirlpool with low foaming detergent and warm water for 10 minutes.
4. With fresh water, EPA - registered cleanser for 5 minutes.
5. Rinse with fresh water.
Manufacturer requires that the pedicure spa be thoroughly cleaned at the end of the day in following manner.
Weekly ( Standard users & Pipless System users)
1. Fill the basin Hot water up to its level.
2. Add 3 to 4 table spoons of a low foaming agent and 1 to 2 table spoon of powder bleach.
3. Run whirlpool for 5 minutes.
4. Stop whirlpool and sit for 5 to 7 minutes.
5. Open Air control and whirlpool for 5 minutes.
6. Drain completely.
7. Fill the basin with warm water up to its level.
8. Apply EPA-registered disinfectant according to its direction.
9. Run whirlpool for 5 minutes.
10. Drain completely.
11. Wipe out excessive water with soft cloth.
12. Repeat step 7 to 10, If necessary.

Clean Jet System - Clean Jet System users
To Open
1. Hold the Jet cover as shown left.
2. Gently rotate to left to open.
3. Pull gently outward.
4. Clean jet component, Remove all debris from jet cover
and locking mechanism.
5. Clean all debris inner side of the jet as shown below left.
6. All jet cover must be remove and follow the cleaning
instruction.

Maintenance
Keep the screen of the jet inlet free of debris. Any blockage of the screen reduces the whirlpool action and may cause
damage to the jet motor.

1. Place Jet cover over the housing at two o’clock position.
2. Push in gently.
3. As push in to the housing rotate to right to close.

Cautions
To Reduce the potential risk of fire, electrical shock or injury :
1. All electrical wiring (both installation and repair) must be done by a licensed electrician and in accordance with local and
state ordinances.
2. No modifications, addition or deletions should be made to the pump without MFG approval.
3. Before starting motor, fill the tub with water to the level recommended by MFG. Never run dry.
4. Motor have built in automatic reset overload protector that guards against damage from mechanical or electrical problems
such as low voltage, locked pump or similar abnormal conditions. Remember, if the timer device is still on, these motor will
restart automatically - as soon as they cool down.
5. Do not relocate pump without prior approval from manufacturer.

●To reduce the risk of injury, DO NOT permit children to use this product unless they are
closely supervised at all time.
●To reduce the electric shock, replace damage cord immediately, and DO NOT use extension
cord to connect unit to electric supply.

Please! DO NOT run dry
1. Turn to open drain plug.
2. Press On/Off switch to activate timer.
3. At any time, water drain completely from the basin. Press
On/Off switch to stop or built in two minute timer.

1. Make a hole ( size 1-3/8”) for the On/Off switch as shown (see fig 1).
Pre-drill required.
2. Placed a 1/8” clear hose into the rear of the switch and on/off switch into
the hole.
3. The discharge pump kit is made to fit onto the pedicure unit. (see fig 2)
4. Connect E-Z connector onto the drain elbow.
5. Plug discharge pump outlet into the two minute timer outlet
6. Plug two minute timer into the wall outlet.
7. It is very important that tip of the clear tub remain above the water Level
with one loop as shown.
** Please cut to fit 1” Flex hose to your size**

customer (end-user). Each customer is responsible for maintaining, proof of purchase (invoice) and to initiate the warranty. The
customer MUST send in warranty card in the manual booklet. Read and fill out (warranty form) carefully and return to
within 15 days from purchase.

1. Damage to pump parts and/or motor parts due to obstruction in plumbing, etc.

3. Staining, fading or discoloration caused by improper or poor water additives not related to maintenance of proper water.
4. Malfunctions or damage caused by improper installation; including NOT meeting local and state Plumbing, electrical, and
building codes.
5. Staining, fading or discoloration of the pleather chair and urethane footrest.
6. Damage resulting from standing in basin.
7. Freight damage, misuse, neglect, accident, natural disaster, and abuse.
