3.- Pulsar Play para ponerlo en marcha.

2.- Manteniendo botón “-” pulsado, encender la máquina.

FIRMWARE UPDATE: Actualización del software en el SmartVide
1.- Máquina apagada.
2.- Manteniendo”-“y “Temporización” pulsados, encender la
máquina.
3.- Mantener pulsados hasta que aparezca la pantalla BOOT-
LOADER.
4.- Después de 5 segundos la pantalla se apaga. La máquina
está preparada para empezar con el proceso de actualización
del software.
5.- Abrir en el dispositivo móvil la App SVide Bootloader de
Sammic.
6.- Iniciar búsqueda y seleccionar la máquina SmartVide 5/7/9
deseada.
7.- Descargar la última versión del Firmware.
8.- Actualizar Firmware. El proceso tardará varios minutos.
9.- Al terminar el proceso de actualización cerrar la App y apa-
gar la máquina SmartVide. La máquina esta lista para trabajar
con la última versión.

FAQ SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
La máquina no se enciende
• Comprobar que la tensión de la red coincide con la tensión indicada en la placa del aparato.
• Comprobar el estado del cable de alimentación. Si está deteriorado y es preciso instalar uno
nuevo, dicho recambio solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.
• Comprobar el estado del interruptor de la máquina. Si está deteriorado y es preciso instalar uno
nuevo, dicho recambio solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.
• Comprobar el estado de los fusibles colocados en la placa electrónica del aparato. Dicha com-
probación solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.
• Comprobar el encendido, desconectando el ventilador de refrigeración. Dicha comprobación
solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.
Aviso de falta agua
• Añadir más agua en el recipiente. Tenga en cuenta la altura de llenado máximo y mínimo del
agua.
• Si al añadir agua (asegurase que está por encima del nivel mínimo), al rato se mantiene el avi-
so, puede que el otador de detector del nivel este bloqueado o deteriorado. Apague y desconec-
te el aparato antes de comprobar con la mano que el otador se mueve sin forzarlo.
• Comprobar que los cables del detector de nivel están colocados correctamente en la placa
electrónica. Solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.
Aviso de corte electricidad en el ciclo
• Durante un ciclo de tiempo denido si se da un corte de electricidad, bien apagando la máquina
desde el interruptor o bien debido a un corte de la alimentación eléctrica, al alimentarla de nuevo
da información de la temperatura y hora antes y después de corte. Pulsando cualquier botón, el
aviso desaparece.
Aviso de sobrecalentamiento en el interior de la cabina
• Comprobar que el lugar de uso este ventilado a temperatura ambiente no superior a 40ºC.
• Comprobar que el aparato no este junto a, o cerca de, fuentes emisoras de calor.
• Cuando la temperatura de trabajo del agua es superior a los 60ºC es muy importante la utiliza-
ción de una tapa o de bolas antivapor, para evitar el exceso de vaho.
• Comprobar que las ranuras de ventilación estén libres de obstáculos.
• Comprobar el funcionamiento del ventilador. Para ello, apagar la máquina y dejarla a enfriar
durante 5 min. Al encenderla comprobar que el ventilador está girando. Si no gira, hay que cam-
biarlo por uno nuevo.
Aviso de avería sonda temperatura de agua
• Comprobar que los cables de la sonda están colocados correctamente en la placa electrónica.
Solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.
• Si la sonda está deteriorada y es preciso instalar una nueva, dicho recambio solo podrá ser
realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.
Aviso de avería motor agitador
• Comprobar que la tensión de la red coincide con la tensión indicada en la placa del aparato.
• Comprobar que los cables del motor están colocados correctamente en la placa electrónica.
Solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic
• Si el motor está deteriorado y es preciso instalar uno nuevo, dicho recambio solo podrá ser
realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.

Aviso de avería resistencia calefactora
• Comprobar que la tensión de la red coincide con la tensión indicada en la placa del aparato.
• Comprobar que los cables de la resistencia están colocados correctamente en la placa electró-
nica. Solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic
• Comprobar el estado de la resistencia. Si está deteriorada y es preciso instalar una nueva,
dicho recambio solo podrá ser realizado por un servicio técnico reconocido por Sammic.
App Sammic no encuentra máquinas
SmartVide
• Comprobar que el Bluetooth del dispositivo móvil cumple con los requisitos mínimos: IOS 8 /
Android 5.0 / Bluetooth Smart (4.0)
• Comprobar que está activada la conexión Bluetooth en el dispositivo móvil.
• Comprobar que esta activada la ubicación/localización en el dispositivo móvil (ajustes->privaci-
dad->ubicación/localización) para poder usar la tecnología Bluetooth Low Energy.
App Sammic encuentra máquinas Sam-
mic, pero no permite emparentar con la
deseada
• Comprobar que la máquina SmartVide no está emparejada con ningún otro dispositivo móvil ni
con ningún SmartVide Track.
Al emparejar con la máquina SmartVide,
no se enciende el icono azul del Bluetooth
• Comprobar que el nombre de la máquina emparejada en la App es de la máquina SmartVide
deseada.
Después de todas las comprobaciones
comentadas, el problema sigue sin
resolver
• Resetear la máquina. Siga detenidamente los pasos indicados en el apartado RESETEAR.
¡Atención! Este proceso borrará la lista de recetas y el histórico de los registros almacenados en
la máquina SmartVide.
• Si el problema continua, por favor, póngase en contacto con el servicio técnico reconocido por
Sammic.

