4.1.ADC 校正

ADC調整主要針對R, G, B類比訊號轉換到數位訊號時的線性度做校正.

R, G, B轉換曲線校正後的參數數值會顯示在這個區塊. 正常情形下維修

人員並不需要執行校正的功能. 僅須透過全部重置的功能即可將原本已

經校正過且放在軟件中的數值放回此表中.

如需執行校正, ADC調整的模式總共有四種, 分別為RGB, YPbPr(SD),

YPbPr(HD), Scart RGB.當進行校正時, 僅需對RGB與YPbPr(HD)做校正.

系統會自行將相關數據複製到另外兩個模式中. 校正的畫面如下所述;

RGB需由VGA接口數入16灰階訊號, 如下圖(一), 其中必須包含採用

100%與0%亮度的區塊. YPP(HD)則由YPbPr接口輸入720P或1080i的彩條

圖訊號, 如圖(二), 其中必須包含100%與0%黑白灰階亮度.

ADC校正成功後會顯示”OK”, 如果校驗失敗會顯示失敗, 此時請確認

接線是否確實以及儀器的Pattern是否依照上述所規定的畫面送出.

5.軟體升級

本章節主要是針對 MStar 電路板()的升級方式做說明, 相關升級所需的準備工具如下;

至少 128M 容量以上的隨身碟

隨身碟中的根目錄必須有最新的軟件, 同時軟件必須更改檔案名稱為

APAP

升級的步驟如下;

(1). 把 BIN 文件拷貝進去 USB，並且插入主板上的 USB 插口.

(2). AC 電源插入機台以後，開機後按 Memu+2580 進入工廠模式

(3). 使用遙控器下鍵移動到軟體昇級選項,此時按右鍵執行軟體升級即可, 如下圖:

(4). TV 升級完成後機台將自動開關機, 電視關機後取出隨身碟.

(5). 重新開機並打開選單進入訊息欄查詢軟體版本, 如下圖, 或是按”2580”進入工廠模式, 檢查顯示的視窗軟體版本是否為最新的軟件版本,

(6). 確認新版軟體已經成功升級後, 進入工廠模式中的 Other Setting 選項執行”超級復位”,將所有的預設值重置後關機即完成.

注意事項:

(1). 升級用的軟體檔名一定要更改為 AP.BIN 且必須放在隨身碟的根目錄.

(2). 升級完必須注意檢查軟體版版是否已經更改為最新版本.

(3). 升級完成後必須做工廠模式下的超級復位.