FIRMWARE UPDATE: Update software on the SmartVide
1.- Machine off
2.- Hold “-” and “Timer” while starting the device.
3.- Hold the buttons until the BOOTLOADER screen appears.
4.- The screen will go off after 5 seconds. The machine is ready
to begin the software update process.
5.- Open the Sammic SVide Bootloader app on the mobile
device.
6.- Start the search and choose the desired SmartVide 5/7/9
machine.
7.- Download the latest version of the Firmware.
8.- Update Firmware. The process will take a few minutes.
9.- Upon completion of the update process, close the app and
switch the SmartVide device off. The machine is now ready to
operate with the latest version.

TROUBLESHOOTING FAQ
The machine does not switch on
• Make sure the mains voltage is the same as the voltage indicated on the nameplate on the
device.
• Check the power cable. If it is damaged and a new cable needs to be tted, it must only be
replaced by a Sammic approved technical service.
• Check the machine switch. If it is damaged and a new cable needs to be tted, it must only be
replaced by a Sammic approved technical service.
• Check the fuses in the electronic panel of the device. This verication must only be carried out
by a Sammic approved technical service.
• Check the start-up, rst disconnecting the cooling fan. This verication must only be carried out
by a Sammic approved technical service.
Water needed warning
• Add more water to the container. Take into account the maximum and minimum ll levels for the
water.
• If the warning persists after adding water (check it is above the minimum level), the level detec-
tor oat may be blocked or damaged. Switch off and disconnect the device then check that the
oat moves without forcing it.
• Check that the level detector cables are correctly tted to the electronic panel. This verication
must only be carried out by a Sammic approved technical service.
Power cut warning during the cycle.
• If the power is cut during a cycle with a dened time, (either the machine is switched off or there
is a power cut), when power is restored, the temperature and time before and after the cut will be
displayed. Press any button to dismiss the warning.
Warning of overheating inside the cabin
• Check that the place of use is ventilated and the ambient temperature is less than 40°C.
• Check that the device is not close to or near sources of heat.
• When the working temperature of the water exceeds 60°C it is extremely important to use a lid,
to avoid excess steam.
• Check the ventilation slots are free from obstacles.
• Check the operation of the fan. To do so, switch off the machine and leave it to cool for ve
minutes. Switch it on again and check that the fan turns. If it does not turn, it needs to be replaced
with a new one.
Water temperature probe fault warning
• Check that the probe cables are correctly tted in the electronic panel. This verication must
only be carried out by a Sammic approved technical service.
• If the probe is damaged and a new one needs to be tted, the replacement must only be carried
out by a Sammic approved technical service.
Stirrer motor fault warning
• Make sure the mains voltage is the same as the voltage indicated on the nameplate of the
device.
• Check that the motor cables are correctly tted to the electronic panel. This verication must
only be carried out by a Sammic approved technical service.
• If the motor is damaged and a new one needs to be tted, the replacement must only be carried
out by a Sammic approved technical service.

Heater resistance fault warning
• Make sure the mains voltage is the same as the voltage indicated on the nameplate of the
device.
• Check that the resistance cables are correctly tted in the electronic panel. This verication must
only be carried out by a Sammic approved technical service.
• Check the condition of the resistance • If it is damaged and a new one needs to be tted, the
replacement must only be carried out by a Sammic approved technical service.
SmartVide devices
• Check that the Bluetooth of the mobile device meets the following minimum requirements: IOS 8
/ Android 5.0 / Bluetooth Smart (4.0)
• Check the Bluetooth connection is activated on the mobile device.
• Check that the location function is activated on the mobile device (settings -> privacy -> location)
to use Bluetooth Low Energy technology.

• Reset the machine. Carefully follow the steps indicated in the RESET section. Caution! This pro-
cess will erase the list of recipes and the history of the records stored on the SmartVide device.
• If the problem persists, contact a Sammic authorised technical service centre.
